Good hotel, nice Oasis for Kids. Food is good, stuff friendly.

Amazing territory and level of service with well trained employees. But saving mode on food is not acceptable. I read many reviews before booking so didnt expect sea food or Italian cuisine but come on 5 star hotel with chicken in all ways for lunch and dinner is too much or in any stew hunting for piece of beef because there is beef stew just on label. Deserts many options at the same tasts, only chocolate style eatable. Especially meals downgraded with higher occupancy strange mixes of salad, rice, potatoes, instead of pasta cooking station precooked pasta. Only breakfast was remaining from 5star class, even daily the same but big variety although in previous years reviews fresh juice was served. Just at one coffee machine station ceramic mugs all the rest plastic cups (really 5 star? ). Not enouhh employees at F&B department to serve tables and drinks (no self service bar in dining area). Hotel has many premises available but all inclusive guests meals are served only at main restaurant, so all a la carte are always empty. Same about beach bar that is in real a wooden tent with 2 tables outdoor. Big bar with all equipment is at extra charge (also always empty). To sum up hotel has a big potential with remaining Hyatt unique architecture but F&B wise long way to go to 5 star level. One time visit is enouh but tasty food on holiday is very important.

Very dirty rooms. The pool area is very dirty! Horrible!

I was with the family on December 20, starting from the guide who took us from the airport until the end of the holiday everything was great, the girls at the reception called us in a day and asked us if everything was fine, cleanliness every day, the chefs thank the tasty dishes, the service — I do not know how others we were lucky waiter Abdel a positive boy, always with a smile on his face, the girls from the animation Victoria, Vlada very active and pleasant, very beautiful and green territory, extraordinary beach! Wi-Fi — at the reception and the number was free I did not pay anything!

Great place for great vacation. Beautiful territory, a lot of flowers, fabulous pools with waterfalls and whirlpools, great illumination. Delicious food, fantastic pastry and desserts, nobody will stay hungry. Friendly and helpful staff. Thanks a lot for everything!

Super nice hotel and staff very helpful but their food certainly does not live up to five stars. Same food in buffet for both lunch and dinner and nothing special about it. The quality of the food is okay but you get tired of getting the same food every day. Nice beach and good beach bar but if you have all inclusive you have to go up to the main building for lunch.

Very bad service poor quality impolite staff bad food with many fly on it so disgusting and will not recommend it for anyone.

Inconsistent Wifi, inconsistent door key not working, high pitched noise in room (tried to fix it, came back), kerosene smell in elevator, breakfast — coffee machine broken for 3 days, oj always runs out, staff barely speaks English… one of them poured themselves the last glass of OJ, saw me waiting, poured me half a glass from bottom while laughing "it's better than nothing". Exactly better than nothing is the service & attitude you'll get here!

Lovely place for relaxation and joy. But need to focus more on food. I suggest to have a Lebanese chef especially that lebanese food is tasty.

I don’t recommend this hotel. Yes, the territory is nice, but the service here is really awful. They claim that they have Premium All Inclusive, but it is Full Board as you are allowed to eat just three times a day. You need coupon to enter the restaurant and eat. You cannot enter the restaurant twice, for example, if you want to drink one more coffee or have a slight snack. Wine and coffee are of poor quality as well as tea — they serve only two types of tea: green and black… one. Two beaches are small as for such a luxury hotel, and not properly cleaned. Birds like sparrows and crows always fly in the main restaurant outside and eat your food when you don’t see that. Waiters don’t clean the dirty tableware on time. They also do nothing with the birds, the of which is everywhere on the terrace, on chairs and tables etc. This hotel has poor choice of food: no seafood, one type of fish, few fruit. Nothing to eat for people who can’t eat meat, fried or spicy food.
As for the rooms — they need repairment.
If you do not give the stuff additional money, you won’t get normal service and attitude. Unfortunately, I can give just one plus for pasta — the nice woman from Italia prepared a delicious one. And one more plus to the coral reef, which is beautiful here. No more.

A nice Easter vacation, the resort is large landscaped Area, large room, large bathroom, many restaurants, best is al Souk, good variety food at breakfast or dinner buffet, security was very good, very affordable, good service, many swimming pool, also a nice sand beach, diving suits available, I am sure will come again.

أسواء مكان ممكن تضيع فلوسك و وقتك وأعصابك وجهدك فيه حقيقة ، غرف واثاث متهالك, مرافق مترامية الاطراف تتعب ماوصلت وتنقلت, ولو طلبت سيارة قولف تنتظر فوق الثلث ساعة, مطعم اول النهار يمشي حالة للغداء و مطعم اخر ف الليل جدا فاشل بأسعار ماتعتبر رخيصة ابداً, التشيك ان ياخذ اكثر من ساعة بالاخير تدخل على غرفة فيها بقايا ملابس داخلية من النزيل اللي قبلك!, خدمة الغرف تسمع حاضر ياباشا و انتا تؤمر وماتشوفهم الا بعد ساعة هذا اذا نفذو طلبك, الشي الوحيد الجيد بالمكان حتى اكون منصفة هو بوفية الافطار فقط والشعب المرجانية في الشاطئ ماعدا ذلك مايستاهل ولا نصف يوم حقيقة.

Great place to stay, elegant and attracts cool people. Love their pools, over luxurious.

Hyatt is one of the most beautiful hotels in Sharm and really close to Nayam bay. There is a shuttle bus going to the town and back to the hotel which is completely free. At the hotel entry they serve unbeveliable hibiscus tee which brings you back to life after an exhausting trip. The staff is incredibly welcoming and resposnive to your every need, so if you need anything do not hesitate to ask! Also, even though the pools are really good and excesable, I would still recommend to enjoy hotels private beach at the Red Sea and admire the corals and local marine life. Of course, in the end of the day a trip to the spa center is a must for a full relaxation time.

Now about the main thing!
In Egypt I rest often. And for me the main option when choosing a hotel is the sea — must be a beautiful coral reef!
If you are a fan of snorkeling, diving — you are definitely here! Here's the sea at 5
The water is warm, there are waves, but very rarely. And the main thing is no current, as in other places.
The area is spacious, and very comfortable.
Pools seem to have a slide (don't remember exactly), a few spacious beaches. It's clean everywhere.
All inclusive food is decent: fish, seafood, delicious meat grill.
With drinks the system was this: per person, at lunch and for dinner a glass of wine or beer, water and any fizzy drink. Total enough for those who did not come to rest for alcohol)
There is always an adult entertainment program at dinner.
There is no nursery animation, but there is a children's room equipment.
I recommend everyone who likes a comfortable holiday and a beautiful red sea!

The settlement with a full prepayment for 2 weeks spent more than 4 hours. (haven't seen the booking in the Cairo database). It's the same late departure story. And at the reception desk they say that it happens quite often. "It happens. " What does that have to do with me?
It's just a horror and a nightmare.
I don't recommend anyone staying in this hotel.
There are mosquitoes and ants in the room. Cleaning is conditional. I can provide a video. Had "happiness" at night to shoot it.
Wai-fi was absent for 7 days.
Food. All-inclusive.
No restaurant has ever offered a menu with a choice of dishes and drinks. Starting lunch or dinner 30 minutes later from the time limit is the norm. The way out of this situation is according to the hotel-go to eat tourists in cafes under the scorching sun.
The transfer from the airport to the hotel also took place in terrible conditions.
I've never seen such a bad attitude towards tourists.
Beach. Towels are not always issued from 8 a. M. And they also have a terrible smell of old things. Bathing under the personal responsibility of a tourist.
Fruits sent to the room with an apology, you can safely send back, because having solved one problem, there is another.
Heat must have been good once, but not now.
Think three times before you go here to rest.
The only advantage is the beautiful territory and warm gentle sea.

Hyatt regency is an excellent and prestigious Hotel. The food is delicious and tasty and diverse, the staffs are kind-hearted and generous. I really personally recommend booking and staying at hyatt regency.

Gorgeous in every way. The architecture and planning of the hotel itself are excellent, the view from the reception to the sea front rooms are all special. The rooms are great, maybe need a bit of renovation. The bathroom is luxurious with a big bathtub. Atmosphere is lively, many things to do and see. Location is stunning and many sea excursions from other locations come to the beach in front of the hotel for the view underwater, which you can see for free! Just get the snorkel kit. They are not close though that they are a disturbance to the hotel guests, just close enough to add that extra bit of excitement to the place. My only complaints would be a bit of shortage in staff, and service can be slow sometimes. Also when I asked one of the staff about a sandy location on the beach with less corals underwater he directed me to a private beach only for "regency club" subscribers which I had no idea about, and it was embarrassing leaving… oh and the breakfast and dinner are meh, but acceptable. Overall the hotel is beautiful, I definitely recommend it and will be coming back.

Best resort in Sharm Beautiful territory, high service, best cuisine all over 5star hotels in Sharm. We loved our sea view room, it’s big, light and proper. Each day we had cleaning up and we even didn’t notice when staff managed to do everything for us. Another thing I adored are restaurants, food is absolutely fresh, variety of seafood. Head Chef Matz is a real master! It’s worth coming back here again and again.

Really one of great and amazing hotel all over Egypt… impressive and fantastic view as well… Its beach very clean and well organized. All staff respect their guests and cooperating with them for best service… also quality of food so excellent from breakfast till dinner and desserts so good. Really all my greetings to this hotel management and staff.

Apart from the hotel which is very beautiful its snorkeling spot and the rooms. Everything else is not at the height of a 5 star Hyatt…
Breakfast with pastries I think industrial no milk chocolate… very average food and more very expensive.
We took a strawberry juice that actually was strawberry jam with syrup and water! Cocktails have more ice cubes than anything else. The staff were just friendly.
If you want to rest your way I sometimes had the impression of being in a holiday club with a lot of children and a lot of noise. Not to mention Wi-Fi which is very bad slow and with disconnection for real Wi-Fi go instead in bars… and at the time of settled our consumptions it adds us 80 euros of a restaurant that we did not take… I expected better.

The Sea sun is a pleasant climate. What else you need to relax.

My husband and I had the most amazing experience and vacation at the Hyatt Regency Sharm El Sheikh Resort. We have traveled all over the world but have rarely experienced the service, luxury and conveniences that Hyatt Regency Sharm El Sheikh Resort offers. Their staff are extremely professional and service minded and make sure everyone feels well treated. We had the pleasure of especially 3 employees who provided their very best — Gerges Gaballa, Mahmoud Awad Abdel Gawad and El Khawaja Mando. Hyatt Regency Sharm El Sheikh Resort — oozes luxury and pampering. We highly recommend their Club area, which is for those guests who want peace, pampering and luxury on their vacation. Hyatt Regency Sharm El Sheikh Resort also offers family holidays, but also at the higher end of quality. Very scenic place, colorfully lit at night, spacious rooms, clean bathrooms and well kept bedrooms. Great lighting and cooling, and well furnished. Lots of places to walk around in and discover. A wide variety of suites on a multi-leveled landscape by the waterside. The hosts are friendly, and helpful. Their electrical outlets need more consideration. They they be late at delivering things, but their accomodations are extremely reasonable so far. When it comes to leaving the resort to explore, taxis are difficult to deal with, but that is a separate issue. Internet access is reasonable in terms of Wi-Fi, though a bit slow, but for roaming while walking around you will need to rely on the local service provider. The breezes of spring and its weather make the heat of sun enjoyable, mildly cold at night and slightly hot around noon. I will leave the review of their amenities and stores for another review. So far, I like my stay.

Great stay in winter. In Ukraine minus 20 A in Sharm el Sheikh Air plus 25 water plus 23. An unforgettable holiday. Who loves reefs and dive is what you need plus diving.

Were in June 2017 at the Stella de Mare in Sharm el Sheikh also top, super but the Hyatt was again a step more.
Five points, great resort and beach a hammer reef, many come to see it — no is not crowded, but it comes from and to dive boats, totally okay don't bother or something.

This is our diving center. Diving is just super. Instructors-Well done.

Very posh. The bathrooms could be tidier, but the staff are all friendly and helpful. Some of the extras like scuba diving are spendy, but the instructor I had was top notch. Entertain ment is good. I would love to see more vegan menu items. There were a few, but it would be nice to have more.

Beautiful hotel: nice, straight driveway 1 km long bordered with colorful flowers and well paved leads to the main building. The hotel is typically a resort type construction over the sea. The cascade like steps are awesome in their sinuous path and the view is captivating. The restaurant is divided into indoor and outdoor sections. F&B remains somewhat poor.

Regency style architecture: location is superb, right on the seaside with great cascading steps leading to the shore. Rooms are average in size, nicely furnished and stylish bathrooms. F&B is more often than not doubtful. Staff is courteous and helpful. No cabs are waiting at the entrance. Only limo service is provided (around LE 150 for a trip down the road to the Marriott). You could walk to the main road (about 10 minutes)

Hyatt is really one of the best in Sharm El Sheikh, almost all the rooms have great views of the sea and their amazing pools, hotel built on 7 floors or levels and separate buildings. Food is really tasty withmaby varieties in the room service. Also the breakfast is great. Also spa and diving facilities available.

Nice and very lagre resort. We had a full board stay, it was good and preferable as the food of the jotel is better than all restaurents outside Plenty of activities available in the resort. As well u can book many tours from Nehma Bay to spend a day outside (Safari, bedouin night, and many other stuff).

Very good and calm hotel. It is huge with landscapes and lots of swimming pools with slides. However there receptionists are rude, slow with a very bad attitude. Moreover, unlike other hotels in Namaa Bay, you must take a taxi to go to anywhere, or you have to walk for a long distance. The rooms are not very clean, they gave us a dirty room then they had to come and clean it after we complained. I gave them a three star because of the their bad service.

The view is amazing the water is clear, its beautiful for snorkeling and swimming in crystal clear waters. the cleanliness of the rooms are not so great. Night and TV stands are sticky but the bathroom and bed looks clean. I love their doughnuts at breakfast and their tropical juice. They do not have good coffee and the food is not so great. I would only come back to sharm if I found a hotel that had good food and coffee so I wont have to leave the hotel.

The worst checkout service. A man behind the reception told me to wait in the hall. He told me that he will find a room for my luggage. But he did not even came to tell me that he cant do it.

And this hotel is not the first time. Alas, in recent years the hotel has completely lost its own gloss. Now it is not 5 * even by Egyptian standards.

Visited during a public holiday so it was crowded. Buffet isn't according to hayt regency standard. Beautiful beach for snorkeling.

A lovely hotel to really relax. The garden is second to none no doubt, located directly on the sea with direct access to the reef, which is a great snorkel paradise.

The hotel is marvelous, comfortable, very cozy. We've met a lot of extraordinary people here such as Ayman from Fresco. He is friendly, communicative, very professional and caring. Also, we' ve made new friend, Basheer, from Fresco, he' s the best chef, his omelette is delicious. Mohammed and Islam (cafe Cascades) are very friendly. Islam made us the most amazing coffee, we' ve ever drunk. Our room was great (3123) and we will be back soon I hope.

Very nice experience, excellent location, beaches and pools, the food was very nice, the staff were very pleasant and helpful Two things shouldn't have happened — — our confirmed reservation was for double bed room, we found it twin bed room, it took very long time to get the proper room — — the last night of our stay was very heavy rain, the path to the lobby and restaurants was uncovered, golf carts uncovered too, so we had to stay afternoon and evening in room.

Location was amazing a little bit far from Namaa beach but you can feel relax and quiet. Also it's the best beach in Sharm for snorkeling, many boats coming around for snorkeling and diving. Clean beach, pools are great, also there is a diving center. Restaurants and Foods: breakfast was fair a lot of kinds but taste was just fair I tried ALSUK restaurant for dinner it's expensive but was good especially Steak and Tuhina The reason I didn't give 5 stars Air-condition was bad and you feel humidity in the room and housekeeping was slow if you order something like towel But If I would go again to Sharm I'll stay here :).

This is possibly the best hotel in the Egypt if not the world! Big statement well after several stays and also staying in some of the worlds best rated hotels including 6/7* this has its own fibe. The Sala Thai is amazing and the regency club staff are just amazing their attention to detail beats any other hotel we have been at we just love it! Its beautiful relaxing and anyone thats says any different must have other issues going on. Just go and enjoy.

The best hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, stunning coral, awesome cook, staff are friendly, but not impudent, all at the highest level. I'll definitely go there again. Very pleased with the presence in the room electric kettle and is constantly replenished stock of tea, coffee and sugar in the room, all completely free of charge.

We in this hotel rested for the second time and much more! Margin in 2 years and I can say they did! The only minus — well, very slow waiters, but Egypt was nobody nowhere in a hurry, probably, in other hotels are all slower. But, изменилрсь the following is now near the issuance of towels they did a mini-library of books and magazines, left left by tourists. 2 years ago it was not.

Everything is super. Minus only two — too noisy staff and the abundance of mosquitoes in the room at night. Well, still not liked that the sauna is not a common MF, but that is not the point.

I still can't forget this hotel, it is beautiful and cozy. No wonder there is a rest presidents and famous people. Service. Staff were excellent. Very large green area. In Egypt are very few hotels with water slides, but this hotel has it all. Helpful, many with sea views. About the sea can be a lot of расказывать, more beautiful than there корралов I did not see. The hotel is very chic — a large beautiful area, the room was very clean. But long in it, in the evening do absolutely nothing.
