Everything was wonderful except for two things. The first is what the receptionist claims, Mr. Mustafa Al-Qadi, that he is a sharp, frown man who does not smile. He also treats all visitors with extreme arrogance and has a rough style with everyone, even with those who work with him, and when I asked to change the room service worker for his bad style and lack of Taking care of his work, he would not have wanted to do anything, had I not insisted on raising the complaint to the general manager of the hotel, Mr. Muhammad Al-Shimi. He responded to my request and called the room service manager, and therefore I think that it is not suitable at all in this place. The second thing is that there are a few hotel workers who are not fit to work in the field of tourism at all, like Muhammad, the room service worker I think he responsible for rooms from 207 to 217. He is a very bad and very exploitative person, so beware of him well. Hotel other than 4 stars starting from the rooms not clean food imaginable apart from carrots tomatoes and bread on the beach you can not stay from flies and impossible at six in the morning they start to make the rooms and make a mess not to mention that until three in the morning you do not sleep for the music ever again here after ten times I come to Egypt and the first time we found ourselves so bad.

Great hotel with a stunning sea view the best balcony I've ever seen directly over the sea which is made me feel calm and relaxed. The best atmosphere, positive vibes everywhere I didn't feel bored even one moment I didn't need to go out of the hotel coz it entertained me, the best location ever, friendly and polite staff receptionists, chefs and the great animation team, food variety great beach, different parties everyday
I just have few comments to be better kindly add spices in food to be more tasty, wash the spones more and put them in a clear place for the guests, clean the floor of the reception more than that that's all
Overall it was one of the best experiences for me in Sharm El_Shiekh I'll come over and over again 😍❤️😍

I booked 3 rooms garden view the hotel gave me the worst 3 rooms at the hotel, they're not even garden they're the wall next to the reception so I cant even open the door to get fresh air because the ac's are closed.
There are no windows at the rooms to breath.
Dinner yesterday was not good, they dont offer any water or juice at dinner for the half board guests.
Animation girl does not speak except Russian.

The hotel is great, though not Russian speaking. Very nice to be by the sea since were in July and there was very good. But I didn't want to go to the city.

A great little hotel with only about 70 rooms. A bit tired in places but it's the staff that makes it stand out. They can not do enough for you, and with a low turnover the same staff are there to welcome you on each visit. We've been recognised and welcomed even after a 2 year break. Highly recommended.

Hotel for its money. The staff did not begging tips. Mostly in the hotel people for 50 rest. But diving at the hotel completely sucks, though tell tales about underwater beauty.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, right next to the beach, it was an excellent choice. Giving some tips (less than 1 $ / person) is highly recommended for a better service (in the hotel or anywhere in sharm).

This hotel is one of the best hotels in sharm el sheikh. It is not too big but it's in downtown naama and right on the beach. The location is the best. It has many decks and two restaurants and three bars all next to the sea. The pool and jacuzzi is on roof top. The over look the whole cost of naama beach. Amazing view. The jacuzzi is cold though! The food is quite good. Not too much variety but it's tasty. The service is exquisite! From the manager to the waiter and room service they are all exceptionally amazing. They go out of their way to get you what you want. They are so friendly so polite that you become friends with them. The rooms are very clean. It's a bit outdated like the rest of the hotel but it's still nice. The only downside is that it's a bit noisy at night because the doors are not sound proof so you can hear the sound of the waves and boats outside and even the steps of people waking the stairs. It was a great time at Lido and we will come back again.

Good sea view, but need some enhancements like noise isolation in the room and adding room numbers direction at interactions.

If you are seeking relaxation, wonderful view. Romantic residence and good food and services. Then lido is a good place to serve those. But if you're seeking partying and activities then search for other place. Me myself enjoyed my residence but eventually get bored.

Nice, small, cosy hotel, already a bit older but well kept in shot very nice, friendly staff, food according to the country, sufficient, tasty, morning and evening buffet. Downside is the place Namaa Bay, very noisy only touristy. Therefore 4 stars…
Anyone looking for action in the night is right. If you want to rest, you need a room back. The staff makes possible what is possible to do. We find the hotel great!

A great hotel with very friendly staff… also great location and especially you are very good and you can relax with tranquility even the kitchen is quite good and the rooms are pretty clean and cute.

The hotel probably has the best location in Sharm el Sheikh. We have stayed here a few times over the past 10 years and unfortunately we have noticed a decline in both cleanliness and staff attentiveness. We had to complain to the general manager Mohamed El Shewy regarding the cleanliness of the room. The old wooden decking around the rooftop pool, whilst looking very nautical had nails protruding and I got a splinter in my foot. Sunbeds and parasols are all tightly squeezed together around the pool and staff are reluctant to move them to some of the other less populated areas.

I really loved the time up to the most. The view is spectacular, the fish can be seen around us at day and below deck to explore at night. The staff is so friendly for my whole family, and the activities are more than I can remember, from parasailing to banana boat to a boat aquarium. Best vacation ever.

The hotel is designed for relaxation and individual service, if You want to relax in a large, noisy company of the hotel, Naama Bay, close to other hotels, type Тропитель, but they are 2 lines!. This hotel for tourists who are very fond of the Red sea, because there are some very nice slopes into the sea pier (where one can sunbathe), stepped run, directly beside the main restaurant, and of course the very beach where You can walk on the sand right up to the reef, there are several of them and all of it is on the territory of Lido, a lot of marine life (I've personally seen and octopus and a slope, crabs. ), but this does not deter even the most timid. Of course people from other hotels visiting the Lido (staff their rides), but I understand them because they are very picturesque, and no screaming aunts and uncles from the former Soviet republics it's very attractive compared to other hotels. Feed very tasty, the same dishes, but are prepared very skillfully, if You need to smoke a hookah show of Dachshund.
