Hieno hotelli ja mukava henkilökunta. Saunatilat oli iloinen yllätys. Löylyt oli sopivat ja altaaseen oli todella kiva pulahtaa viilentymään.

Very disappointing — we travel almost every month and just started using Radisson Blu following a stay In Bukoval Ukraine which was great, so whilst we were in Lapland we decided on our journey south to use this hotel — We were surprised to find a bath with a shower and curtain, thought these were a thing of the past, and no safe in the room The poor waitress was the only girl serving both at the Sassi Resturant and the bar — Food was average but nothing special Terrace Restu…rant was closed today even for coffee as only open in summer (today was 3rd Sept and 20C) but I could buy a coffee at reception and take it out myself as the lady was too busy to help. We went down for breakfast at 9-15 to be told we were very late as breakfast closed at 9-30am Lucky we didn’t have a lie in. I also mentioned safe issues when I arrived on the hotel site and still no reply — The Lapland Hotel in Oulu was much better and rooms/ bathroom not tired and outdated Would be nice to have a response from Radisson PS the staff were friendly.

Sadly the breakfast was only open to 0930. Lunch was OK. The room was very lovely! Good service.

Fab service. We were visiting with dog and children. All was warmly welcomed, and we'll highly recommend it to all.

Ok hotel. Sauna and swimming pool are excellent! Restaurant is mediocre. Still the best hotel in Oulu!

Very pleasant staffs with good services at the reception. Room facility looks a little dated but clean and tidy. Hotel location is generally near to many places of interest.

Standard Radisson Chain Hotel. Nice comfortable but not a big room. Very diverse and delicious breakfasts. Didn't like the sauna booked this hotel because of it, but were disappointed the sauna is small, separate in the women's and men's changing rooms. The pool is common, not large and very cold, there is not a large recreation area. Parking outside the hotel for the night is about 10 euros, but you can leave in the paid parking in front of the hotel for free for the night, but you need to have time to leave before a certain time in the morning. The hotel is located in a convenient location, there is a place to go and what to see.

Everything is perfect — — rooms, food, stuff. Staff is amazing! I am so glad that I was staying here and I strongly reccomend. Best wishes from Ukraine!

Stayed at this hotel in 2015 on the way to Norway and back. Everything is standard. The place is good-on the shore of the bay and seems popular with local (concerts and other entertainment events are held). The peculiarity-it is necessary to book in advance (! ) last year without reservation were not able to arrive outside working hours (at night). The staff is very friendly and helpful. And excellent cuisine!

I attended a conference at the Radisson Blu. The facility was week kept, the food was good, and the staff was courteous.

Clean and nicely decorated rooms with light scenarios. A very good breakfast with plenty of choices including many finnish treats. Really friendly staff. Hotel has a perfect location with the city on the other and waterfront on the other side.

Very good hotel in the heart of Oulu, right next to the park. Rooms are spacious, modern, fully equipped and clean. Very nice terrace for dinners or drinks in summer. All services (Tv, Wi-Fi, sauna…) are functional. Full continental breakfast that suits any taste. Guest oriented and nice staff (welcome drink or kid pack may be offered at arrival). Big toll parking just in front of the hotel.

I was absolutely not happy, the room was really old and worn. The bath room was flooded after having a shower… it was a shame! I prefer the scandic hotel 500 Meter away!

Overall an okay hotel. Comparing to the other hotels I've been in this place is cozy but clean. The first room they gave me want cleaned and they quickly assigned me another room and have me a free drink as compensation. I'd come here whenever I stay in oulu. Great location.

Very nice employees, room's furniture so and so, same for the bathroom. Breakfast very good. It is possible to rent a bike and first 3 hours are for free, excellent for a town like Oulu where bicycle is the best vehicle to use. Overall is good.

Comfort of a Radisson. The location is so much for strolling in the center as at the water's edge. Lunch is very varied. Plus they lend bikes for three hours for a ride. Fitness room.

Very friendly personnel, nice rooms, swimming pool too cold, great breakfast. Free Wi-Fi was not stable in my room. Don't sell swimming suits to use the pool, other rent used ones!

The service is good although the room style is a bit out of date. However, the breakfast never change every morning which is not a good choice for whom want to stay long time in this hotel, such as 1m. Sometimes, I could find the fork is not cleaning when breakfast. There's public Sanua next to swimming room, it's good choice to swimming after Sauna.

They have good service, with very nice people, nice bar and resturant. The rooms are good to, but I got a window down to the street. That was a nighmare with all of the loud cars and what not driving all evening. For people ho train, they have a poor gym. But I look away from this things I had a pleasant stay and enjoyed it:).

Good Hotel. Highly recommended. Very good room, reception ready to help you in everything, good meals. If I go back to Oulu, I'll be back to stay in these premises.
