The hotel is super-original. The staff is polite, everywhere all wash, clean, mow lawns, sweep, water. All sorts of food, but mostly spicy. There are a lot of fruits, desserts. There are menus for children. The only unpleasant moment is the hotel guide Mohammed. It's a very unpleasant type. The rest is fine. Interesting excursions.

A good holiday for families with children. There is no Coral Reef. In the sea you can go and without akvavas. Go long and fine. It's safe for kids. Adults swim from the panton. The restaurant has a children's menu. The hotel was once posh, but the room stock would like to upgrade. So when you enter the room immediately check that all the plumbing: shower, flush, the presence of hot and cold water. There are entertainment programs for children and adults. Great stuff and food only one thing that I really make me heat that place is the furniture is soooo old almost every thing is broken in side the rooms.

Worst experience ever, worst hotel I have ever been to whether inside egypt or abroad. Food is awful, rooms are poor no kind of entertainment ever, no snacks on the pool. We paid for all inclusive but we didn’t get snacks only drinks. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Plus my dad slipped outside the pool and the pavement was broken and he had a very bad injury required stitches.

We came here for the first time and we will never come again! And I don't advise you. I'll start with the pluses of a big hotel and very green and well-groomed which means that there is a place to walk. The hotel is great. The staff are friendly and do their job well. The grounds are huge, clean and well-groomed. Animators know their business, they can always be found on the beach, at the pool, then at the water park, then at the amphitheater, in general everywhere. There are 2 tennis courts (rackets and balls at the front desk for free), mini golf. The food on the level, varied and in large quantities, loved the dishes with beef.

Great food, great pools with aquapark. There is only one problem. They have no coral on there's beach. Great place to relax with kids or alone.

Good experience in general, yet the heated pool was not working, and they operate only two slides of the aqua park at a time. The room is moderate and food is good.

The hotel is already old it is visible, kind of like 5 stars but left somewhere 3. The rooms are cleaned, the toilets are not very clean. There are only two slides in the water park. Loved the big green territory. Room service is terrible, forgot to put towels, gels and shampoo, rubbish too, although the urns were full, had to run after the cleaners. The food is very good.

I chose this hotel because it has direct sea access for children and why not even for adults, unfortunately the structure despite being 5 stars, does not offer much animation level and the few shows that make are extra charge. The Wi-Fi is chargeable and the cleanliness leaves to be desired. The most sore note is the food, in a week I had serious difficulty eating something decent, both at the buffet as in the restaurants scattered around the village. The hotel is huge. The first line. The rooms are clean but a bit old. The staff is friendly and always happy to help. There are several restaurants. Animation for children.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable. Private beach with a bridge in the sea, the water is blue and clean. The food is wonderful: bakery products, cakes, meat dishes and fresh vegetables are plentiful. There is a water park and a gym (included in the cost of the voucher). The staff are friendly and patiently treat their guests. We had fun.

Have been in this hotel since 02.11.17, met perfectly, check-in passed quickly. The room is spacious, the balcony is large, not perfect but clean. The hotel area is large and very well maintained, bridges, gazebos, flowers, trees… Nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The sea is great and beautiful, lots of fish swim along the Panton. On the beach, in the bar, delicious donuts and eggplants! Wi-Fi paid, $10-4dnja. I do not recommend to go outside the hotel in the evening, scary, the Egyptians became more bolder and Nastyrnee. Few holidaymakers, crisis (no Russians), so many hotels abandoned.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Not sure if they washed the dishes properly in the restaurant. But the hotel is beautiful, especially its gardens which are probably the best thing with the hotel. The beach is nice too. Food is usually quite tasteless unfortunately. But the staff are friendly.

Very nice place with so many amenities! The cleaning is to be improved and also the entertainment is not present. All in all we enjoyed it. The food is a little repetitive but good, it is absolutely not comparable to our Italian cuisine. There are several restaurants to vary dinners such as oriental, Italian, international and fish (surcharge). The gardens are very manicured, the rooms very spacious and comfortable, the beach and the sea beautiful even if you do not have the reef there are several fish! I had a great time last weekend in my stay in this resort, what was good there: Nice Beach & water sports, wonderful Aqua park & swimming pools, clean rooms, rather good food and fantastic kids clubs and play grounds. My kids loved the Aqua and kids clubs so much. The most amazing thing was despite the shortage of staff that most of Sharm hotels suffer from nowadays the staff were friendly and helpful with their Manager "Mr Hamza" who is a very active person who listens carefully to the guests and solve any problem instantly. I recommend this resort and I think I'll visit it again my next vacation.

The setting is gorgeous, the sea is wonderful but the food was unfortunately bloody awful! Had a wonderful holiday but that was due to the surroundings not the hotel. Best meal of the week? McVities digestives and cheddar cheese from local supermarket. (And I like experimenting with different food from all over the world! )

Had a rest with the husband in Egypt in November of the year 2015. Very happy, fed is tasty, staff was very helpful, clean every day and mould from towels figurines) )

Vacationing in this hotel with my wife and daughter. The hotel would do well to make cosmetic repairs, and so very good! Friendly staff, friendly. Worst place to stay in Egypt and I've been to this country 5 times now! This hotel does not deserve 5 but only 1 star. The food was the very last. Dirty Room, the ashtray was already emptied, just out into the garden, in the pool there were cigarette butts and empty cups. Dirty glasses and plates, partly deck chairs defective, some were already in the morning drinks out, in the whole Hoterl had 3 coffee machines, which were all at the same time defective. Some soft drinks had to be paid separately (at all inclusive), the so great Aqua Park. 5 slides, always in the afternoon 1 was no longer put into operation. No slipping is possible over noon. From Norway. Spent a week there with my family last week. This is not a 5-star hotel, more those 2 stars I gave. They have a web site which looks very perfect, but I don't recognize the hotel when I look at it the way I see it. One word: Russians! The hotel is set up for russians. Some guy I talked to in Egypt said that the Russian government has made a deal with the Egyptian government to host the area of Sharm Elsheikh for Russian tourism in a way that makes it cheap for the Russians. The hotel itself is nice, with beautiful surroundings and big pools. Short distance to the beach. It's the people that makes it bad. They make the Russians feel comfortable, with Russian food, tradition and culture. -Maybe up to 95% of the guests are russians, so the workers speak almost only Russian, very bad English. You really have to concentrate to understand their English and make them understand you. -Terrible food, at least the breakfast. The lunch and the dinner is better, but far from good. Dry old bread, the same every day and the boiled eggs are green inside! The Russians eat them though… :-S -More about the food. The Russians don't have what Norwegians Call "Queue culture". They just pass the Queue and point with a finger that they want one egg, one omelet and so on, and just leave without saying thank you or whatever.

Grounds are well-kept, staff is responsive and polite, food is ok. Rooms make an impression that they are there for a few decades without any renovations though, tap water is yellowish. No free internet access, Wi-Fi is $5 per hour. Most of the lodgers are Russian. Abandoned hotels surrounding it.

This hotel is not at 5* hotel as advertised more 4*. Rooms were very large and comfortable, grounds were well kept and very pretty. The hotel was very clean throughout. The beach was lovely, plently of sun beds available however quite a few were broken. Pool area was great and very clean. The food was very average, breakfast very disappointing. Staff and Management were very helpful and polite could not do enough for you.

If you're expecting 5 star, this won't provide it! Russians, Russians and more rude ignorant Russians, that's what you'll find here. The staff, mostly, are brilliant, the food is not great at any level and the entertainment is geared purely for the Russian market. Brits are loved there by the majority of the staff as we say 'please' and 'thank you'. If you find this hotel via a secret deal, there's a reason why it's a secret and that's so you can't change hotels! One lady I met there on her first day changed to one down the road as she hated it that much. One week was more than enough. One word springs to mind, AVOID!
