The staff are kind and always attentive to details. They have air con inside the rooms and a nice pool outside for cool downs to beat that warm Western temps.

Spacious rooms. Courteous staff. Poor lighting in the rooms. Slow, free Wi-Fi connection (available only at the lobby and restaurant)

I liked it friendly staff just that the pool was a bit dirty otherwise it's a nice place to stay.

Service is Average. Pool is dirty, food is pathetic, noisy staff. Only benefit closer to airport. They called at 10 pm to say that we owe them $7 for water bottle. They could have asked it in the morning. Not recommended.

I have emailed the hotel requesting a receipt for my stay there. So far I have had so response from them. Customer services is really bad and poor.

A great place to stay. 3 minutes walk to Nadi International Airport.

Very quite and neat place good for kids.

Food is not great, beds need improvement pool needs cleaning, friendly service, ok for what you paid to stay good for short stay until you fly out.

My workmate and I checked into the hotel together. She left early morning to catch a flight. I was called at 7am in the morning and was told that I have passed my check out time. The actual checkout time is 10-11am! The hotel had a large group checking in hence were disturbing and requesting locals to check out early! Horrible customer service!

Meh! The bathrooms have mildew everywhere. Very unhygienic.

Incompetent staff and management. Typical poorly cared for Indian run hotel… Food takes forever and due to the high cost of meat in Fiji it only has bones no meat!

Mosquitoes and frogs everywhere. When I stayed there, we had a power blackout from10pm to 8am next day. No TV remote control and no iron and ironing board in the room despite repeated requests. Wi-Fi is only restricted to the reception area. It's more a low cost budget motel. Stay there if you have no other choice.

It does not like a hotel, should call a motel. Nothing here and need taxi in and out. Pool was dirty and frog in it. Food so bad and so costly, bedbugs in room. Thief came police was in hotel and I have been told it always in happen this place. not safe. Stayaway!

Was great. Stayed for 2 weeks with my family last year. Staff were very friendly. James was great to deal with. Going there again this year.

Spent a day in the deluxe room. It was pretty okay for a hotel held with such high regard. Had all the neccesities. View from the balcony wasnt much but it had everything else like the pool and cafe. I recommend for short stayers. Service wasnt too bad.

Very poor customer service. Some items gone missing, Duty Manager (JAMES) was very rude and took no action. Had to get police involved. Suggest if you staying at the hotel, lock your bags as you cant trust staffs at this hotel. Not worth saving few dollars if your belongings is not secured.
