Fabulous day out snorkelling with the family today at Ras Mohammed. Also visited White Island which is like a mini Maldives. Fun and informative guides and crew, wonderful food, the boat was called Pronto which was comfortable & clean. Highly recommend!

A Truly 5* diving experience! A great team at highest level of professionalism at every step, from online booking, through transfers, handling of equipment, instructors and dive masters, to support and food on the boat. Special thanks to Moustafa for the great job with my three kids aged 10, 12 and 15! 🙏 They not only got their OWDs, learnt how to dive confidently (the oldest did 3 dives of 45-50 min with me from the boat the day after the course) but also got completely hooked up on diving in general! 😁 If I come back to Sharm in the future I will certainly dive again with Reef Oasis Dive Club!

Very responsive in pre-booking, great logistics with shuttle buses multiple times a day. The best OWD instructor you could imagine — Moustafa with a smile as wide as the puffer fish I found the last day on my goodbye dive. Kids age 10, 12 and 15 despite ‘homework’ consisting of PADI manual and exams very motivated by the underwater treasures revealed to them already on the second day of training. For experienced divers a lot to discover from the shore in Far Garden and from the boat leaving on an excursion daily. To sum up — ideal combination for our family of experienced divers and juniors wishing to join the club! Many thanks 🙏

Very good club combining sympathy, seriousness and variety! a team of enthusiasts who gave us an unforgettable week!

The room is large, there is a TV with Russian and Ukrainian channels, there is a toilet, shower room, bidet. The coder works well, noisy but it doesn't need to be turned on at all times, the corn room keeps the cold. It is desirable to take the maximum pharmacy drugs, there is a pharmacy but there is expensive. There is a shop on the Internet, a pharmacy, hookah, wine, shoes and souvenirs. The hotel is stretched from the sea, local minibuses are transported to the far rooms. Wai fai is only at the front desk and of low quality, remotely you can not work, wai fai is free. The food is good, varied, little fruit. All drinks beer cocktails are free. Lots of food vacation points, there are even on the beach. Lots of freshwater pools.
The animation is unobtrusive. There is a diving center. Very well in the sea, pantotenic 5 meters from the shore is a long swimming meters 100 meters.

Great hotel. A large, green, intelligently planned and well-groomed area. Nice and friendly staff (special thanks to Olesya from the main restaurant, provided any advice concerning the restaurant, hotel or Sharm al Sheikh).
The number (3218 in mid-June) is large and clean, cleaned regularly without any problems and bribes. Located in a very convenient location, near the reception, shopping area, relaxation pool and bar arena, where the main evening show took place.
Barmen are always friendly. Cocktails are like themselves, but you can drink. Almost every bar serves a variety of dishes and drinks.
The menu is slightly monotonous, but a large selection of standard dishes compensates for the inconvenience. Hungry remain in the hotel is impossible. There is a separate stable with a children's menu (non-adult). For demanding there are several restaurants la carte.
Animation is such, but girls and boys are trying as they can. From 10am until midnight, there are things to do. Later, there are regular trips to the pint of the evening on the beach or the local nightclubs.

The hotel has seen better times for sure. But the staff is very friendly, the food is very good. Forget about the free drinks and DON'T try the cocktails. Also, if you want supreme food and a little quiet while eating take all inclusive plus by all means, it's definitely worth it!

Гарна природа, велика і охайна територія, постійно прибирається, газончик стрижеться і рівняється крім деяких мість (щось типу релакс зон з лавочками) там газон більший. Не забуваємо підіймати голову в невеликих приміщеннях, ми зустрічали ящірку на стелі. Деякий персонал наглий дивиться на тебе і очікує "ван доляр". Багато різних риб, біля коралів, остерігайьес полосатих, здається одна з таких мене цапнули, але це скоріше моя вина я намазався кремами для загара і здається їм вони були довподоби, так як біля мене їх було дуже багато, зате гарні кадри зняв :) Басейн чистий і теплий. Ми були в такий період що лежаків як на пляжі так і біля басейнів вистачало і ще були вільні. Їжа в безкоштовному ресторані різноманітна, сосиски на смак ніякі, можете спробувати не більше чим по одній кожну. ПС: лайфхак, за межами отеля краще хай торгуються дівчата/жінки продавці всі чоловіки вони до жінок трішки м'якші і швидше скидають ціни.

Stayed in May 2018. The hotel is nice, beautiful grounds, lots of pools, amazing reef. The food is great. Service at 4. The only huge minus is the noise from transformers near the buildings with standard rooms. The noise is hellish, the window at night was closed tightly and slept under the air conditioner, although the temperature at night was perfect. Better to pay for better rooms.

The area is wonderful, very nice. The rooms are decent, the beach is quite decent. The sea beyond praise. The range of food is normal, not… Oh, but it is there. A big minus the room service. But this can be tolerated. Not to argue and all. Although many will say for my money, it needs to provide all the services to 5. Probably so, but I didn't bother.

Nice hotel with friendly staff (sometimes depending on their mood), delicious and abundant food and drinks, amazing reef accesible from the hotels beach and motivated animators. Throughout the day there are numerous activities coordinated by the animation crew. Every night, after you had the possibilty to choose one of five restaurants for dinner, the evening entertainment for adults starts with a show and thereafter you can go clubbing. Approx. 60% of the guests are Ukrainians, therefore nearly everyone speaks Russian. Superficially very tidy but going into details, cleanliness of rooms is improvable. Whole stay was very relaxing (apart from sofa bed for third person in 3-bed-room). Architecture, pool landscape and garden are beautiful and well maintained.

The system is good all round. It makes the beach, which is located directly on the house reef, perfect. After two meters you can already see Doctor — and flute fish. In 2018, the water was clean and the reef absolutely intact.

We Stayed in this hotel for a few years. The Territory is big, groomed, beautiful and green, corresponds to photos on the Internet. There is a bus to move around the property. Beach Hotel, clean, canopies, rods on the beach are free, there are plenty of them. Beach towels are provided in the room free of charge. They change on demand without any problems. There is a swimming pool with slides. The Pools are clean. We stayed in the Superrior room. The Room is bright, spacious, cleaned every day though not very high quality. There are bathrobes, toiletries put as needed sometimes at your discretion… Lots of families with kids. Nice Playground with children's pool. The Kitchen is acceptable, hungry no one will stay. Plus-a lot of vegetables (stewed, baked, raw, vegetable casseroles, salads), sweets. Minus-No seafood. The Range of fruits depends on the season. Children's table (in the sense of children's dishes) is not. The Variety of meat is limited, pork is not present, but what is-all is enough. The Coffee is diluted if you want to get a good coffee-dollar bartender! To his surprise faced with the fact that the bar offer to buy coffee in grains! A Sufficient number of bars, t h on the beach, near the pools. Bars work constantly, all at different times. The hotel Staff are mostly lazy and indifferent. But a couple of dollars do wonders… Alcohol is bad, it dilute, serve basically, in the form of cocktails (well, if it is possible to name this badygu cocktails! ).

The resort lives up to its 5 stars. The facility is huge and there are many guests — but nothing is overcrowded as it is well distributed. The food is very good and the cocktails are strong, but also delicious. The only shortcoming: There is not Wi-Fi in all rooms. The access points are centrally distributed throughout the grounds (in the lobby, at the pools, …).

As you may know, Sharm is all about the sea. This hotel has really, really good reef and you can swim there for quite some distance, unlike other hotels. Also, animation team is great to spend time with. But the food is average, but it's a feature of all hotels. I had one of the best vacations here.

Nice hotel and huge beautiful grounds. The hotel has a lot of working staff, all friendly and friendly. At brilliant all the guys are good fellows, know their business and work like bees. The food is quite varied and tasty. The rooms are behind the reception, but it is even a plus than a minus. There is time to stroll and enjoy the beauty. I like this hotel, I will definitely come again.

Spent a gorgeous time here. Was impressed from the hotel starting from the check-in time. Greetings by smiling faces, guys were very attentive & friendly. Concierge's team carries my luggage professionally & quickly. The room was spacious & overlooking on garden. The gardens are really awesome! Such a hard job to create this paradise in a piece of desert. Was enjoying my vacation mostly by Infinity pool with outstanding view on Neama Bay or by the beach. The food was good. Specially the Sunset Court with Asian cuisine. Actually you always can find something to eat as during the day in bars they serving the snacks. During vacation if I had any questions I always was asking the reception staff and I had not even one time when guys had no answer or time for me. So if you need something they always "will be more than happy happy to assist you" & its not just a learned phrase!

Have been incredibly hospitable pampered. The staff were perfect. Commendable the great service. Will recommend the resort to all my friends.

Let's start with the positive aspects: 1) beautiful and lively reef. 2) The hotel grounds are large and green. 3) The beds are well located on the beach-all had enough space. 4) The food is usual for Egypt, a lot of vegetables and fruits, of meat: chicken, stuffed turkey, beef, fish, (sausages do not eat, but say that horror). And now what I'm not going to come here for: the first thing that unpleasant surprise in this hotel is the time of settling in 15:00. Then the shock with beach towels, they are as it is, but here to change them you will have to make an effort and perseverance! Shower Gel We have got (2 times a day reminding at reception) only on third day! But it is possible that this is an isolated case, everyone who asked the gel was originally. The hotel is 5 star, but pulls 3, alas-the place is beautiful, very sorry. The reef here is awesome! ) Came to this hotel just because of him. The room is nice, clean, or a day, or every day. There are many plants, a nice walk. The food is good, do not stay hungry, but the food monotonous. There are diet. The sand on the beach is bad, but on the volleyball court even worse, a lot of sharp rocks. My family has just arrived at the hotel, The staff has been very unhelpful, lazy and unfriendly. No early check in was offered, had to wait from 6 am till 3PM to be put in the most disgustig standard room, facing a wall, 1, 5km away from the beach. The bedsheets have blood stains, there is dust everywhere, patches on towels, interious very old and unpleasent. Rude staff does not aknowledge the dissapointment, and is very unpleasent to communicate to. Saying you booked a standard room, thats a standard. Well, I was never told blood stains, dust and hair on the floor is a standard in any hotel, especially the one which claims to have 5 starts. Would never recommend this place to anybody.

Location Interesting, cozy, despite the fact that it is quite big! The pool is nice. (For our children The main attribute of the holiday) is a good reef! Clean, comfortable beach! Diving Center on the beach, which is very convenient good instructor descent to the sea on the elevator animation works-neither children nor adults were left without attention daily evening programs,

Fantastic hotel, we had our honeymoon here, were treated like royalties, the honeymoon suite was amazing with fantastic views, staff can't do enough for you, plenty of places to eat. Fish, Italian, French and a outside restaurant plus a buffet restaurant. There is a lovely row shops through the middle of the complex to wander along at night. Plus this hotel is right on the beach, so your have the choice of 3 pools and the beach, and there is a bar and food on the beach. All I can say is that if your looking for a fantastic holiday then try the reef oasis you won't be disappointed.

The hotel is nice. The territory of the hotel is green, well-groomed, very beautiful. On the beach is a beautiful reef, but obsessive dive sellers. Clean pools. The room has a safe, free safe (this is a huge plus). The room was clean. Even the surcharge does not help. A year ago, I was in Hurghada, it is much colder. The sea is warm, clean and beautiful. The underwater world is of course incomparable, a good reef and fish are beautiful. The hotel itself is awesome, the grounds are super, the sea and the Reef class, but the cleaning in the rooms and the staff is just terrible… The rooms are dirty. The towels thrown on the floor for a replacement each time are folded by the staff back as new (even with tips leaving). It is possible to change on 100% only at the personal meeting with the steward. Bars for free only work until 2300, after all drinks for money. The pool is heated only one, other pools with ice water in which bathe only under the degree…) ) ) Without a tip the staff goes barely, and sometimes even forgets about you) ) ) Join up! Cons: 1. We left tips to a cleaning guy and yet the room was cleaned badly every time. 2. Only one of four swimming pools is heated. 3. There is no locker room. 4. Strong sewage smell in the room. 5. At 9-10 PM we can hear the disco from our room like were at the disco. 6. Hot tubs are closed for some reason. 7. There are no restaurants available all the time, which means there are one-hour long hungry gaps between a dinner and a supper. 8. A guide from the JoinUp company sells excursions to you too intensively. 9. You can be served in English only at the lobby :) 10. They dilute all cold drinks with water. And they don’t even use original Cola or Fanta, rather some cheap local alternatives. Pros: 1. The gym is really nice and tidy. 2. The beach is also nice. 3. Hotel’s territory is cared of well. 4. Most of the staff speaks Russian. We saw at least one staff member fluently speaking German with the German tourists. I believe, she is the only one here :) 5. Food is OK. But coffee at breakfast is rather piss, and not a real thing.

Overall the expectations were worse. Of the minuses:
1) No sound insulation in the rooms. Stayed near the disco and heard everything better than from the street. From 21 to 23 hours of life was not at all.
2) Smell of sewage in the room. It smelled like a cat's toilet, then realized it was a sewer.
3) Disgusting cleaning. We left the janitor a dollar every day, which did not help at all. Only brought us flowers not the first freshness in a plastic bottle. No dust, no bed, no towels.
4) No room for luggage. Bags stand outside, luggage room exists, but you need to give money to get there.
5) The food is repetitive and quaint. Unusual sauces, baked cucumbers and tomatoes, pizza from the remnants of yesterday's food.
6) Disgusting guides. Lying at the sale of excursions, then terribly late transfer and after you gave them money, you are not interested in them at all. Although before that they pretended to be your best friends.

Nice hotel with very beautiful grounds. Good service, clean rooms. Many people wrote about the dirt in the rooms-did not notice it. We had a great stay at the hotel. Of the minuses-stripped (as everywhere) food, very little fruit, big questions to the cleanliness of dishes (glasses and glasses in particular) and to the quality of water. We all had stomach problems on the second day, most likely because of the ice in the cocktails and the quality of the food. Heated only one pool and the heating is quite mediocre. This is a very relaxing hotel. Lived in a room 2128 category Superior. I liked Everything. The Service is cool. The Only thing I would mention is a little bit weak kitchen for 5 stars. But in principle, everything is cool and can safely recommend this hotel to stay in Sharm El Sheikh.

The Hotel in general is not bad, the level is at altitude. I would not recomend this hotel. The view and the sea is very good. However the service and the food is bad. When we have arrived our room was not ready and me had to wait 40 min. If you want to eat some nice food this is not a hotel for you. The chefs cant cook. Ohhh and forgot the hotel basically has no Wi-Fi. I dont recomend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a nicr holiday.

The food is really bad. Not good alcohol, only some local disgusting products. Service is very poor and does not live up to the expectations. Don't go here if you want to eat some nice food! Oh and I forgot, the Wi-Fi in the hotel is basically non existent. Overall experience is 1/5 (accounting for the prices)

The Hotel is worth a visit! The location Of The hotel is very good: 5 min from the airport and at the same time not near the highway. Beautiful groomed area, big but all very thought out! An Incredible reef with fish! The Beach, the pools, the rooms are all on the level! From the minuses, perhaps, only drinks leave much to be desired: from coffee to any cocktails, and problems with VAIFAEM!

Very good hotel… clean and friendly. We enjoyed the holiday and will come back! To eat you should go to one of the restaurants as the main dining room is heavily frequented and the food there is not as great as in the restaurants.

The good sides: — Big territory and lots of different beautiful pools (with different deepness). — The meal was good, not perfect but it was available almost any time. — We got a packed breakfast on early check out. — We got a kettle in the room! That was realy handy. — Leave 1$ on a bed before lunch and you'll end up been very hapy about a room service. :) The bad sides: — Forget about Wi-Fi, there's NO internet out there. Only near reception desk and its speed is not even enogh to use Viber. — There is a problem with a tap water in here, it stinks and is full of metal. You better use bottled water to clean teeth. — Apartments was not quite ready for a guest check-in (no toilet paper, partially used shampoos and gels, some stuff were broken). Overall i've got a feeling that this hotel deserve a 4+ mark, it's good, it's realy good but not quit enogh for me.

I want to say thank you to all the staff. Since arrival, we were in heaven. We were greeted with music, cooling beverages and a beautiful radiant smile. The service is great. The sea is fabulous. After reviewing the video of tourists on the other reefs, appreciated what I saw on my beach. Nutrition is peculiar. You need prilovchitsya. After four days of acclimatization, they began to choose according to need products and have fun. The food is all fresh and the meat is tough, although in large quantity. From the hotel's pluses, large grounds, beautiful reef, a lot of fish, a lot of recreation areas, cool pools, jacuzzi with sea view!
Kitchen, at 4! Only a lot, but everything can be called conditionally edible! I recommend to take grilled meat, chicken, baked meat at lunch! Vegetables like paper, fruits are the same! Juices brodjazhat fiercely, water and sugar! It is better to drink tea than such a surrogate!
of the Cons! The staff at the reception, brake strongly, in my opinion even on purpose, settled with fights though hotel empty! Ask something or enroll in a restaurant, it turned out the second time! I checked in to this hotel a couple of days back and the room was not completely ready for a guest check-in, no tissue box, no hand soap in toilet, no laundry bag, no extra pillows or covers, poor housekeeping and it continued the days after. Although my stay package was all inclusive snacks and beverages, I had to complain every now and then about lacking water Bottles in room. Breakfast buffet was ok but the dinner's is certainly below standard with same menu everyday. The beach is bad, mostly rocky and very confined area for swimming, swimming pools are clean but not deep enough … Overall, I wouldn't recommend it to future guests.

Food is very good. Swomming pool is clean. Show night is perfect and special kid's show also animemation team is funny. At beach there are salsa show and volleyball. Rome sevices are good. Reception is very good and also smile. Huge room and perfect with LED TV. Free Wi-Fi. Spa is here. Free drink in swimming pool.

1 week in high season. Staff were very friendly and cheerful despite the full hotel. You can see that it is fun for you. For Arab conditions, this facility, including cleanliness, safety, service level, organization and hygiene, is outstanding. If the same plant were to be in Germany, it would still be a predicate very good. We were fully satisfied and are a bit sad to be back here in de.

This hotel has one of the most beautiful reef in all Sharm Al Shaikh, The view is so amazing. I want to thank the staff for their great hospitality, Specially Mr. Tamer Elhabrouk he is so polite, kind, decent and He knows how to surprise us. The bartenders were very friendly and funny. Caribbean, relax and beach bar, those are my favorite bars. The food was ok. I've tried Fisherman's and sunset restaurants. I like sunset more maybe because it has more varieties of food there! The animation team was good, You will enjoy your time there with activities like yoga, darts, dancing and more. The late show was amusing too. At the end, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to stay in Sharm Al Shaikh.

We were there in 2008. At the time in Egypt there were more people. We found the village very nice and tidy with beautiful gardens. The modern and high-level village. Food, top services. Fantastic sea with jetty for access to the sea.

We are very satisfied, the hotel and the grounds were very nice would recommend it to anyone…

Once again Wellesley captured, as always only in Egypt, but very great hotel for scuba diving — scuba and ABC, as a large, magnificent reef represents the house beach and there is a separate diving base on the beach. Otherwise beautiful, expansive facility on the current standard of a higher resort.

We have been to this resort twice now. Very nice place for a holiday, would love to go again when safety improves in the region.

Not a 5 star hotel. Staff is impudent. All inclusive restoran had no good food.

I loved that s plays all the people that worked there were amazing but the only problem was there were some incredibly rude Russian people other than that I loved it.

Not a bad hotel. Great place, raspolaganje. Well-kept grounds, great beach. Helpful staff. Food — like and the choice is not rich, but everything is fresh and cooked deliciously. But the number is not much, it is time to repair to upgrade. Wi fi free in the lobby.
