We choose JAZ Fanara Resort as a place for our second honeymoon after 30 years of marriage 🙂 The staff welcomed us with a really special room design 🙂 All the time the staff was very polite, kind and willing to help us. The services are to very high standards. The whole area, not only the rooms, is very clean and well supported. Admirations for the management — to organise all that. Very tasty food, a lot of activities on the beach and near the swimming pools and. Own theatre. Thank you very much for the time with you — good professionals and humans.

Great time at the Jaz Fanara and our first visit to Sharm El Sheikh, brilliant staff who work very hard. Great cocktails and food not too bad either for someone who is really fussy. The beachfront is spectacular, would be delighted to go back again.

Stayed for 7 nights and the facilities were well maintained and very clean, staff were exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much. Mohammed the assistant restaurant manager added a very personal touch to our stay without being in your face and Ahmed kept us entertained with his quick wit and banter. Loved it here and would recommend. Luxury hotel with a reasonable price tag!

Where to start! Jaz Fanara is in an amazing location on the red sea the beach is so clean and the access to coral reefs is like nothing else! the facilities are lovely and the rooms well decorated and spotlessly clean. The food was amazing by far the best all inclusive I've experienced and chef Tyson is incredible! there is lots of day time activities if you want to take part but your not mithered or pressured if you don't want to and its a very chilled atmosphere at night. By far the best thing about the hotel is how friendly and helpful all of the staff are, the really couldn't do enough to help!

Beautiful regal hotel. The food is to die for Every member of staff treats you like Royalty. From cleaners, Gardeners, chef, bar staff, security, Lifeguard & reception etc. My lovely magnificent faves are Ahmed and Mohammed who are top class guys, and their infectious smiles, clever and wit and humor made me laugh every day you guys are the best 😂😘

Our 3rd visit to this fab resort, although this time it's Jaz not previous owner. The views & snorkelling are stunning. Fantastic staff, lovely food and relaxing atmosphere. As it's located on clifftop, access to beach is an issue if you have mobility issues. Highly recommend.

Family stayed here for 10 days and all loved it, service was excellent, food in all inclusive was really good with great selection, lovely pool and beach areas with friendly staff and nice bar areas. Also went on a boat trip booked in the hotel dive centre that was excellent and great value for money. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel in a fabulous beach front location. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The pools and all the grounds are very well maintained. The very best thing about the hotel is the staff all throughout the hotel. They are all very helpful and friendly and if you have a problem it’s sorted in minutes. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to stay here again.

Very good hotel: clean territory and rooms, green plants, friendly personal, nice beach with fishes. Not much people. But food 4/5. And I recommend to do pantone through the corals to see more fishes.

The highlights of this Resort is the beach, suitable for children, the careful cleaning of the rooms, gardens and the whole village, the kindness and friendliness of the staff. Great resort!

One of the best hotels for vacations. Good service, nice food, big swimming pool and lots of activities. It is located on a cliff so you have to consider the long distance to the sea.

Location: sandy beach, access to the sea without the pier, the bay sheltered from the currents and strong winds, a 15-minute drive to reach all the ports of the urban area of Sharm. In addition, the hotel nice and well organized, excellent view in the morning and in the evening by the cliff by the sea, fantastic eat in the evening by the pool. We will come back!

Very nice reef, good food but only Russian-speaking employees … English only at the reception except for a single one who speaks German.
Diving school in the hotel very bad. There is a danger to life here!
From the beach on the bridge is a very good diving school that also speaks German and in contrast to the local hotel watch out that you don't get hurt, suffocated or diving diseases.
The waiters are unfortunately very forgetful and the cocktails to cook. Therefore, self-service is the order of the day.
There are also 4 stars only because you really have continuous sea views in the hotel and the reef is so beautiful and lively. In addition, there are 4 employees who are really good and give everything to ensure that the holiday remains unforgettable.

Egyptian service wanted to be not mentioned as always. Dirty dishes and not involved personnel. Only thing is the sea. Our little boy has had the stomach disorder at the end of week. Wish the save return back to your home to all.

The hotel complex is very spacious. Even so, it has a personal charm. Everything seems very well maintained and clean.
Our room was a pleasant size and the bathroom was up to date.
The buffets in the morning, at lunchtime and in the evening were delicious and attuned to the European palate. Twice during our stay, the evening buffet was moved outside. On those evenings, the chefs once again outdid themselves. Meat straight from the grill, fresh flatbread straight from the oven and a very large dessert buffet have made these evenings perfect.
The hotel includes a house reef. Just because of this reef, I would visit this hotel again. That was really lonely pointed!
And finally, a word about the staff: You have been terrific! Warm, attentive and extremely friendly — from cleaning team to bar staff — Thank you very much!

I was from the 26th 2nd — 9th 03. At Jaz Fanara, it had been a really great holidaymaker, it was all tuned from the reception about the room, weather, beach, water, pool, food and especially the excellent service when eating, it had been a really great holiday and I will certainly soon Go on holiday again.
The only thing is that the Internet is not the best, but even there the reception helps again and again.

Very cozy little hotel with one over the best view in Sharm El Sheikh. Somehow I have a very strange home-like feeling every time I visit Fanara. There will be many nice reviews — all true. I wanted to mention that they have an excellent coffee and staff is trained to make it properly. Remember that is an all inclusive hotel and at any time you can have a great Cofee: meaning it's a great hotel for coffee fans.

Great hotel… view is amazing… best thing is u can go to the sea without using a jitty. Food is good. Not too many varaities but tastes good. Superior rooms are very good and modern.

In the evening you can have a drink at the top of the cliffs and watch the divers dives during the night dives.
The kitchen is excellent (themed evening), the staff pleasant and helpful.

Was all very good to drink and the staff very friendly but pool water very warm hardly cooled.
But is not supposed to be a complaint. Love greet everyone I was allowed to meet there.

I stayed in this hotel in Feb 2018 for 6 days, 5 nights. Excellent location, very close to Naama bay. Food is very good and very tasty. Many varieties, good quality. I d say it is above a 4 stars expectations. Professional and friendly staff. Hotel facility is good for 4 stars, heated pool, bars in good locations. Gym need to be improved, one moderate machine. Major design omission is that there is no washrooms by the beach side, you have to go up to the pool level which is not practical. Same for towels kiosk, there is no one on the beach. Beach is inclined, not comfortable for long stay. May be it need to be flattened. We reserved " saver rooms" which was really not good. Old furniture, small space, using keys not cards, old TV, interior design is poor. My room the telephone was not working and for 5 days hotel could not fix it. Water circulation is also poorly working. I would not recommend at all these Saver Rooms. Other ones look good. No parking available inside. It is outside the hotel. The hotel provides good quality coffee. It seems that the facility area (like lobby, lobby bar) is not large and wide enough to receive high number of guests. We had a space issue in some evenings though occupation in the hotel was not that high. Overall, we had a great time and I'd recommend this hotel.

Were in early February. I liked everything. Good four! Some fives don't. To food, alcohol issues were not. Clean room daily. The animation is not intrusive.

Rested with 23janvarja. Loved it: At this time of year only there is no wind but there are no waves. But there are a lot of fish. I would especially note our girls Vika and Tamara. As well as animators, especially Maki. This aerobics is fun. The room was clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Good location. Had a rest in August 2017. In general, everything was pleasant. The room is a bit saver, but it's a little small. The kitchen is good, especially the pastries. The grounds are clean although the staff on site is slow and reluctant. No mosquitoes. But the procedure discourages them not very pleasant and directly say Poblaniem during that (but not for long). Better let it stink than bite. The animation was weak. For the sake of the sea we think to return again.

Smaller hotel complex, but don't be mistaken — it's a great place for vacation! Room was modern (in a classical style) and clean — including bathroom. The rest of the complex was clean and well maintained too — the reception, bar, restaurant… The beach is situated near the hotel, but you need to go downwards via stairs/pavement — this may be a problem for older people. Beach is clean, very well maintained. And you can use a beach bar. The food is another chapter — it was simply great! Variety of meals, including various types of meat, huge variety of vegetables, fruits, sweets, cakes. You can eat at the restaurant, or at the Temple Bar. Dinners were usually themed (Mexican cuisine, Grandma's cookbook, etc. ). The service was generally great — whether it was at the restaurant, on the beach, or with room cleaning service! Our waiter was exceptional, after a day or two he learned when we usually arrive at the restaurant, prepared our table and our favorite drinks were already waiting for us when we arrived! The only thing — when leaving, don't fully rely on the wake-up call and luggage service. This is the probably the only fault with otherwise very pleasant experience! For me — Jaz Fanara was the best experience among my vacations in Egypt. It is definitely worth a try!

If u r looking for a hotel with good diving spots it's a place for you and it's the only reason to stay here. It's located near one of the best coral reefs, however there is no own pontoon. Rooms here have old furniture and are bad-serviced. I had not-working phone and asked to fix it, but nobody came to do it during the whole stay. The same was with conditioning, but I managed to fix it by reloading the breakers. You should ASK for toilet paper as housekeepers don't bring it. I was in family room which is 300m far from sea, closer rooms have new TVs but are also old. Catering is average, there is good variety of deserts and cakes. There are snacks and ice-cream in pool-bar. Once I got a plastic bag in my chicken, but it could be a bad luck. Staff tries to be polite, but most of them do it to get a tip. There are only 2-3 of them to be really sincere. When I moved out, reception staff was angry about me bringing the bag by myself, but I could not call them! (not working phone) The location is perfect for diving and swimming (only during high-tide, otherwise bring shoes for swimming), but you should go downstairs for 5-10min to get to the beach and there is no bathroom there. The hotel territory is green and well-lit, it has everything for family rest. Overall, the hotel barely deserves it's 4 stars.
