Wow wow wow! Here at the moment and there is literally nothing that you can fault. The staff are always smiling and so obliging. The food is exceptional everything is perfect. It certainly deserves more stars than 5!

Clear, clean plant. We had a swim-up room, I can recommend. Quiet, clean and the pool is heated. The food in all the restaurants were extensive and very tasty. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

Can’t fault this place, it was stunning with amazingly friendly staff, full marks for cleanliness. Loved it! Huge areas of well designed space inside and out. It’s definitely a place to go!

We have just returned from a holiday at this hotel, we are very pleased and will definitely come back here. The service was very helpful and the waiters were friendly, the whole director Walid Ali prepared a few surprises for my partner for her birthday, we are very pleased with the whole stay and we highly recommend this hotel to which we will definitely return next year.

Very beautiful hotel with excellent sea view & pool view,

We have been here a week and I can’t recommended this hotel enough, excellent food friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are so clean and spacious, I’m disabled and love the fact we can get club cars when ever we want to anywhere on the complex, the cabanas are so cool and comfortable, and the little things have made, our holiday the best, from mint oil face cloth’s, sunglasses being cleaned, buzzer’s on the cabana for service, but they come round anyway 😁 extra towels for sun bed next to your cabana, sweets, fruit on stick, mosquito 🦟 replant when you ask, show gel and shampoo in the showers on the beach, fruit in the rooms lots of water, Red the supervisor of the life guards has been taking care of us he is so lovely and helpful any problems he would sort them, but we have had no problems with anything, I like the fact the staff are rotating so you get to see everyone, and they make time to make sure everything is perfect for us ❤️ the restaurants are amazing, all the food we have had has been to the highest standards 👍 the drinks are lovely best mojito‘s, detox water when ever you want, we are here for my birthday and tomorrow is our 6th wedding anniversary and I couldn’t think of a better place to have it, perfect for honeymoon and special occasions it’s like paradise, no upset tummies like we have had so many times in other countries and hotels, so to summarise this is the best service and hotel we have stayed in, and we have been going on holiday for 40 years ow all

We had an amazing family holiday. The hotel exudes luxury and the food was out of this world! The animation team and children club staff where brilliant and helpful and safe with the children. The best vacation ever. If you are planning on a vacation to Egypt I recommend staying at Alcazar. Excellent service, great restaurants, my favorite was the Seafood Restaurant by the beach. And if you want a good Sangria with fresh fruits go to Mohammed he is at the bar located by 2nd pool where you can also find Ahmed to clean your sunglasses, chat with you or even spray cold mist on your arms. The activities are well coordinated by the animation team, Nina and the others are great. My room. Was always on point clean and fresh by Umar and Mohammed. I'm planning on coming back for sure.

We can enjoy many of the restaurants a la carte : a preference for the SEA Food and the House. At the bar, Blow of heart for the Cosmopolitans! The diving Club Pyramids is awesome and his team is of the most adorable, 4 days of happiness among them! Mr Said, taxi privilege is great, and very interesting, an anthology about this beautiful country! Enchanting setting with a table service very nice and rare for an all-in! Quite simply, we will be back!

Amazing hotel, very good staff, yammy food, excellent stay.

The whole hotel is a highlight. From food to rooms, service, staff and cleanliness, everything is great.
The only criticism for me:
The hotel has a very comfortable bridge to the reef edge. Access to the water is optimal. Why isn't there the opportunity to dive there? At first I was told by the hotel-based dive center that the current was too strong.
When I said after snorkeling, current is weak, came the statement, diving would be forbidden.
With such a short-term change in arguments, I feel a little outdated (to put it kindly).
I know the dive center is an external service provider, but in this respect the hotel should take action.
We are still in the hotel for a week, maybe I will get a feedback during the time.

Fantastic hotel… The best ever.

We’ve had one of our best vacations at Steigenberger. Beautiful grounds, comfy rooms, terrific food, but most importantly, every moment we felt taken care of. Every whim of ours was catered to, particularly by the amazing beach crew led by the very capable Abdelazeem who easily conversed with us in half a dozen languages. Rarely does one encounter such a level of dedication by the hotel staff. We enjoyed every moment and will be sure to return.

I was there last month, I loved everything about this hotel of course its a beautiful resort great stay, great food, very clean, modern and up to date with every detail in the rooms but what really impressed me the most how wonderful were the staff, every one was greeting us with a smile, asking if we need any help, very friendly and well mannered, Nervana from gust relations greeted us and made sure we were having great time, every one was amazing help, Abdulmeneem was driving the carts inside the resort was very helpful I called him Mr smiley, Mustafa at the beach helped me and my kids enjoy the swim, those just the names that stuck but every single one of the staff was amazing, I will definitly be back,

I liked everything about the hotel the cleanliness, the food, the very helpful and friendly staff. One of the best hotels in Sharm. Definitely I will be coming back.

A wonderful place to relax and rest. All employees make sure that you feel good and do not have any. You have to assume that You gain weight the food is not only tasty but (especially desserts) are mini pieces of art. A brilliant SPA that deepens the sense of relaxation. A great kitesurfing school with a great instructor, OMAR thank you especially Piotr. Will for sure come back to this place. I want to thank everyone who cared for us. I recommend to all who want to rest this hotel.

AlCazar is amazingly beautiful with a warm hospitality. A beautiful place to relax and makes us feel — at — home. I am having a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfill our needs. The food served there is very delicious. And also not forgetting to mention about the working people there, who are very pleasing.
The Spa and the massage time were perfect.
As a whole we are having a very good time there and would surely like to be here again. (We are arranging to come again from now).

To sum it up: great resort! The two weeks I spent here were a real treat. Shoutout to Mohamed and Emad: thanks so much for your services! Mohamed made every day at the pool a day of pure and total relaxation. Wwwwowwww Our stay here was absolutely fabulous! The staff went above & beyond to make sure we were happy! The rooms are large & love the bathroom! The beach is like no other we have seen, beautiful clear water. We love it and we would come back with in heart beat.

I am a girl Italian, I have stayed at this fabulous property from the 06 to the 11 of June. I have had the unfortunate events that mii the explosion of an acute appendicitis on the day of my arrival at the property. THE Doctor at the resort was very competent and diligent in the diagnosis. She lent me the first aid required, has notified directly to the hospital and called me a taxi. During my hospital stay, I was followed from the hotel. The director of the structure and l asst, FO MANAGER MOUSTAFA YOUSRY were presented in the hospital after the surgery with a beautiful bouquet of flowers, giving me full assurance of their presence to my every need (food — assistance in the hospital — long teleonica for use abroad, and Wi-Fi to use during my stay). At the same time, my traveling companion, Rita, who did not know the English language has been supported in all and for all from the manager, Mustafa who is worried to make available to the driver of the structure to travel to and from the hospital to assist me, the food in the room on his return and any kind of support he needed. I can say that it is not easy to stay in a hospital in a foreign country especially when you don't have none of your close family but all the staff at the resort was next to me as if it were a family, all kind and considerate, never gave any kind of support from the physical to the moral. I recommend you to get a vacation in this property from the thousand and one nights.

The hotel is great! A large area near the pool and on the beach there is always free space. The food is varied, lots of fish, children's menu, etc. On the beach and around the pools, go to the waiters and take orders. If you go for a swim on the reef, choose another hotel. The pontoon is located in the neighbouring hotels, to go meters 300 + 250 on the pontoon to the reef. Reef beautiful, little fish and corals. Of the seven days, only twice were able to dive, as always, hung a red flag (dangerous to dive, strong waves) at the same time on the pontoon of the neighbouring hotel was in was yellow and green flag.

Incredible place to stay! Immaculate grounds and clean rooms. The staff is incredible and the food is beyond delicious. We did the all inclusive and it was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Exotic, modern, safe, quality and beauty.

Lovely hotel with lots of pool area to choose. Suitable for adults and families. Smaller area for little ones and larger slides for grown ups. just got back from Sharm and we all miss it so much already! I travelled for a 3 days with my 2 young kids aged 10 and 9. This was my first holiday with the kids so I was really nervous. Once we got to our hotel everything was just amazing. From the reception staff, to the room attendants to the waiters and waitress they all made us feel so relaxed and at ease. On arrival our room was upgraded to a junior suite by Mohammed to lower level floor as we didn't want to be trekking with kids up flights of stairs several times a day. The food was good as they had a variety and different themes everyday in the main buffet restaurant. The Italian restaurant was different but nice. However a special mention to the staff at Seafood restaurant who went out of their way to make my meal such special and memorable one. Highly recommend this resort to everybody even if don't have children they do have an amazing adults only pool on the sea side aria.

Was visiting this gorgeous property and had lunch. The food was so delicious I couldn't resist to take some more pictures and post here. It's hard to believe that the food in an all inclusive hotel can be so good. The sweets were beyond expectations — they just blew my mind away.

One of the most amazing hotels I've ever been to. The staff is very attentive and helpful, the place is truly beautiful and everything is so well designed to guarantee comfort, hospitality and luxury. Expect multiple pools, 5 different a la carte restaurants besides the main restaurant, 6 different bars and an amazing beach. The little ones have a blast in the kids club and the animation team is very active. I loved every minute of my stay and will definitely (save to) come again ;)

We've been skeptic about hotels in Egypt initially, but Alcazar prooved that quality of service can be delivered with the highest standards no matter the place. Want ot emphasize: — this is a new resort (so you get great modern design, architecture, garden) — excellent service (it's like they all want to make you happy, stuff constantly exceeds expectations) — great food (beatifully served EVEN DURING breakfast, lunch and dinner) — the best a la carte restaurants I've ever been (tasty, beautiful, highly recommend HAMA with asian food, chef there makes a great show) — three HEATED waterpools with different temperatures (everybody will find what she likes) — lobby is INSANELY beautiful Want to thank all of the stuff for our delightful honeymoon vacation. Was a week in the really dreamlike hotel at the end of November to the beginning of December. Everything great. Friendly, helpful staff, very clean, varied food, especially the Lebanese restaurant is recommended. Thick praise for the pool boys by the adult pool. Come back determined. For me: 5 stars plus.

Beautiful place for relaxing days.

The hotel has a lot of amazing decorations with huge landscapes and pools, breakfast is very nice with many varieties and tasty food. Room service orders are OK but limited options especially after midnight. The full experience is great especially with a big rooms up to 45 Sq meters, and these are the standard ones!
