Hotel of very good standing, services of very high quality, charming staff, superb facilities, comfortable and modern rooms, varied and tasty food with several a la carte restaurants included in the all in… Just a small downside for the beach not very pretty but dream vacation to advise.

Dreamlike facility & hotel, food no matter what time of day Extremist good. We would spend our holidays here again at any time. Have nothing wrong with understanding except for small things.
We were there from April 29, — 10, 2018.

We are the fourth time we are in this facility and have always felt comfortable. The kindness of the staff was very fond of us. The staff always tried to fulfill all the wishes of the guests. The animation team always tried to make your holiday versatile for the guests. I would like to express a special thank you to the Mika who took care of us very warmly.
We will spend our next holiday in Hurghada again in this hotel.

Clean, neat very friendly service delicious food perfect for beach holidays and recreation. Recommended!

The resort had good Wi-Fi in all areas, the pool and the beach however, it did buffer at the beach. You can get Premier League football in your room to. The room was clean and well maintained but would have been nice if fresh milk was available instead of creamer. Soft drinks were supplied in the room. Tip for traveller's returning on an evening flight, no food available between 5 and 6.30pm. You can get room service but it's chargeable.

The hotel fitted really what we were looking for. Sun beds around the pool and the beach area were plentiful and we had no problems at any time. The food in the restaurants was good. Much of this is cooked to order and is always hot in these instances even in the main buffet restaurants. We celebrated my birthday whilst there and the hotel staff and animation team made this a day to remember. The animation team worked very hard to keep everyone entertained during the day and evening. The rooms were cleaned each day and bathroom requirements replaced when used and the mini bar was replenished with soft drinks and water when required. We would certainly look to return to this hotel.

Nice hotel. Food is tasty, good choice, rooms are furnished in good condition. The Staff is polite and attentive! The Territory than that process a little is stink. Well overall everything else is good. We are resting in April 2018.

The Rest is just super. The hotel Grounds are small. The Only minus is a bit of greenery!

Absolutely first class. the hotel and the facilities are marvellous. the senior management are brilliant, especially Mr Ali Ahmed the new senior food and beverage manager. we had a wonderful stay and will be going back. The suites are so spacious, with the private pool and butler service on the beach. Thank you to everyone.

We had a lovely time at the Sunrise Crystal Bay, Gardens were immaculate, Pool area was always clean and tidy, All staff were professional and friendly, always going the extra mile to make sure the 5 star service was carried out. The animation team were also extremely friendly and entertaining. Barbie was always there to make sure that we wouldn't be missing out on anything she thought we would enjoy. My only gripe whilst I was there was the timing of the housekeeping staff allocated to our room, even though we tried to change our timing of arriving at our room so not to interrupt, I felt he was there five minutes after arriving back at room, even though he was no where to be seen before hand or even when we spotted him on the landing a couple of doors away we would wander off and have a drink before returning expecting him to have been and gone but this was never the case. I can not fault the cleanliness of our room and the refilling of contents used this was done impeccably. waiter service was so lovely and they always remembered your drink order, everyone of them was always dressed smart and tidy. Reception Staff were always available to check any queries you may have. Especially when the room is automatically locked at 12 on check out day, you have to go and get your door card validated if you have a late check out. All in all an amazing experience and we will be coming back as soon as we possibly can.

Dear Manager, Your staff are your real asset! Wonderful holiday, beautiful hotel, pool and gardens. Also quite close to the airport. Will definitely return. Nothing too much trouble for your staff. Only two very small comments though; 3 or 4 "hooded crows" (birds) have taken up residence in and around rooms 405 to approx 430. I witnessed them attacking (mobbing) one of your staff and also a young child. I am sure their "disappearance" would be very welcome?, and secondly the gentleman who constantly cuts the beautiful lawns, really wants to start no earlier than 9 0'clock (not 8 0'clock). Otherwise everything is PERFECT!

An absolute fantastic holiday, the staff were so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The grounds and all public areas are immaculate. We felt like 'royalty' from the moment we arrived and will certainly be returning and already looking to book for 2019. Great variety of Restaurants and we tried Greek, Mediterranean, Asian, Indian and Egyptian all of which were of the highest standard for both the quality of food and attention to service. I was concerned that due to the size of this hotel that the personal touch would be lost but this is not the case, we chose to totally relax on this holiday but if you wanted something to do the animation team always had something going on for you to join in with. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to family, friends and Tripadvisor.

A very good hotel on the whole. Very few negatives. We had a slight problem with the door in the bedroom which was not resolved. However, it was not a big problem and does not affect my very positive view of the hotel. The attitude and friendliness of the staff was one of the best I have experienced. Very good — thank you.

Hotel is very clean, the staff are very helpful and always cheerful. Food at restaurant and snacks by the beach all was delicious. Room was clean and plenty of drawers wardrobe space. Plenty of sunbeds by the pool, great not having to get up so early just to get a sunbed. The towel guys were great too. Can't fault any part of the holiday would love to come back next year. A big thank you to all staff for making our holiday so enjoyable.

We loved the setting of the hotel, the staff and the atmosphere and very importantly, the arrangements of sunbeds was wonderfully haphazard and not densely packed as in other hotels in the area. Your reception area is a wonderfully spacious and welcoming atrium with a contemporary presentation. Your staff were unfailingly smiley, courteous and helpful — and made a good holiday great! Loved it and looking forward to returning.

We had a wonderful time. The staff is perfect and everything is done for the well-being of the holidaymakers. For the rooms, the 2 Mohameds are great and the waiters Sheriff and Karam know how to welcome you in an exceptional way. We only want to be back next year! Well done to this hotel, the value for money is amazing!

We were four in her house for the 2nd time. The first time in December 2016 we liked it better, unfortunately the level has deteriorated somewhat. However, we have also seen that structural improvements are being made throughout the plant. The theatre for the evening shows does not exude any atmosphere at all, acts like an empty factory hall, and the artists are sorry for us who have to perform here.
The friendliness and helpfulness of the service personnel is positive, the problem is probably more in the middle management, only a permanent apology is not enough here.

The holiday started from the very first minute. Totally friendly and competent staff. The hotel and the outdoor facilities were simply great, as well as the food. I can't think of anything negative. I can recommend it 100% more.

Superb hotel overall. Well worth a visit. Staff are so friendly and approachable and nothing is too much trouble. They are very hard-working and let's not forget the ground men who do an amazing job with landscaping and creative designs. Pool side waiters and ground men on beach very accommodating. Vast array of sun-bathing areas and lovely adult beach with jetty and Bedwin beds. Housekeeping of a very good standard. Hotel beautiful, clean and extremely spacious. Chefs are creative and presentation and standard of food is very high. Plentiful choice and piping hot. The shops on site are run by extremely pleasant guys with excellent manners and no pressure tactics used. Quality hotel deserves a Certificate of Excellence and all the staff should be much appreciated. Really lovely people they are all a credit to the Management Team and Hotel Chain. Beautiful hotel with lots of facilities for guest enjoyment. Brilliant pools, excellent restaurants and the most friendly and helpful staff we have ever encountered — just a shame that the bedroom/bathroom and fittings were looking old and warn, otherwise we would have scored full marks for everything. Thanks for a brilliant stay — we will be 'coming home' again.

We really enjoyed our stay the staff in all the bars, restaurant, the beach reception and any where in the hotel are fantastic and so friendly and helpful we felt we were treated like royalty at all times. The gardens, pool areas and beach areas for sunbathing are wonderful. The food is good and plenty of variety it was nice to have use of the other hotels in group made a pleasant stroll in evening and it was nice to have the use of there restaurants as well. We Also felt safe at the hotel with security proved at the hotel. It was a very enjoyable stay and we would defiantly visit again thank you to all at the Crystal Bay Resort for making our stay a wonderful one. Adele & Don Greenhalgh.

So this is not the first time we have been in the Sunrice Group. Crystal Bay is very important to us. It has become like our second home. We see many dear and loved guests and employees with joy every year. There have been many new great changes.
Praise also to the many hard-working gardeners who keep the plant in shot with a lot of effort. Every employee makes a lot of effort here to make the stay as nice as possible, from the room boy (Mahmud) to the waiter. Thank you again this year was great with you.

We were very positively surprised by the security precaution, we immediately felt safe and well taken care of. Also we were very friendly received by the reception staff. I can only say that all the staff, whether it is the kitchen staff, the service, the room cleaning, gardeners, masons and everyone else, are quite great and friendly people. We can and will definitely recommend you. We will certainly be back and are looking forward to it now.

Hello. Location Excellent solution with windmills at the pools, when they are absent in windy weather very uncomfortable. The pools have a windy area where there is no wind (winter) there right away and rest comfortably. It would be an excellent solution to create windless zones, tension greases temporary of fabric or polyethylene or something similar between the poles or other solutions, the level of comfort rest and the pool becomes comfortable in a sunny but windy Weather, all holidaymakers try to hide behind the windmills they help but not completely. In the room drawers (a chest of outdated furniture) heavily closed open, the old mechanism. It would not be bad for a hotel of such a high standard to arrange free travel on any transport, on schedule, in the evening, even on electric traction, to the shopping center and back (Senzo Mall). On the second floor, the zone above the restaurant, in the evening with the program of live music is very windy and places under the heater all is not enough, it would be comfortable if it close from draughts, often wanted to relax there, but the places of the heaters free not to find was a on the other The places are very cool and we were leaving, although the desire to sit, listen to live music from our family was. On holiday as in life there are small, minor trifles which can spoil a mood or an impression.

Impressed from the beginning with the welcoming drink, very child friendly. Phenomenal staff members ready to make everything perfect. Lots of activities throughout the day for all members of family. Rooms spacious and standards of cleanliness very high! Highly recommended for family relaxing holidays, lots of entertainment yet quiet, if that's what your looking for. A very vast variety of scrumptious food from different cuisines. A beautiful private beach plus 4 swimming pools. Shops and Sand city walking distance from hotel. Will definitely visit again.

Caters to a different demographic. Doesn't have a spirit like the other resorts I've been to. Catering staff helpful but not overly friendly, a little disorganized and a little slow in service. Animation team is not so great. To be fair. Our sea view junior suite room has a marvelous sea view (I'd give it 5 stars). Room is exceptional. Reception staff are overly nice, friendly and extremely helpful. They sat down with us, addressed our concerns and gave us free vouchers for the whole family to use for the next door sunrise aqua park. I was amazed! Food is very clean, not much variety but I still yet to try the custom food orders from the chefs! Will update more as time goes by…

Beautiful hotel, lovely and knowledgeable staff, gorgeous beach, superb pool, impeccable cleanliness,
quiet atmosphere, pleasant music in the evening to have an aperitif. No moment of insecurity in Egypt, it was just gorgeous.

A place where rest should last forever. Good food in the main restaurant. Good animators. I recommend the restaurant with Indian cuisine. It is quite possible to spend the evening under good live music, and every evening you will be entertained by different performers. There is a heated swimming pool. The lagoon is very quiet, the wind is almost no. Very well maintained grounds.

It is a excellent hotel. There is nothing negative I can say. The friendliness and respectful of the staff was refreshing. Nothing was too much. Ahmed at the pool was excellent as were all the other staff. Animation team were brilliant. Food excellent and well presented. Staff extremely efficient. Really did not want to leave. Will definitely be coming back.

We enjoyed the security feeling setting in the hotel. We tested the spa for its massages: very satisfying!
We would especially like to emphasize the friendliness, kindness and good services of said Azouz, Ahmed Awad, Sabah and Hamaad, and others too. The management was very attentive following a misunderstanding caused by incomplete information from the tour operator Neckermann in Belgium.

My fourth visit to this lovely hotel, I have used the beauty salon on every visit. I can highly recommend this salon as all the staff are so friendly. Professional and very good at everything they offer. The service is first class. You will not find a better saloon as this anywhere. Mohamed has looked after my hair every visit and is far superior to my hairdresser back in England. The facials are super, every time I go there I come away feeling like a princess. Thankyou to everyone in the beauty salon and also all the staff in the hotel for making every holiday perfect x.

the room 503 is close to the evening entertainment, a lot of noise in the evening.
If we come back, the room 520and further sank well.

Great hotel. Very relaxing and great staff that can’t do enough to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The guy in the gym deserves a mention. One of the most professional personal trainers I have come across. Hopefully the rumours of the crystal bay becoming an adults only hotel will become fact as this would make it the perfect holiday destination for us.

This place is amazing, our second time here and will not be our last, even when the hotel is full there is plenty of room to do what you want. The hotel staff treat you like kings and queens, the animation team should be in the movies so funny and so professional. The restaurants Buffet is good if you want to eat lots of nice food, the many other bookable restaurants are very good. When here you do what you want and enjoy it. Outside the hotel is also very friendly. Brilliant thank you Sunrise Crystal Bay yet again for a great holiday and still 4 days to go.

A brilliant hotel. A perfect relaxing week. All the staff have been brilliant from start to finish. The food and drinks have been great and we always had a good choice. Animation team are great fun and very energetic but leave you alone if you don't want to participate. Overall a fantastic holiday and we will be returning.

It's a huge resort. Nice presentation on the food at the buffet but food is just ok. The chocolate desserts are pretty good. The Indian restaurant has the best food. If you have Kids, this may not be the best place. Not much to do for kids. In fact not much entertainment during the day. It's a quiet resort.

My partner and I really enjoyed our 2 week stay. The hotel setting was relaxing and spacious, the food we had was super but to me it was the staff that go out of their way to make your stay memorable. I wish I could remember all their names! I hope to return next year with my 3 sons and their girlfriends. I have recommended the hotel to several friends who are also looking to come. Well Done! Keep up the good work!

We have never been to Egypt before, although we have travelled extensively across Europe and also been to Turkey many times. So, we did not know what to expect, but we certainly achieved our objective of not only finding a 'First Class' Hotel where we could relax and 'chill out' — 'Hassle Free', but also eat at our leisure in a friendly atmosphere, to enjoy the quality of the good food. Not forgetting the great pool, bar and beach facilities. I have never been served melon and treats on the beach before! 'All in All' a great hotel and one where we will return again to, in Hurghada.

Our stay wasn't an holiday as my mum had just been discharged from hospital after 3 weeks and we needed somewhere to stay till our flight home. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. They were brilliant with Mum and the room was really comfortable and clean so she could rest well. I will definitely be returning to this hotel with my husband once Mum has made a full recovery.

The hotel was beautifully designed, with a lovely big lobby area for guests to sit and enjoy a drink in the daytime or the evening. The grounds are very well maintained, with gardeners maintaining the beautiful gardens. The rooms were clean and comfortable, not what we would call 5 star in England, but nevertheless kept to a very good standard. We enjoyed visiting the Spa on 3 occasions, this was on a deal provided for by the hotel. Here we enjoyed a massage at the beginning of our holiday to help us to relax, then one half way through and one towards the end to get us ready for our light home. We were given in a private room for me and my partner, with a male and a female masseuse, both of whom were very professional. They offered us a choice of massage, either a soft, medium or hard and the setting with the music and candles was very relaxing. The evening entertainment was good, with a variety of acts, including acrobatics, traditional Egyptian dancing, belly dancing and singing. I would recommend this hotel to couples looking for a relaxing and pampering holiday get away, with friendly and attentive staff.

The overall impression of the stay 5. But this is not the only merit of the hotel but the beauty of the warm sea and a personal attitude of individuals on Your staff who constantly tried to make our stay a pleasant one.

Firstly I need to say I was disappointed right at the beginning as we had a late check in and they told us that sandwiches were in the room as the restaurant was closed. We had also the option to get some sandwiches and soup at the mini restaurant which is open for 24 hours. We had soup and didn't bother eating the sandwiches as we would have some already in our room. What a disappointment. The bread was hard as stone and we didn't have much option to fill the bread with. If it wasn't for the soup we'd have starved. Secondly, after being there for 8 days and already attended 2 different a la cart restaurants, we had an awful experience when we went to the Panorama a la cart restaurant as we were stopped at the entrance by Mohamed, who had a pink tie meaning he was the host of the restaurant. He said in a very rude manner that we could not sit inside as my husband was wearing a vest and shorts. We then started reasoning with him as we had been in 2 different restaurants and no one told us off because of that. He pointed out the fact that all a la cart restaurant has a dress code note at the door. We didn't see anything and I thought it was because it was very dark but our point was why does he has to be rude to us. We are the guests and we are paying to be there. We are polite and kind to everyone and are friends with many staff. There was no reason for that unpleasant scene.

Once you realize that 5 Egyptian minutes equals to 1-2 hours or never, you will never be disappointed. It was my best vacation ever. Nice place, very calm, clean, and really really nice people there. Totally recommended! Thank you for wonderful moments that will never be forgotten!

One of the best hotels I stayed at in Hurghada. Staff are very professional and friendly. Service is very prompt, and the hotel is conveniently located. I would definitely plan my next stay in Hurghada at the same hotel.

In general the hotel as always is kept at a high level. If no incident at dinner on the occasion of celebration of my birthday then you can safely put a solid 5 stars. Really enjoyed the work of animators, the guys rock, try your best. And special thanks to Janna and Irina Russian girls for attention and quick response to any questions.

Fantastic honeymoon for us two. And want to come back next year. Recreation and relaxation for us pure. All wishes were fulfilled.

Very nice hotel. Its mangament is wonderful. The animation team is so funny especially kajjo and claus. But you need more entertainment at night and the swimming pool bar man need to be more professional and friendly. At all your hotel is so nice.

The hotel has become my second home already and I come back. All are so adorable and helpful and it is always warmly welcomed. To improve there is really nothing because it is a dream hotel with very good people and staff.

We had a very nice holiday in your hotel. The general condition of our room was very good, unfortunately the fan was very unstable, that's why we have not used prefer him. In case of defects, this fixed immediately. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not clean at all times (the magnifying mirror has not been cleaned in 2 weeks). We found the German-speaking Guest Relations very well, so there was always a contact person if you had questions or a problem surfaced. The music selection could be somewhat quieter and easier during meals. The service was very good, and also during Ramadan is still satisfactory, we have experienced already much worse. The animation team were super, Kaju, Gigi, Jimmy, Callum and the rest of the team were a very committed and have enriched us holiday. — Very disturbing we found the daily mowing of the lawn in the middle of the day, you could move this on the late afternoon when much on their rooms. We have used also the spa and were also very satisfied, just like with our hairdresser visit. We would recommend your hotel to all cases.

The Front Desk with Jordian and everything immediately. Also to Sandy for the guest services leave no wishes unfulfilled. The kitchen team with Chef Ali and Sayid are super and the food tastes fantastic. Certainly the one or the other can be improved in the rooms. Also, the TV programmes and the Wi-Fi is not perfect yet. But for Egyptian Standards (one should never forget) is already very good. Come always gladly again… The Slogan is met such as at home. :-)

Found food unsatisfactory however when cotacted by hotel manager this was quickly addresse used taxi service and got ripped off recepetion didnt want to know very unhappy with this.

It was very nice to spend my holidays in such a nice place like sunrise crystal pay. The hotel have varieties for every thing and have very strong animation team who's very professional. Big thank for kajo he is very active person and the amazing couples judei and calem they are very friendly and lovely too I can't wait to come back and see them again. Air conditioning in the room was almost unbearably loud. Often inattentive staff. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. Nice hotel, clean, good food, friendly staff.

It's the only place where I can enjoy my vacation! I don't need anything more, the perfect place for the perfect holiday! The staff add extra credit to the hotel as they make you feel home, even more comfortable.

Absolutely amazing hotel, wonderful staff, everybody is eager to help always asking if there is any complaint, always checking up on guests, great food with amazing variety. I would like to give special thanks to ahmed and mohamed front desk receptionists for being so nice and efficient. The thing I loved the most that everyone is smiling. The only thing that bothered me a bit was that the sea was full of jellyfish, I don't know if anything can be done about that, nevertheless will definitely come back.

Only down side was being given 2 single beds when we were on our honeymoon. We complained after a few days and got a double bed but this ment a down grade of rooms from our balcony view. Food was always just warm in restaurant and needed a big more choice serving same meals most days. Over all staff were fantastic we couldn't have asked for more. We would like to say thank you to the young bar staff called Mohammed aged 19 he was always pleasent and went out of his way many times to help through out our stay. Hotel beautiful pool and beach all beautiful too. Animation team were great through the day time but sadly was let down by there night time shows. Needs more work!

Fourth visit in four years. Five star service, five star common places such as lobby, bars, swimming Pools and gardens. But unfortunatly two and a half star rooms. Renovation needed. Great hospitality very friendly staff.

Hi guys! If you want to fly to Egypt and do not know where I advise you very good option! Sunrise cristal Bay Resort is what you need. If you enjoy a family vacation with children then this is a wonderful option! Honestly tell myself there was repeatedly so I you want his advice. This is a great place to stay! There you can taste delicious dishes and in the main restaurant and lounge. There is a swimming pool very decent form. Immediately next to the pool you already see themselves an excellent bar. Pool is divided into two parts, but divided it under water and no fences. Here I am for example lived in suites and even twice gave similar rooms. I went there 5 times and all times I really liked. Superiorly to settle closer to the sea it is very convenient. When you step out of the hotel you will find a wonderful hotel. With him it is nearby the Sunrise mumluc many contemporary water just slides and whole some such. Ksatati going through the two roads you will be near the market where you can buy yourself and relative of souvenirs, figurines, towels, shawls, t-shirts, toys and much more. But know one has to torgavat′sâ everywhere and can even reduce the price of up to 50% and is not pojtes′ to do it.
