We asked for a quiet room : our room is on ground floor and the noise of the traffic can be heard.
We booked e Deluxe room : they don't replace neither the water nor the coffee pods. (Usually, in this category it should be obvious)
— the breakfast is just medium range (no dried fruits for instance), many dishes were empty (strawberry jam).
— I would recommend that attendant smile and done be reluctant to inform kindly about busses …

Very good customer service and nothing is too much trouble, the room is very comfortable and the bed was extremely comfortable after not having any sleep because of the flight times. Would reccomend this hotel and the town. Excellent transportation around the city. The hotel is situated a 10 minute walk into the old and new town.

Excellent hotel at walking distance (10 min. ) from the Old City of Tallinn. Nice modern and climate controlled rooms and tasty and generous breakfast. No noise from busy street next to hotel. Staff willing to help with all kinds of questions (e. G. It was no problem for me to park my rental-bike inside the hotel). Reasonable priced.

Wifi connection good. Pleasant staff. Available parkinga area. On a walk distance from the city centre and old town. Warm recommendation.

It's a great place! In the morning delicious breakfasts. Good service, daily housekeeping, not far from the old town. Recommend!

Own parking area, good breakfast, receptionists were nice, room was small but very clean and comfortable. Dinner in the hotel restaurant "100" was really bad experience. Waiter was really rude. He wanted to enertain his girlfriend instead of serving the customers. Food wasn't good either. Good hotel but don't have dinner here.

The hotel is brand new, the staff are polite, everything is clean and beautiful, the center is within reach. The only negative is paid parking, for a 4 star hotel it is not serious.

When checking in, they were not warned to register the car and pay for parking. If we did not ask, after a few hours, whether it is possible to just leave the car, in a couple of weeks would receive a fine from the municipal services of Tallinn. We travel often by car and always the staff warns about parking conditions. This time they didn't. A big drawback for a hotel with such a high level.

A new hotel. Decent breakfast, just don't be late, all the delicious things can end. A little away from the historic center.

The new great hotel. Everything is clean and new. The old town is a 10-minute walk. Friendly staff. The room wasn't big. Free Wi-Fi. Free safe. A bunch of USB sockets in the room. The room has a bed with a great mattress. A little confused the deposit for a minibar 50 euros or bank card data. Booked in advance, so not expensive.
