I used to live in Addis and there was not a hotel like this. The location is prime, staff are genuine/kind/attentive, rooms are perfect for families or business. Will be staying here my next trip!

If you want to stay within the city at a great hotel, this is the place. The staff are amazing, and the general manager will do anything to make sure you enjoy your stay.

Very accommodating for as impromptu a reservation as was made for me and my friends.

Overall, I have had good experience considering the price! I have stayed here for about two weeks, and may stay for few more days if I end up extending my stay in Addis.

First of all, I will like to say thank you the staff. Starting securities, front desk, management, room cleaning, and servers.

📚 Tucked inside the Diamond Hotel, this café is a quiet treasure for anyone seeking a peaceful escape in Addis.

Rooms are outstanding and generous size. Staff in reception are very helpful. However, the restaurant is bad, the quality of the food is poor, and there are so few options.

First off it’s in a Great location, that makes it easy to get anywhere with the least amount of hustle. Second and most importantly the rooms are kept very clean and comfortable.

Room is good but doesn't have sandel for bathroom.

Excellent location and a classy place. A bit unprofessional when it comes to staff communication and for some reason their cinema seems to be out of order with no notice (It happened to me twice).

It has memorable experiences, they provide quality with warm greetings.

I stayed for a couple of days with my mum and truly loved everyone here, so kind and welcoming. The staff were wonderful, especially the luggage attendant.

Exceptional Tourist Standard Service in the Heart of Addis.
"I had a fantastic stay at the Axum Hotel in Addis Ababa.

I would consider it a 3 stars hotel rather than 4. I have to say the mattress is the hardest I’ve ever seen😂 feels like laying on wood.
Anyway the rooms are a bit old but spacious and clean.

The staff were friendly, great breakfast, nice and clean rooms.
