Sadly the English speaking tourist is a headace for workers. Karim from restaurant is extra rude. Good thing is that location is good and everything is close, so you can spend time out and enjoy the hospitality of friendly Egyptians.

At the center of naamabay, directly on the sea! the staff were kind, friendly, smiling and cheerful! International cuisine that seeks to satisfy the needs of all! Rooms and bathroom clean! Swimming pools with bar. Bar on the beach. Massage. Excellent for a vacation of fun and relaxation!

The staff is so friendly, so generous and smiling all the time! the food is good.
The ambiance is calm. The music is good by the pool and the sea.
The best part of my staying was getting to meet the best entertainment team ever!
Mimo, Touta, Mando and Mina-Magico are so friendly, they make you smile by just being around!
They had a full time activities (AquaGym — aerobics — Volleyball — Darts — Dance…)
They made each evening special and magical. Couldn’t wait till 9 pm to see what they prepared for the night.
not to forget that they never miss a chance to make you smile and laugh! And the Chef was so friendly. That he prepared a Cake for my birthday. And with the help of the entertainment team. They made my birthday so special and so unique! It was one of the best experiences I had in Sharm!

Most worst hotel resort the reception was so bad, bathroom is not really clean and the food was really worst I should not recommend this hotel…

Externally very nice… Small beach, messed up, messy… If you want to get a massage you have to pay… but the interior rooms absolutely don't… they're old, broken and dirty, TV and chair off course, there's no safe, no laundry… the arrogant, rude, presumptuous, rude, vulgar staff what we had… it doesn't clean your room well and cleans it last if you don't tip it, you're missing things like soap etc… as for the lobby staff nothing to say anke regarding the restaurant staff… Wi-Fi is very slow… The only thing ke bothered and ke immediately took away everything as soon as you finished… plates, glasses, cutlery. There were always the same things to eat… some things weren't fresh… however I had a bit of trouble and difficulty especially with people ke were getting food… ke took everything, filled the dishes and did not give time to get there to taste things ke ended up as eg the sweets etc… if they took them and took them away or to the room and it's not fair in comparison to what they did to me ke they made me pay the sheet because I soiled it with the leane without knowing it or doing it on purpose… they can put an "ITALIAN" sign but… we have to learn English but their Italian L no! anke the fact ke them do not accept money but only paper money but come what we are talking about! Very very bad experience at this hotel — not because of the property itself; as its a lovely cozy place — but because of the staff. The reception team are very aggressive and unprofessional. The housekeeping staff would go in to clean the room and come out leaving the floors as dusty as they were before they came in. The pool waiters have no idea what fresh juice is and don't even know what's on the menu and would rush u to pay the check after you ordered something on the pool! The beach is tiny and not even attractive for people to use. The manager is absolutely useless and unprofessional — was of no help at all when we complained at the end of our stay and the reception guy was rude to me and aggressive. And the breakfast was horrible! The waiters are not even trained and know nothing about the basics of hospitality! I would never repeat the experience and I would definitely never ever recommend it to anyone.

More than this 3-star hotel. Territory is small, the rooms are old, poorly cleaned, constantly't enough towels and toilet paper. About the food was great, always have a choice. But I am very impressed with their «all inclusive»system, somehow all of alcohol only during lunch or dinner, and during the day at an additional cost. And with lunch here quite topic incomprehensible. Had some reason to go to another hotel across the road.

The hotel was not pleasant at all! Not welcoming it any. Firstly, the beach is horrible jumble of steps, the old pontoon and depth of sharply begins not far from the shore. Beautiful location, very cosy. The beach is very good. And most importantly — is located in the center of Naama Bay — the disco, main street, a shopping centre, supermarkets, cafes near by.

I'll tell You this hotel sucks. Though located in the centre of Naama Bay. Lived on the first floor. Rooms are very small. Daily light was switched off in the morning, sometimes in the lunch hour and a half. The room is bad, mostly only made the bed and took out the garbage, bed linen for 11 days changed only 2 times and then after the scandal. Cold tap water deficit, flows thin trickle, so wash problem in the shower the water wasn't going so always smelt of damp. On the third day we found in the toilet of a cockroach, we were told that do not turn off the hood, and then they crawl from the street. Power one and the same every day, the standard set for Breakfast: pancakes, eggs, salads left over from yesterday's dinner, cereals assortment and something else, but that we haven't tried. For dinner, fresh salads, meat, soup left over from dinner, chicken, duck, sometimes meatloaf, pasta in the range and a lot of dessert mainly bread and every jelly. Next time I will go back soon.
