A decent hotel for anyone passing by. It is walking distance to the visit worthy places of Colmar. The Wi-Fi was reliable and usable. Brekafast didn't have variety but was adequate. The rooms are comfortable, the toilet is a bit cramped and sometimes hard to use.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The parking garage was normal for the area, which is to say, tiny. The elevator had an odd method of choosing which floor it wanted next. Overall a very pleasant experience.

It was a very nice hotel. We were able to use the sauna even in the evening while obviously it is not a pleasure to turn it on for "only" 2 guests. :) Parking a little expensive this said, but very convenient… So we tolerate… Thanks again!

Very nice and clean hotel. Privilege rooms are quiet and absolutely adequate. Small table, stool and armchair. Coffee maker and free mini bar, although non-alcoholic, is replenished daily.
Breakfast buffet well sorted.
All in all good value for the price. The location is ideal for exploring the old town.
Absolutely recommended. We are happy to come back.

Clean but breakfast services poor.

Clean and comfortable four-star hotel, the breakfast is not much but delicious and satisfied. Walking to the old town is not far away, it is great to have a leisurely stroll in the Colmar town!

Room was OK. Staff were unsympathetic.

Friendly welcome. Nice room with all the necessary comforts.
The fitness room is really top with a lot of equipment all the same. This is the most of the hotel according to me. There is the possibility to eat some dishes available on the map thanks to the room service but a real restaurant would have been more appreciated.

Stayed here on a 2 week business trip, and the people and service have been great. The employee's have been great, especially Elena, and all could speak good English. Colmar has been a nice city to explore on my free time.

The hotel is ideally located to reach the old town of Colmar on foot. The rooms are sufficiently large, clean and quiet. Breakfast is extensive. The underground parking is unfortunately partly very narrow. The staff is friendly and competent. Unfortunately, the bar closes at 11pm. Good price — performance ratio.

Great location and good breakfast. The parking garage is rather small and for big cars depending on the not well suited.

Nice Hotel, clean room and corect with a normal breakfast, great tele and bed also, perfect shower, good temperature and do not bug, and everything ready of the Christmas walkers.

Very nice hotel, just at the edge of the city center of Colmar. This makes is easy to still arrive (and park) by car, but be very close to the center.

2 night stay at this hotel. Clean. No new towels/sheets on second night. Nothing replaced, water bottle/soap/ext.

Nice, cheap and smal rooms.

Originally we were told breakfast was included, and then at checkout we were told to pay for it and it was overpriced and disappointing. Also the kettle in the room couldn't even boil water and at breakfast there wasn't any boiled water either. Otherwise the hotel was just adequate and obviously I wouldn't recommend it.

Showers are only for not taller people. Love the good cheese for breakfast.

Images on the Internet are nice. Hotel in some areas urgently in need of renovation: bathroom without ventilation. Stand toilet with badly battered glasses; While taking a shower from 190 cm height (in the tub), there is contact with the ceiling.
Hotel staff speaks only on occasion German; If there are any problems only French is spoken.

I think the 220 euros for 2 nights were far too much money for the performance.
