Great time at the Jaz Fanara and our first visit to Sharm El Sheikh, brilliant staff who work very hard. Great cocktails and food not too bad either for someone who is really fussy. The beachfront is spectacular, would be delighted to go back again.

Best hotel in sharm and the best value for you money!

As a whole the Jaz Fanara resort is one of the most amazing places I have ever stayed, the location is perfect if you love the sea and the staff can't do enough for you. From cleaner's, bar staff, to the gardeners they are always happy to help and always have a smile no matter what. 'Milad' one of the staff in the main restaurant is exceptional and the service and food is to the highest standard. If you want to be cared for and waited upon then this really is the place to come. Hygiene is of high quality. Food is very varied and extremely tasty. Can't recommend Jaz Fanara enough.

Stayed for 7 nights and the facilities were well maintained and very clean, staff were exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much. Mohammed the assistant restaurant manager added a very personal touch to our stay without being in your face and Ahmed kept us entertained with his quick wit and banter. Loved it here and would recommend. Luxury hotel with a reasonable price tag!

Where to start! Jaz Fanara is in an amazing location on the red sea the beach is so clean and the access to coral reefs is like nothing else! the facilities are lovely and the rooms well decorated and spotlessly clean. The food was amazing by far the best all inclusive I've experienced and chef Tyson is incredible! there is lots of day time activities if you want to take part but your not mithered or pressured if you don't want to and its a very chilled atmosphere at night. By far the best thing about the hotel is how friendly and helpful all of the staff are, the really couldn't do enough to help!

Family stayed here for 10 days and all loved it, service was excellent, food in all inclusive was really good with great selection, lovely pool and beach areas with friendly staff and nice bar areas. Also went on a boat trip booked in the hotel dive centre that was excellent and great value for money. Highly recommend.

Lovely hotel in a fabulous beach front location. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The pools and all the grounds are very well maintained. The very best thing about the hotel is the staff all throughout the hotel. They are all very helpful and friendly and if you have a problem it’s sorted in minutes. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to stay here again.

My favorite place in Sharm, am there for 4 times and have not regretted at all. Super sea view superior room prefer to book, otherwise small but fine. Food for me is super not much choice but everything delicious especially every night thanks to the cook beef meat so delicious meat I only ate here. I'll be back.

The hotel is very nice, beautiful pools very clean, great view. The rooms are modern and spacious. Fault: the Wi-Fi is very bad, the restaurant could be refreshed it denotes with the rest of the hotel… no possibility to eat outdoors except lunch at the pool. Food is bof, 90% Ucrénian population, no one speaks French…? But the staff is on top. Cleanliness of the hotel is fine, except at the restaurant where tables and floor often not sharp and sticky… nevertheless we were very pleased with our stay as the staff does not know what to do to satisfy you with a smile.

We recommend a hotel for a holiday with family, friends. The beach is great, the reef is beautiful. but wished the best was Wi-Fi, adding some Ukrainian dishes to the kitchen menu.

We're going to be here at the hotel, everything's fine. The staff are very polite. Always happy to help, all clean, Mahmoud (bar on the beach) tee best. At the reception Waleed, the first person whom we met, sympathetic, a man who knows his business, at any moment is ready to answer any question, and help. Waleed, you're just the best. I wish prosperity to this beautiful hotel.

The hotel as a whole liked, but there are nuances. The room had a superior family room, but it was far from fresh, and the rooms themselves are far enough away from the beach and restaurant. For a surcharge of 70 euros changed to a room, which is called deluxe in the hotel. It is closer to the beach and here already the repair was good. The only negative is the disco of the nearby hotel, which admittedly was up to a maximum of 22.30. Then everything is quiet.
Cleaning was daily and high quality.
Food:
Breakfasts are good, just enough. Lunches are also good, were both in the restaurant (standard) and near the pool, where they made burgers, pizza and hot dogs. Dinner is a nightmare. Firstly it was held outdoors and it was very stuffy. Secondly, you always had to wait for the place. In order not to run in search of places, it is better to come to dinner after 8 p. M. The food at dinner is usually greasy and spicy.
Lying on the beach has always been enough, the sea itself is clean and shallow, for children is excellent. The only thing to consider are the large stones that are lying on the bottom. There are a lot of fish, you need a mask.
There is a feeling that the attitude towards foreigners is better than it is with CIS citizens.
If you do not pay attention to all this, the hotel can be advised for a quiet family holiday.

Amazing place as far as Sharm goes. Nice, cozy rooms, lots of entertainments, good food and awesomely nice people. Location of the resort is also quite well with a market nearby and good beach with coral reefs. But there is one thing to mention — saver rooms are in disastrous state and you should avoid those. Wi-Fi is also quite bad and almost not existing. If you want to spend some time in Sharm — also consider that the city is half-dead at the time of this review, some of the districts are in ruins and shut down. Jaz Fanara is an absolute safe heaven amidst this crisis.

I was able to relax my entire trip! I read online how women should dress in Egypt and it seemed like since this was a resort, no one abided by the local customs. I'm American and they said they hadn't seen another American at the hotel in over a year. I felt extremely safe. It was like being at an all inclusive hotel in the Caribbean but in my opinion the beach and water is better. There is a scuba dive club on the premises that I took 4 dives with. Vladimir is super knowledgeable and great to dive with. Some of the best diving in the world! The food here was on par with what you would get at any all inclusive. I didn't get a chance to check out the disco or the a la carte restaurant. Great and constant breeze from the Red Sea.

The hotel is generally decent. All you have to do is change the morons to the reception. They've been resting since they were 19.06 to 29.06.2018 Settled in the dead room with the smell of drugs, a suitcase in the room waited 30 minutes. The next day moved to a good room, rejoiced for a short time — at night the air conditioning on the head. Very cozy little hotel with one over the best view in Sharm El Sheikh. Somehow I have a very strange home-like feeling every time I visit Fanara. There will be many nice reviews — all true. I wanted to mention that they have an excellent coffee and staff is trained to make it properly. Remember that is an all inclusive hotel and at any time you can have a great Cofee: meaning it's a great hotel for coffee fans.

We were in this village from 22 to 29 March. Couple holiday looking for relaxation and sea. Summer climate with temperatures from 22 to 35 degrees.
The resort is well looked after and placed in an excellent way.
Pros: Service and cleaning. Staff very attentive to the cleanliness of the premises and to the care of the common areas. Clean room every day. Waiters at the restaurant really very nice and friendly.
All inclusive service: Bar with a wide choice of cocktails, coffee, drinks, ice creams all free. Buffet Restaurant generally satisfactory, the dishes are always the same (rice, beef, chicken) cooked in a different way every day, but in the end always the same things, meals still pleasant for variety of dishes. Contrary to how much you think everything was poorly seasoned so palatable to all.
Sea and swimming pools: huge pools and various depths, all well cared for and clean, numerous deckchairs. The sea is the highlight of the resort, direct access to the private beach, medium-sized, fine sand and coral reef at 100 meters truly exceptional.

Animation: Virtually absent and very low level. It went well because we wanted to break, but if you are looking for animation this nn is the place. In the evening they make live music shows sometimes pleasant sometimes awkward.

I stayed in this hotel in Feb 2018 for 6 days, 5 nights. Excellent location, very close to Naama bay. Food is very good and very tasty. Many varieties, good quality. I d say it is above a 4 stars expectations. Professional and friendly staff. Hotel facility is good for 4 stars, heated pool, bars in good locations. Gym need to be improved, one moderate machine. Major design omission is that there is no washrooms by the beach side, you have to go up to the pool level which is not practical. Same for towels kiosk, there is no one on the beach. Beach is inclined, not comfortable for long stay. May be it need to be flattened. We reserved " saver rooms" which was really not good. Old furniture, small space, using keys not cards, old TV, interior design is poor. My room the telephone was not working and for 5 days hotel could not fix it. Water circulation is also poorly working. I would not recommend at all these Saver Rooms. Other ones look good. No parking available inside. It is outside the hotel. The hotel provides good quality coffee. It seems that the facility area (like lobby, lobby bar) is not large and wide enough to receive high number of guests. We had a space issue in some evenings though occupation in the hotel was not that high. Overall, we had a great time and I'd recommend this hotel.

Had a rest in August 2017. In general, everything was pleasant. The room is a bit saver, but it's a little small. The kitchen is good, especially the pastries. The grounds are clean although the staff on site is slow and reluctant. No mosquitoes. But the procedure discourages them not very pleasant and directly say Poblaniem during that (but not for long). Better let it stink than bite. The animation was weak. For the sake of the sea we think to return again.

The place is gorgeous. There were five times. November, March. At this time the most good weather: not hot and not cold. And the water in the sea in red is always 22-23 degrees Celsius. Variety of meals, including various types of meat, huge variety of vegetables, fruits, sweets, cakes. You can eat at the restaurant, or at the Temple Bar. Dinners were usually themed (Mexican cuisine, Grandma's cookbook, etc. ). The service was generally great — whether it was at the restaurant, on the beach, or with room cleaning service! Our waiter was exceptional, after a day or two he learned when we usually arrive at the restaurant, prepared our table and our favorite drinks were already waiting for us when we arrived! The only thing — when leaving, don't fully rely on the wake-up call and luggage service. This is the probably the only fault with otherwise very pleasant experience! For me — Jaz Fanara was the best experience among my vacations in Egypt. It is definitely worth a try!

If u r looking for a hotel with good diving spots it's a place for you and it's the only reason to stay here. It's located near one of the best coral reefs, however there is no own pontoon. Rooms here have old furniture and are bad-serviced. I had not-working phone and asked to fix it, but nobody came to do it during the whole stay. The same was with conditioning, but I managed to fix it by reloading the breakers. You should ASK for toilet paper as housekeepers don't bring it. I was in family room which is 300m far from sea, closer rooms have new TVs but are also old. Catering is average, there is good variety of deserts and cakes. There are snacks and ice-cream in pool-bar. Once I got a plastic bag in my chicken, but it could be a bad luck. Staff tries to be polite, but most of them do it to get a tip. There are only 2-3 of them to be really sincere. When I moved out, reception staff was angry about me bringing the bag by myself, but I could not call them! (not working phone) The location is perfect for diving and swimming (only during high-tide, otherwise bring shoes for swimming), but you should go downstairs for 5-10min to get to the beach and there is no bathroom there. The hotel territory is green and well-lit, it has everything for family rest. Overall, the hotel barely deserves it's 4 stars.
