Great hotel for kids and good rooms.

Lovely spa and sauna, but definitely on the expensive side. Still, worth a visit for the water slides.

Perfect for business travel, not too far from City center and peaceful sleep with great breakfast and possibilty for relaxing walk or jogging.

I liked it. The pool, gym, friendly staff, very tasty breakfast. The room overlooks the sea.

Very warm room, no air conditioning in the standard rooms. Nice location by the beach. Pretty good family water world. No charging spot for electric vehicles.

This hotel had so much to offer. It's right on the beach, so the views are amazing. There is a nice playground just outside for the kids, and bike rental is available. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I'd ever had… there was even a chocolate fountain! Inside, there is a small waterpark, which was great. BUT: When the attendant blocks off the slides and the loudspeaker comes on and you don't speak Finnish, just be aware that the main pool in the center becomes a wave pool every hour or so. Young kids who cannot swim must get out or find their parents, or they'll be in water way over their heads. We learned this the hard way… luckily everyone is ok. Also, if you're modest, be aware that the Finns are not. You have to walk through the sauna and changing area to get to the pool, and clothing in there is pretty optional.

The interior of Eden Water Park resembles a tropical paradise. More than a thousand real tropical plants, the water in the pool is 32 degrees (there is an outdoor pool, there is cooler). Works all year round, from 10 to 21. The cost: adults q 15, children (4-14 years), students and pensioners q9, family ticket (2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children) — also q9.

A great hotel for the whole family. The quality of services is good. Staff carefully solve all problems and issues. Breakfast is a buffet. The menu is good, there is even a chocolate fountain for dessert. Recommended for a visit.

Requires repairs. So overall it's not bad.

Fantastic for families, 100% child friendly. Excellent swimming zone. Spectacular views from rooms. Walking routes. Free outdoor parking.

Nice and beautiful place and services was nice. But BIG MINUS Was the restaurant wasn't that good, the burgers were all dry and the fried potatoes was already cold, when the food arrived it was very hard to eat, also the service was very slow. I was so disappointed.

Nice hotel, friendly personnel. Great view to the sea from the restaurant/breakfast room; big breakfast buffet. Large spa with sauna, pools, hot tubs and waterslide. Unfortunately, spa (including sauna) already closes at 9pm.

Great place! Just difficult to know where to go in the dressing room when your are not Finnish.

The place is amazing feels like a winter wonderland. They have a good breakfast and spa is priced at a decent rate. The hotel is in the outskirts of Oulu but if you want public transport bus 15 comes directly of the hotel. Having a car would be definitely handy.

Spa itself is a time travel to 90's, but had a great family time here.

Went in weekdays, there were a lot of family and kids. Good poins are that the facility had 2 sauna, greek and turkish. The turkish sauna is accessible from both male and female shower room (maybe I got em reversed). They had outdoor pool and bigger indoor pool. Food and beverage are available inside the indoor pool and they have table ready for it. Theres artificial wave inside every hour, so that's fun with water slides. But warning. The water tasts quite salty. Probably its because its distilled water from ocean (it doesnt taste as bad though).

In the double room, instead of a Doopelbettes, there are unfortunately only two single beds pushed together. The hotel is neat and clean, the furnishings Convenient. Located just outside the city, right on the Beach.

Eden is that place where we MUST go each visit we pay in Oulu. There are bigger splash places in the world but in a dark winter day this is a very nice place to spend a moment with kids.

A lovely hotel with a spa and a great view to the beach. A wonderful place for a relaxing holiday.

Only been to the spa side. Always like to go to relax there but the place is quite old and could use very big renovation.

It's the factory! The pool and beach next door are nice, but the level of the hotel is not terrible.
