Everything was excellent, the staff was very attention to us, they provided us with everything we requested, the food was good, the rooms are great.
It is the fourth time I return to this hotel and I will return again as soon as possible. I met beautiful people, especially I want to thank you, Mahmoud Kamal, you are a person who wants to satisfy the hotel’s customers, who cares about the hotel’s image, thank you for all!

Too old fashion. Very bad view. Soooooo poor customer service. Uncleanies wherever the place rooms, restaurant, conference room is horrible. I cannot imagine that even refused to open the AC.

Been here 3 times and sadly it has gone down hill. Food, service & cleanliness are all very poor now. Staff no longer smile, which is such a shame as this was a great hotel. Will not be using it again as they no longer seem to care about British tourists.

We're going home tomorrow.
Rest was a success how badly they did not try to spoil it for us. A lot of dissatisfied and sorry (the good of crests). We stayed at the Il Mercato Hotel and Spa. Advice to anyone who will rest here in the future do not listen to the guide (liar) advise or reef1$ or gold beach (il farsha 5$ or il fanar $6. Entrances at all paid. You don't buy a safari from a guide, it inflates the price by $6-8. Taxis from the hotel do not take very expensive. Better 1 minute walk and 3 times cheaper. Next to the hotel there is a market for tourists prices more expensive than the old market (old town) almost 3 times and discounts are very small compared to the old town (it can be reached by free bus to the free beach only the driver by asking for a smile more often. The hotel is very dirty but it is Egypt so there is no point in arguing with them just time to spend and nerves. The Internet is only in the foyer…

THE FOOD QUALITY IS THE WORST… The good thing are the service, room size kids club and different swimming pool size.

Nice place, however, they give fisrt priority to foreigners. So if you are Egyptian you should be very strict with reception if they didn't make a convenient reservation, I mean in room view, etc.

The hotel is awesome … food is great, fabulous pool … weather was amazing … rooms v comfy and clean. It was a great choice … friendly staff.

I truly wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy to stay in this hotel. Stained bed sheets and Do not disturb signs is the last thing you would want to see in a 5 star hotel. Complete disappointment and an utter waste of money.

Although we spent only one night in this hotel while our flight was delayed, we didn't like anything, no infrastructure, no hotel layout, no food. The worst was the lack of ventilation in the enclosure, built from some acsumulate heat material, air conditioning which noises and blows directly on the bed, as its not twisted, the lack of mosquito nets and disco under the window until two o'clock in the morning. In my opinion, the hotel hardly pulls on 3 degrees or 4 degrees, but not on 5. Although the hall is beautiful.

The hotel is basically good, for a price of $640 for two. We flew at the end of December. Arrived at the hotel at 9am, for an early check-in asked for money. We didn't. The bracelets were given out after 10 a. M. When breakfast was over. Okay. We began to wait for the settlement. We were the last to be settled. And that's until they get the man at the reception.

Food. Goes. But it's all monotonous. Meat choices are meager. Pancakes are nothing in the morning. Desserts are delicious. Delicious soups were. The puree is so-so, too.

Room was large and clean but as mattress became quite old, it's hard to sleep. Breakfast lacking of cheese variety quality was under average to me. There was a shuttle going to two different beaches for every hour. Staff was helpful and cheery at the reception. Hotel is little much far away from beaches (app 10km)

I liked the pool… The waiters are friendly, not very intrusive. The kitchen is good. Only enough for breakfast (scrambled eggs, salted cheese, vegetables, buns…), for lunch were soups and several types of meat, fish, salads, garnishes, served wine and stronger, cocktails (Pynocolada and others. A bad experience in this 5 star hotel but nothing to do with the services of a 5 star hotel. I was in Hayett Regency Sharm el Sheikh a real luxury hotel, well clean and the staff is at little care but for El Mercato the staff is rude, stressed and at the same time stressful. The buffet has hardly changed. Chicken and pasta every day, the pastry does not speak, it's disgusting. The Maitre d'hôtel of the restaurant Mahmoud Hassen was unpleasant, without smiling and accommodating with the Russians but not the other nationalities. The rooms are poorly maintained and 3 swimming pools alike. The architecture of the hotel is unique and pretty. The beach of the Hotel Ibiza without coral. You have to go to El Fanar or El Farsha. The hotel is far from the city center "Naama Bay". "Exceptional" ➕ is the second time we go to this hotel just for the overnight stay, it is we enjoyed it. In front of the hotel there is a shopping whose owner is called the name of the hotel. They also make beautiful tattoos and has a shop with lower prices than old Sharm. He gave us a lot of directions and suggestions on how to live Sharm at best, the tours that he recommended to us were magical. He personally accompanied us personally to Ras Mohamed where he offered us a lunch based on fish (sea bass and king prawns) roasted directly on the embers. It may of been the hotel in its day but it is looking a little drab now and in need of renervation. The food is bland and tasteless and seems the same everyday. On the positive side the staff are very friendly and helpful.

This place has balance in everything, the staff are so friendly and the service is more than enough. The beach is far from the hotel but a shutter bus is provided, however the beautiful view and location is perfect that will make you forget about the distance and you will have the feeling of relaxation and entertainment as you continue your stay. The rooms are so clean and has every thing you will need. This place is highly recommended for young people as the animation team is one of the best and funniest.

The hotel has several buildings and I have been into several rooms. The far single rooms are disaster, while the ones in the main building are better from decoration and preparation side. Breakfast is good. And never count on the hotel reception only internet.

Huge mansion, really clean, helpful staff, awesome buffet every day. all staff memeber are super kind, but not harrassing at all. the roof deck is really huge and great to relax and there is a guy called Mohannad. For real, MohaNNAD. :D.

Beautiful and comfortable in every sense the hotel, the first where I came back from will be coming back. Good food, clean rooms and generally all the territory. Friendly and kind staff.

Great hotel, food is tasty and various. Waiters are active and nice — serving with a smile. Rooms are big and clean. Stuff is smiley and animation does its work. There are different cafes nearby and one of them is famous seafood restaurant Fares. This is my first stay here and I can say that everyone does his job well — from reception and waiters till room service. I arrived early in the morning and nevertheless check in is at 2 pm — they gave us room and managed documents fast. This is an advantage. Atmosphere is very comfortable and friendly. It's hard to find anything better for this price. Finally, this hotel will be one of top-level hotels in Sharm El Sheikh.

We went there in 2014. Great everything : staff, food, location, inclusive! Free bus to the Beach. Pools on the roof. It was hard tearing ourselves away from the hotel to do the excursions.

Good location, food decent. Beach far away, but every hour there is a bus into two Beach: sand and coral. Room spacious and clean. Next 1001 night, old market, a water park. Every day animation in the Hall. Internet only in lobby and very slow. Two heated pools, two conventional. Rest remained are happy, the service is good, everyone enjoyed it.

Great place will come back again. Lovely staff and great shopping. A 10 min free shuttle ride to the beach and great with all inclusive bar at the beach aswell. Love the food the chefs out do themselves every day. If there's was a 10 I would give it.

Just returned from a lovely trip to Sharm, the weather is perfect in November. Hotel staff were friendly, food is good for an all-inclusive, and the reef area that the hotel provide free access to (10 minutes by bus) is both lovely and amazing. Why not five stars? — we had brown water (in small quantities) for three days, had to wash using outside showers — the room was a 10 minute walk from reception, above a shopping area with the room beneath ours still being built, though this was only noisy for on one morning of our stay. — the hotel has rats, despite its many (many) cats — real fruit juice was prohibitively expensive, despite many local sellers trading pomegranates and mangoes… a shame. — on leaving they made two mistakes with the bill, and tried to fob me off into paying it… not pleasant. The person manning reception appeared over worked.
