I would consider it a 3 stars hotel rather than 4. I have to say the mattress is the hardest I’ve ever seen😂 feels like laying on wood.
Anyway the rooms are a bit old but spacious and clean.

The staff were friendly, great breakfast, nice and clean rooms.

Abat guest house is top notch when it comes to customer service. Its on the main road right in front of bole airport and its the perfect place to stay long term.

Lovely hotel with top quality coffee. Also best place to stay if you have a connecting flight or want to be close to the airport.

Despite the rooms being on the smaller side, I found them very comfortable and well-kept.

Blue Nest Hotel is located at the best location in Addis Ababa with a distance of 05 minits walk from the AU HQ. The location is very well secured due to the presence of Int.

I stayed for three days at Addissinia hotel in October/2025. My room was very clean, comfortable and peaceful. I received the best customer service from the all members of the staff.

I stayed one night for transit there, their service is really good and staffs are really helpful. Room quality is cool.

Nice place to stay the entrance is a bit hidden, rooms have good Internet, hot water and clean. There is no shuttle service included in the booking just an fyi.

Digital Nomads! Warning for you. The internet they have is horrible. It's so slow, it's worse then not having any. In that case you at least won't hope.

A Home Away from Home at Desfam Apartments! **
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Desfam furnished apartment for over a month, and it was an incredible experience!

I had a lovely stay at Desfam for about two weeks. The apartment is very new and matches the pictures posted online perfectly.

I recommend it to those looking for a strategic location in the commercial area of ​​Boli at simple economic costs for comfortable and quiet housing. And a classy owner.

Went here for a night out. The DJ understood the assignment, and the staff were helpful and nice.
