Worst hotel experience ever! There is no service at all. 90% of employees do not speak/understand Russian or English. Cleaning is awful. I checked in the dirtiest room ever — nothing was cleaned, the bed laundry was the same as the previous guests used. No towels and shampoo were given. Btw giving an extra charge still does not guarantee that you will have a clean room. Spending a week in this hotel is like running from room to reception all the time as there couldn't be a single day without any problem — either the fridge will not work, or the air conditioner, or the safe box, or the room will not be cleaned up, etc. Food is 90% the same every day. On the 3rd day you are already fed up with everything served. Btw, the menu wasn't that diverse and tasty. It really smelled bad. The beach is even worse! Basically you cannot swim in the sea beach as you should walk about a kilometre so the sea height will let you swim. If you think that you'll go swimming in the sea and then lie on the beach and repeat this a few times a day, just forget about it! The pools were so dirty. Especially when you are with water masks you see all the dirt in which you swim. None of the families I talked to were happy with this hotel. All of them experienced the same I did. The only positive side is animation team which made our days. Without them everything would be even worse!

First time in Egypt and all for five.
I was with two kids.
On arrival at 23.10, met the guide and sent to the bus. The hotel was at 11.40pm. Placed very quickly. About 20 minutes. The true room the next day was replaced, with no co-payments, for a reason-one bed in the room. Offered 2 rooms to choose from. Selected on the 3rd floor with a beautiful view of the beach and sea. The room is clean, cozy. In the room 2 beds, additionally put the third (children 12 and 16 years). Air conditioning (excellent), safe, hairdryer, refrigerator, TV. The room was cleaned daily. The bed was changed 2 times (our rest was 14 nights). No further payment.
The grounds of the hotel are large, clean. Every day the hotel staff carefully cleaned.
2 pools are large enough, with different depths, a large water park paradise for children. We really spent most of our time at sea, which is 200 meters away, bought masks on the beach in a shop, and admired fish.
The hotel had animators. We found an approach individually to each guest. Politely inviting to the events. Football, valeibol, yoga, dancing, aqua aerobics, children's games. In the evenings show, karaoke, dancing.
We liked the food. Everyone ate what they wanted. And the choice was good enough.
I can't say anything about alcohol — I don't drink it.
The service throughout the hotel suited us. Everyone is polite and friendly.

We felt very comfortable here. People are very nice. The plant is pointed.

Nice place. For the first holiday abroad that's great even. There are small nuances. The food is a bit specific, with the smell of unusual for us, Ukrainians, but in a few days get used to it. Alcohol is not bad, it is better to take with you. Only beer is there to drink, and it is better to take some bigger cups because they poured all the alcohol in 150 ml. As for 4 stars not bad. There is a water park on the territory, which gives the hotel a great advantage. The animation does not work at all, for a week of stay to us approached 2 times. Excellent resort with an excellent staff. People here are helpful and smile faces.

It's fun and neat. There's still a huge problem with room service though. Towels in the room are not available before 5 pm which I 'll never understand how am I supposed to be in the room without any towels for 5 hours or so. The receptionist is so cold in his answers. We kept asking for a kettle for our whole stay and the receptionist kept saying ok we'll send one now, and that never happened and I didn't bother to ask why because I knew they were already unprofessional. Other than that the resort is a great place for kids to have fun.

Stayed with the family from April 24 to May 1, 2018 in general not a bad place, there is certainly its minuses. But hungry will not stay here, there is a children's kitchen. I've came from US to spend 5 days only here. I came with my wife and daughter, my brother and parents. We enjoyed it here so much from the first day, that we wish we booked it for a longer time. Elhagarry, the owner of the village, is so helpful, and taking care of things himself. Younan, R. D. Manager, is likewise just as great. Food is excellent and various restaurants. Aquapark is fabulous, my almost 2 years old daughter never wanna leave it when we're ready to go. Animations are super, and overall team is just amazing. I will absolutely recommend this place to my friends and family, and I'm sure I will visit it again soon.

The hotel, well so on a weak 3, very, very weak. The wait staff is just a curse, for 3 people 2 sets of Polotec, and they are very surprised why you need another set. The pro: beautiful gardens, swimming pools and beach, very nice aqua park where children can have lots of fun and last, but not least, very friendly staff. The cons: very poor rooms (old furniture, dirty floors, bugs in the room) and lack of options in the menu inside the main restaurant. I have stayed in more than 100 hotels (I guess) in the past 15 years, but I cannot consider this resort a 4 stars, but more a 3 stars one.

Мы с трудом нашли 2 рыбки ( ( ( — однообразное меню (скучный рацион) — стаканчики для напитков в 2 раза меньше стандартного ✅ плюсы ✅ — большое количество бассейнов — достаточно зелёный — идеально для детей до 6 лет — достойный аквапарк — удобные шезлонги — на пляже есть фуд корт (сендвичи, фри, гамбургеры) — детское счастье)

Rest in this hotel with 24.01.2018-31.01.2018 came later once settled and fed. Beautiful sea within walking distance, beds all new, clean Alteza issued for the pool. The food is good as beach fries, a hot dog, vegetables, and in the restaurant : duck, chicken, beef, fish, vegetables a lot, Tole fruit: strawberries, mandarins, oranges, figs and much more (names not known). For$ 1 fresh juice. Good liquor, beer, wine, whiskey, gin, carbonated drinks : Cola, sprite, Fanta, as we have in Belarus. Rooms will say this, if you come audit You then 5 stars, but it is good! In the evening a different program : karaoke, disco (violin) … not be missed. The staff is very polite, friendly — well DONE! Rest in Egypt is not the first time, there is nothing to compare! Not clean at all, bad restaurant, reception not cooperative.

For the most part, only Russian is spoken and you are only really well served when you tip. It will make every effort to do everything, but none of it is done properly. Nevertheless, the hotel is very nice, rooms are generously designed.

Family friendly hotel, thanks to the shallow sandy beach and its aqua park, and most important is the kids clubs where you can leave childern in safe hands while you enjoy yourself with other things. Has friendly and helpfull staff and managements, such as Mr. Mohamed Raouf the front office manager. Food has been improved a lot since our last visit in August is not luxurious but it is alowys fresh, tasty variants and clean, thanks to chief m. Sayed, and Mr. Hafez F&B manager. I do recommend it for all family and friends.

I just fell in love with this place! For me it is love at first sight! Whoever is looking for cons, He will find them everywhere. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. Now we have a rest in this hotel. We Have a tour from December 11 to December 26. We Arrived at 8 am. The Hotel was at the beginning of the eleventh. At The reception we got documents for registration, and we were invited to the lunch bar, where we offered a European breakfast. Met in 11 place 14 hours. That's a plus. The Staff is attentive, constantly interested in how things are. Good English speaking. The Room is OK. Everything is there, everything works. Cleaned every day. There Is always a varied menu in the dining room. Lots of vegetables, fruit, pastries. There are pools, very nice water park. For Children There is a children's club. My grandson goes there with pleasure. Animators work Very well. The Hotel is very nice. Recommend.

They Took off from November 22 to 29, 2017. We Arrived at 12.00 — met at once, did not have to wait. Enough and families with children and those who like to sunbathe near the bar with cocktails. Visitors speak Russian, Ukrainian, Kazakh, Polish, Belarusian, several pairs in German and English. A Week in the hotel, of which 1-2 are walking tours and, as we think, the rest was a success.

The animation team were 5 star and made our holiday. Mega, mondi, smiley, samba and the girls did an excellent job of keeping us entertained for 2 weeks not just at night but throughout the day aswell. The food was not great in the restaurant so was expecting it to be a bad holiday but the laughs we had with the animation team more than made up for the food. I had a great holiday with my daughter and 3 grandkids and will be booking to go back again soon. Keep up the good work mega, mondi and team. See you soon.

The hotel is good. Price above budget. Animation team for entertainment. Private beach and swimming pool. Playing area and aqua park for kids Rooms are clean. NO Wifi except in the reception. The buffet was not good. Quality and cleanliness were not good. Available camel riding and water activities on the beach.

The beach is heaven… sometimes shallow waters… but the sea walk is superb and drops you in middle of great sea for swimming. Not much varieties of food. But they had a great chef during our stay. Our only problem was with housekeeping, to get clean towels everyday! They also need to pay more attention of room cleanliness. The aqua park was amazing for kids… very safe and controlled. Aqua park needs more attention in terms of cleanliness and drying out wet floors from guests. The staff, lifeguards were truly doing their best.

Very bad service. Dirty rooms. Very bad quality of food. The see is not good very law. Dirty swimming pools. This is a dirty place and staff. No towels in the rooms, or bath tools. They treat Egyptians as a third degree customers.

Named Aqua park sea beach, It's a horrible place, very bad stuff, very bad management, nothing good at all.

Nice hotel and most of the staff except at the bar where after 24:00 for a bottle of water asked for $2 while a person is ill, and then spent two hours fighting off their insurance and were asked to leave the room. Food: salads, fried eggs, coffee and pastries — good, but the meat is either soy or watch what would you do not eat, with juices of the same problem. The rooms are clean, no mold and smells t to treat at night with smoke. The pools are great, especially in the Park + there is a hidden pool between the buildings which is heated, even at night, creating intimacy and comfort. Individual animators are great. Solid five if not for the food and booze which leave much to be desired, the duty-free.

Personell is very annoying. Every day, every hour somebody interrupts us for service proposal. The food is not good.
