It was amazing experience, we enjoyed our time a lot, it’s the fourth time for us here, the stuff are friendly, very helpful. Animation team are the best.
The show after dinner is very nice for kids and adults.
we did a lot of activities, Banana bout, Glass bout, donuts, aqua park.

We are here on vacation and this is by far the best holiday resort we been too, absolutely amazing customer service and good variety of food also great work from animation team all together they make a holiday special that you would want to come back and I will be booking again very soon.

I can only recommend. Super Animation — not Intrusive-very nice people. Good food — variety of Restaurants-particularly recommend the Steak House costs 25 € p. P. Extra but everything is there and plentiful and really tasty. The beach is also super only the in-house reef was nothing special. Room top. Service top. Will definitely come back again.

Great hotel, very friendly, smiling and helpful staff, good variety of food (I recommend a healthier choice of dishes for the kids corner), nice sandy beach and clear blue sea, lots of leasure activities. We will come again in our “second home” and definitely recommend to friends.

Fantastic hotel been here 4 times now and will deffo be coming back all the staff are fantastic been to a few places in egypt but this is my favourite hotel by far would recommend this hotel to anyone. The food is fantastic to so much choice and cooked to a very high standard not heard one person complain about anything at all while ive been here the entertainment team are fantastic to they do there best to keep everyone happy.

Fantastic hotel massive pool lots of restaurants super friendly staff. This is our 4th visit and all being well we will be back November. The grounds and hotel itself are kept spotless, and the staff can’t do enough for you. Front desk are very accommodating and most requests are dealt with if it is possible.

Absolutely fantastic resort. Swimming pools fantastic and several to choose from with neighbouring hotel complex open for use too. Water slides available, short walk to the beach and water activities if that's your thing. Food is fantastic and spoilt for choice either booking in a specific restaurant or the à la carte for evening meals. Staff always polite and helpful and really look after you throughout your stay. Would recommend for anybody wanting a relaxing holiday.

Just eaten in Nasaya and I must say was amazing. The presentation, service, ambiance and food wow. Really very good. This place should be packed every night because it is extremely good. You must go well worth paying that little extra.

There wasn't much variety in evening shows compared with how lovely the hotel and grounds are. If we wanted to stay and watch the evening shows there wasn't enough seating for everyone. The seating for large families were never set up in the food hall, the staff were brilliant, but always had to move tables around. There were quite a few large family groups there with the same problem. The lower pool bar needed 2 staff, Although Adel was lovely the last few days with a different barman we had to wait a long time. The rest of our stay was lovely and with a special deal we would love to come back. The staff were lovely and very helpful. I also had family booked in rooms 29102 and 29103

What a fantastic place to stay! Must say one of the best resorts I have ever stayed in, the place was amazing, immaculately clean, from the minute we got of the coach the staff made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The staf were exceptional especially Adel in the bottom pool bar with his big smile, which never left his face, what a great guy. In fact I cant fault anything or any of the staff they are all a credit to the hotel. The food was top quality with plenty of variety and always fresh and hot. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would love to go back sometime soon. Thank you for an excellent holiday.

The hotel and staff were brilliant, this was my 2nd visit and the food quality has improved a lot. The pergola snack bar was really good, the staff were amazing everyday. The housekeeper did a really good job, the room was left clean and we had wonderful towel art — even a birthday cake made of towels! He was also very understanding of my son having sleeps in the day and came back later if needed. Overall, we had a lovely visit and would come back again.

This time we got to dinner with a VIP party near the pool. Very nice! Like everything in the hotel, that's why we come back. A clean and cozy room. A variety of diets. The beach is nice. Slides. The animation team doesn't let you get bored. Well done guys! Funny and incendiary. We look forward to the next trip and always sad to leave the hotel.

I want to thank all the hotel staff for the best stay I can imagine. We were put in a very swydd hotel. The whole area is very clean, the beach is clean, the water is clear. Loved the service in the lobby bars by the pools and on the beach. All the staff are very polite. The food in the restaurant is delicious. I want to thank Mamlouk for a great stay.

Very good time there every thing was 5 star from the service to the food. Only thing was sometimes it was difficult to get a sunbed as other customers would leave towels overnight and not return until midday. The resort and the people were amazing and would go out of their way to please you! We had a brilliant time and would highly recommend others for their service. Beautiful place to visit.

The hotel is nice. Service at the level. The beach is sandy with a smooth entrance into the sea. There's a pier. You can swim and look at the fish. The food is good.

The place is beautiful, the pools amazing, the food and different restaurants fantastic. The biggest compliment I can give this place is that the staff are incredible! They are the heart of this resort and they are like nothing I’ve ever experienced before. Welcoming and friendly and always go the extra mile. I and my family have never felt so valued as holiday makers and just as people generally. The staff are genuine and most importantly ‘fun’ (the whole point of your holiday). Coming from the hospitality sector myself the recruitment here is second to none. We were graced with genuine people with real personality and character but accompanied with a desire to ensure they go above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. The people here surpassed my expectations and our family thank you all very much. Must mention Mostafa Syam Syam in the Pergola Bar/Restaurant. His service and friendly nature really touched me and my family. Him along with Ayman on the bar made every day we stayed special. Aymans cocktails were brilliant but it’s his attentive nature with my family which really made us feel at home. My 7 yr old daughter in particular will remember Mostafa and Ayam forever … ‘blue lemonades’ and margarita pizzas became a running theme at lunch time and they made my daughter feel extra special every moment she caught their eye. We really want to get back as soon as we can for more as I would be proud to call these 2 people in particular friends.

We had amazing vacation at this resort. Everything was great. Simply can’t fault anything about this place. The rooms, the staffs, the food, the entertainment was perfect. A special thanks to Abdo Ahmed the lifeguard. He was always there tried to make everything comfortable for us. Also big congratulations to chef Yousry and his great team. Perfection is their motto. Absolutely love this resort and with a great pleasure we will recommend this place to everyone.

I liked the hotel from day one and I immediately wrote to friends that I would recommend it by 90%. Then a couple of days later I wrote to friends that I recommend the hotel for all 120%. The friendlyness of the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel grounds were subdued. Everyone tries very hard and smiles sincerely. Everything is really provided for relaxation and pleasant rest. The hotel's motto pays off 100%. I felt at home. Interesting parties (animation program and animators-twisters). The range of food and entertainment is simply gorgeous. There are no usual 5 minettes and wait half an hour. It is possible to take towels early, to go to restaurants earlier — no one slows you down, but on the contrary invites-velcom. The bar has coffee, tea and water since the morning. You can take at any time and not ask the bartender. The best cleaner was at the front desk. He was so high-rubing marble floors that they were like a mirror. I loved the hotel very much for the quality of service and for the comfortable and home environment. Beautiful hotel, interesting, clean, big and at the same time its own. I love to eat deliciously and appreciate the quality of food and drinks. Italian restaurant is my favorite. I found everything I wanted in this hotel. All good qualities are sin and they are at the favorite Hotel Sentido.

We had an amazing week here, the room was very spacious and clean and the beds very comfortable. The pool is to die for! There is so much space you will always feel like it is empty! The pool bar staff are brilliant and very funny. The beach is clean with lots of shade and there is always clearly marked toilets everywhere. We were warned about being hassled but actually this didn’t appear to be a problem at all. The food is amazing, we visited the Chinese and Mexican Restaurants any they were both lovely. We will definitely be visiting again.

We celebrated both our silver wedding anniversary and my birthday there. Staff made me feel very special on my birthday. Would not hesitate to recommend. Was wary as a large hotel, we would normally go for a smaller hotel, as usually a better more personal service. However, I was greatly surprised and pleased by the service we received. Very clean. Very friendly helpful polite and professional staff. Go beyond " the call of duty" Very helpful when I needed something printed off. Overall, room spacious and clean, ditto the bathroom. Communal areas cleaned daily including the pavements. Quality and variety of food excellent (despite something not agreeing with me … for the whole week! ) However, it is the staff that made it. All very polite, friendly helpful and professional… whatever their job was. From the bellboy to housekeeping to reception, kitchen and bar staff. 2 observations, special offers not pointed out (as I didn't approach desk, I didn't see them until half way through week there) and a "towel dispense" needs to be near the hotel end of the pool. Also bank needs to open on time… over an hour late is unacceptable… despite there being a machine there. My husbands first time in Egypt, my last visit was over 40 years ago, so would like to visit again… for longer and. Soon!

Everything in this hotel is super! And the kitchen and room and service! I put a bad rating for the disco, which is located in the middle of the apartment building! And instead of resting all night I listen as the walker walks furniture and all sorts of songs, as the room on the idea is located above the nightclub, which is not in principle of the people and soundproofing. I'm going down the nightclub empty. I turned to the front desk there with their hands and said that the disco until 2 o'clock in the morning. Special thanks to the guide who just lied that discos up to 12 and not every day. It turned out to be daily. Sometimes lucky and cover the cantor early! Rastroyana is disappointed! I can't rest properly. Instead of having a day at sea have to sleep!

A fantastic holiday, great to see so many old friends from our previous visit still at the hotel. Hollie and Mel in the animation team were great. Overall we had a fantastic holiday. I must mention the pool team who after the sand storm worked so hard to clear around the pool. All staff are very friendly and genuinely seem pleased to see you. Great time looking forward to coming home.

I loved my stay there, the place is beautiful and very maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My girlfriend was celebrating her birthday during our stay, the d-day we were surprised to have a wonderful birthday cake waiting for us in our room, it was really top. I will come back for sure!

Absolutely loved the hotel. Staff made the time we were there just perfect. So friendly and hard working. Food was lovely. Everywhere in the grounds was clean and tidy and well kept. Loved the pools, and the swim up bar. Yummy cocktails from Ahmed. We will definitely be returning to this hotel in the near future.

I just love this place, for 4 years now I only go to this hotel. They got nice rooms, 2 big pools one of them is heated. A lot of activities to be done during the day time, or you can just chill on the beach. The variety of food is good as they have a national cousin every day, also they have many snack bars to get a fast bite. Drinks are not the best but not too bad.

The hotel was better than it was 2 years ago. You're good. We'll definitely be back.

Would be nice to have English pub type bar in the evening s. Very minor suggestion because everything was so good. Cracker biscuits to go with cheese in the evenings. But this is being very picky. Wonderful hotel with friendly staff even the gardeners cleaners and maintainence staff. Always happy Impeccable clean. Brilliant holiday.

"Welcome to Home" I've never felt so comfortable in a hotel like this! The food is the cracker, everything fresh, no stale stuff, huge selection! Rooms and facilities are very clean! Especially commendable is our tour guide — hotel manager Ayman von Neckermann! He had a solution for everything, very good tips on land and people! The Madness! Thank you Ayman!

Wonderful holiday!
The hotel is just a few minutes drive from the airport and right on the beautiful beach. Large pool area. The rooms were always very clean. The food all day very rich and tasty. Something for everyone. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone is making a lot of effort. The entertainment team provides a lot of variety and entertainment.
All in all it was a perfect holiday.

The only downside during our stay is that the a la carte restaurants are IMPOSSIBLE to book always complete. Shame… We would like to taste another kitchen.
For the rest everything was perfect nothing to complain about.
We will certainly return.

Fantastic experience Good food. Great staff. Difficult to book the restaurants due to popularity (early bird catches the worm). Good heated pool and the sister hotel offers pool area for kids with slides etc. Gym is well equipped and during our stay we had no waiting or difficulty using the equipment. Nice clean resort which goes quite after 10pm therefore you can get a good night sleep before your next day. There are many excursions to the sea for diving snorkeling and other parts of Egypt from the hotel.

Super Hotel with top location. We have nothing to complain about, we would return at any time. Delicious food, nice staff, nice facility and lots of sun, our holiday was just perfect, we look forward to the next holiday!

Beautiful well maintained grounds. The staff is courteous and very helpful. The food is top! The rooms should be refurbished but everything is super clean and you feel comfortable. The entertainment programme of the day is exciting and amusing, in the evening rather boring, but the atmosphere is held by the animators. Those who fly to Egypt for the first time should choose this hotel. We'll be back, the third time:)

Wonderful stay in a prestigious hotel. The layout of the resort makes it possible to enjoy its quiet vacation where a little more lively depending on the location by the pool. There are all tastes. The one who is not satisfied is that it is really difficult. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

First visit to Hurghada. Mamlouk Palace is amazing and we will definitely return (my friend and I have never said that before). Couldn't fault the food or the service. All staff very friendly and courteous. All inclusive food standard was exemplary. I think the only improvement I would like to see is a better display plan of the hotel and amenities, the one given out currently is hard to see. Also details stated that afternoon tea was served on an afternoon but didn't actually state where this would happen. The gardens are stunning and very well maintained. The grounds are so picturesque/ The supply of tea and coffee facilities in the rooms — we liked this very much — perhaps a small packet of biscuits each day too? Us British love a biscuit with our tea! Looking forward to our return.

The hotel in general was immaculate, all services efficient with friendly attentive staff, food was amazing with plenty of choice and always hot and fresh. There was always general tasks being carried out within the grounds including gardening, minor repairs, cleaning which was nice to see. The gym was great. The beach was amazing. The room was the only experience which was below average I'm afraid, it was very standard, we had two twin beds when we were a couple and the room was a bit run down but we wouldn't let this stop us from returning as we were hardly in there. Overall we loved our holiday and will return one day.

Great Hotel, room fabulous as were the products in the room for us to use. Loved the fact that we had ample water delivered to the room each day and that it was available throughout the hotel. The Cleanliness of the hotel and grounds were exceptional, even during the sand storms. The Aqua park was a great success with our grandchildren. The choice of a cold or warm swimming pool also a great idea. Plenty of shade for those who do not cope with the sun. The beach a great alternative to the poolside as well and all the facilities were included in the package, great value. We used the main dining room for our meals, as there were 7 of us a table was always arranged for us upon request. The only thing I would say is that once the table was found, different levels of staff had to complete the different tasks, i. E one would clear the tables, another would lay the tables, another would take the drinks order, and there appeared little communication between them resulting in long waits between the functions required and for drinks to be brought to us. Waiters in the lobby bar were always on hand to get your drinks. The staff on the whole were very very good and spoke enough English to understand us and for us to understand them, no issues.

All staff very nice. The hotel is very nice, with large pool. The beach is also nice and clean. As a person travelling alone, it took a bit longer at night to get drinks at dinner. The Wi-Fi is great.

We visited the hotel 3 years ago, you could see the hotel had some changes on arrival. We were upgraded to 2 suites which were fantastic very clean and greatly appreciated. I asked for a mattress to be placed on top of my bed and this was done immediately. The rooms were fantastic. All the staff work very hard to please everyone. Meals were very tasty with a great selection and were always very hot. The little touches of the chefs coming out with nibbles on the beach is a great touch, also the cocktails brought around the beach and bar areas was a lovely gesture too. I feel my only slight criticism would be that the beach bar is exceptionally busy the guy's work very hard and speedy to keep the queue down the area is always clean and inviting but those poor guys are run off their feet, maybe additional staff could be provided in this area. All in all I enjoyed every moment of my stay and didn't want to leave. I will Definately be back again. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

The gardens with the flowers are beautiful ditto for the lawn very well maintained prettier than in previous years. Very happy to have reviewed Marcelle who is too nice and very kind to the customer's need. Keeping the spirit of customer satisfaction is the difference with other hotels. We were very pleased with our stay and will be back with friends or family like the other times.

Great hotel where we had a great week: not seen a single cloud, haven peace so it's quiet. We heard the birds singing. The food was very varied and good.
A big thank you to the director who watches over his establishment and the staff who do the utmost to satisfy the holidaymakers. We will be glad to return.

Had a great stay, we will sure be back. The overall staff and services are great. I have a suggestion to improve the experience that I think is a very easy fix. Management need to pay attention to the music use during the daytime for activities as well as at night, it was way repetitive and outdated. After a couple of days it got really old and kind of annoying having to listen to the same thing over and over. Each day should be kind of a new experience for the guests. Also de DJ at night need to do a better job, the disco was dead because he would not follow the guests wants. Meaning they all danced for example to Latin music but then when he switched to rap or other music people would leave the dance floor. At that time immediately he should change music back to what people enjoyed and not let the songs play killing the fun. A good DJ is in tune with the audience. Hope to get the free stay for two so we can be back before the end of the year!

Could not fault anything about the hotel. Exceptional value for service provided. Outstanding facilities and courteous, helpful staff at all levels. Cleanliness was optimal at all times. The only comment for consideration would be that as the evenings were chilly in February, the option to have a blanket available on the sofas in the outdoor areas may have been helpful as there were at times not enough seats inside. Already considering to book for next year.

We felt very comfortable and were always treated courteously. All questions and concerns were solved uncomplicatedly and satisfactorily. Only the bathroom has to be refurbished, as it does not conform to the standard of a 4, 5 star hotel. We were able to do without German TV programmes. Service, cleanliness of the facility and the possibility to use both hotel complexes are the reasons why we will be happy to come back. Great praise to management and the many employees in all areas combined with a heartfelt thank you!

We were a group of 23 people (from infant to elderly) we have enjoyed every second of our stay! Stayed for 7 nights. Definitely not enough though! The resort itself had daily activities and entertainments to suit all ages and to the taste of different nationalities. Majority of staff around the resort were friendly, flexible, attentive and did everything possible to make you feel welcomed and at home ❤ The animation team were amazing all the kids in the family absolutely loved them. The food is clean, served hot and always available. Many options to chose from. Sceneries around the resort were just ah I would give a rating of 8.5 out of 10, to leave room for improvements on bedrooms cleanliness and small number of staff were acting in an unprofessional manner (specially staff at the snack bar near my room 16302). However; that would definitely not stop us from staying in this resort again for future visits! ❤

I absolutely loved this hotel and the people who worked there. Nothing was too much trouble. There was lots of food to choose from and it was always very fresh and tasty. There were also vegetarian options as well as meat dishes. The facilities were really good and having the use of the neighbouring hotel ensured you never had a reason to be bored. The weather was the only let down, being a little too cold for me at 22-24•c. I will make my next visit later in the year than February.

It would be nice if there was in the middle of the facility also in the evening a possible no where you could sit and drink something, unfortunately everything plays only in the lobby from Dardurch the places are not sufficient and with a second point of contact you could endzehren. But only one suggestion otherwise everything is great.

Nice clean hotel located right on the beach. The staff is just great, so far I have not experienced any better. The restaurants are highly recommended, but you have to book for them. There are many excursion options.

Very good resort with gigantic pools and always well maintained gardens. There are always activities so no need to be bored. It also has a water park and a privatized beach. The beach side and ideal for snorkeling you can see a coral reef as well as many fish. I remove a star for meals that are still quite repetitive. But I had a great time in Egypt.

We arrived tired after a long day traveling to find we had single beds and the room was not as clean as it could have been. We asked the following day for a double bed or at least a double mattress, it took 3 days to resolve only by tying the two single mattresses together and putting a large sheet, this was done by speaking to Zena. We also asked to upgrade but were told there were no rooms available. We had room service which was very quick and delicious. There could have been a better lay out in the main entrance (lack of seating) also if you wanted a peaceful drink later in the evening it was impossible due to the noise of children shouting and running around unsupervised, at home in England our children go to bed at a reasonable time. Gardens were fantastic and it was good to be able to use next door facilities as their bar area was much more chilling. Thank you for a good holiday.

It was a wonderful holiday. All the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive (if the tip is right) The hotel is very well maintained. Would visit it again at any time.

I spent a wonderful and memorable week there. I will definitely come back because everything I liked so much on the quality of the staff as for cleanliness and meals nothing to say more.

The hotel was excellent, with a wide range of enjoyable food. The animation team work extremely hard and provide enjoyable entertainment day and night, Drinks were freely available. The room was kept clean, apart from the bedroom floor which was extremely dusty, and the bathroom and mini bar replenished daily. I was disappointed at the sofa beds available for my son. Neither were suitable and one was unsafe. We were provided with a single bed, which was also uncomfortable for him, and the room was left very crowded with the two sofas not removed. However, we made the best of it. The Christmas Eve Gala was spectacular, but the food on the buffet was not labelled, so we had no idea what we were eating! The show could not be seen as the stage was not raised enough, which was disappointing. However, on the whole, we had a very enjoyable holiday and would not hesitate to return and to recommend the hotel.

The best resort I have ever visited — I have no complaints. Standards of everything was very high. There wasn’t a single grumpy member of staff there. I would recommend you anytime and every time! Thank you for such an amazing experience.

An extremely well managed and run hotel. It certainly has the wow factor when walking around the grounds. An added bonus is that guests can use the Sunrise garden next door which has a heated quiet pool, a bonus for guests of a certain age! I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone who is seeking a class hotel with excellent, happy and smiling staff, with good food and a relaxed atmosphere. Thank you Mamlouk Palace for making our stay memorable.

The whole plant was very clean. And beautiful! We had a room with sea views, and were on the beach in just 2 minutes. However, we had to walk to the restaurant for about 10 minutes. When eating, which was delicious, there was enough variety. The waiters were very friendly and nimble. Animation in the day and the shows in the evening were great!
We can only recommend the system!

Not enough local varieties (local dance…) Notwithstanding this, I would like to come back to this hotel. Too bad that there are no more shops nearby. Apart from this detail, I had a lot of fun.

I can only recommend this hotel to everyone! As mentioned in the previous comments, I can criticize next to nothing and praise all the staff as well as the food and drink! Only the Wi-Fi could be a little better. But I could live with that, too. I look back on the stay very happy and will certainly go on holiday here again! Thank you!

We had a nice week in this wonderful hotel, really nothing to say very clean hotel, spacious, very varied choice of dishes and good quality I did not have the opportunity to go to eat in the restaurants a la carte but I have no doubt of the good Do quality of the dishes I would recommend this hotel without any problems, I would definitely stay there again.

We are thrilled with the hotel! Very beautiful sprawling complex with a beautiful larger pool landscape. The beach is well maintained and everything is clean. The food tastes great. Staff very friendly and anxious. The animation team is super fond (Yousuf) and make the holiday even more beautiful. All in all highly recommended!

Complex was large and plenty of space for all. Ali, the lifeguard at the pool in front of the reception deserves a special award. He was fantastic in helping us everyday and brilliant with the children, especially my youngest daughter, Alice! Thank you Ali, we are sorry we couldn't find you to say goodbye when we left! Please make booking the a la carte restaurants easier to book, we just gave up as it was so hard and kept saying fully booked but if you went to them they were nearly empty! Thanks to all for a fabulous week away with plenty for everyone. We would definitely like to come back.

This was our third visit to this hotel and we will definitely be booking to go back! I could not fault a single thing! It is obvious the management team are constantly working hard to improve the guest experience. The service, food and people are second to none. Our second home without a doubt! Yet again, a wonderful stay at your lovely hotel tarnished only by the reception incident referred to below. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Hurghada and we will definitely be coming back next year for our sixth visit. Huge congratulation to the management and the vast majority of staff especially Holly from the animation team and Mostafa in the poolside bar. Upon leaving the hotel we duly paid our thirty euros for a late check out (despite this being offered as a complimentary service in July). Imagine our surprise when, just about to board the coach, the bellboy asked us to accompany him back to reception. On returning, we were asked by a rather surly member of your reception team whether we had paid the thirty euros and returned our towel cards. We assured him that we had indeed paid it an hour and a half earlier. Despite us telling him, he then proceeded to make several phone calls to check on the veracity of our account. Eventually, satisfied he dismissively suggested that we could now leave the hotel. This whole experience left us feeling uncomfortable and doubted and, had it been the first time we had visited the hotel, and not the fifth, it would have unfavourably coloured our view of the place and made us think twice before booking again. It was just an unfortunate experience and, as mentioned earlier, we will be booking again for next year.

This is a beautiful hotel with friendly hard working staff. The gym is absolutely fantastic and the best we have come across in any hotel. As mentioned the rooms need a little updating particularly the shower but the bed is very comfortable. We had a wonderful time.

It was my third visit in less than a year. I was so pleased that I could have the same room I stayed in last time. Everyone of the staff is so efficient and friendly and so helpful and nothing is a problem. This alone makes the hotel feel homely. Some staff even recognised myself and my wife and one even remembered my name. Overall everything is so clean and efficient it is a pleasure to tip the staff. I will be back.

This was our first visit to Egypt so we were not sure what to expect. After the first full day we were already very pleased with our choice to come here and are already planning a return trip early next year with family. All staff we encountered were very friendly and accommodating, as were a lot of the guests that we spoke with during our stay, as they had already been back many times! In my opinion that speaks very highly of the hotel. We had a fantastic holiday and thanks to everyone at the Mamlouk for making it memorable. Hope to see you again very soon!

The overall evaluation can be summaries as following:- 1) the reception team was very helpful and also most of staff especially the restaurant staff are very helpful. 2) the design of the hotel building and the landscape was very fantastic and clean 3) pool is very nice with 2 enjoying aqua park 4) beach is clean but need more area 5) area of rooms are good and it is furniture's are very nice but the sliding doors of the dressing room need a stopper. 6) the design of the bathroom is not good as the entrance area to the shower is small and the water flow out from the shower bath to the bathroom floor. 7) the animation team is good but they can do more better as in the sunrise select arabian 8) the food is very good and delicious. 9) the evening parties can be more better. 10) the water pressure in the bathroom is ok but it will be better if it increased a little bit.

Poor baby food. Breakfast and lunch are almost the same menu. Oficyanty only near the Germans and Anlichan. Animacyja also. Short. Hotel on 3. But great view of the sea and the beach. Beautiful territory. P. S. The service personnel moves only at local checks.

Animation team where a bit pushy at times even when we have joined in previously. Cider as well as beer would be a good contribution of drinks on tap for all inclusive. Otherwise had an incredible time and will be returning! Staff where amazing and overall experience was fantastic!

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel, and my 3rd to Sunrise in total (stayed at Sunrise Garden Resort next door in 2014). I highly recommend this hotel for couples or families. The service is excellent. We are doing the all-inclusive food package and it's always great. This time around we checked out 2 of the on-site restaurants, and we were very pleased. The regular restaurant offers up great food daily. Snacks are good also. The beach is wonderful and the 2 pools are huge. Lots of room to swim. Grab a set of chairs early though as by about 9 am all the ones at the pools are taken. Rooms are comfortable. I recommend being no more than 3 or 4 buildings from the restaurant if you have kids or mobility issues. The grounds are big. Hope to return!

Fantastic hotel, hopefully won't be too long before our next visit. Wouldn't want to go any where else after our stay with you. So welcoming and all staff are friendly with nothing too much trouble. Hotel is clean and comfortable and we felt very relaxed and safe whilst there. A good choice of food and drinks available throughout the day.

Our first holiday to Egypt, and it was certainly one to remember. The staff were very fast and efficient with any requests we made whether it be at the restaurants, bars or cleaners nothing was too much trouble. The room was beautiful with a lovely view of the pool. There was enough choices for restaurants within the hotel to keep us happy, we loved the Mexican. Whilst in Egypt I had a birthday, and to my surprise a cake and birthday letter were left in our room, certainly made my day! We would definitely stay again in the future.

The hotel staff were very accommodating and efficient. The hotel itself is very clean and inviting with constant maintenance work going on to keep the hotel looking nice. Gardens are well attended and the beach is kept clean on a daily basis. The pool was cleaned every evening and late at night too, the staff are a credit to the hotel. We rarely revisit hotels, but we will make an exception for this one.

We need to remove the stereotype and not equate all Ukrainians with plohovospitannym tourists. It's obvious to us. We also noticed that at the bar, although we didn't do anything but wine in a restaurant waiting for a waiter for a beverage offer. Can't bother with the "finish? " question and capture only the freed plate from the hands … The hotel is great. And the area and pools and the beach. Animators work at the level. The gym is good. Every day we did. Clean everywhere. Good. When we arrived, the head of travel was assured that we could uverennostju offer a hotel to tourists. Thanks for the rest. Good luck in the M!

Despite the arrival of the morning flight to the room, the hotel staff and the tour operator were able to take care of their breakfast. The room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The luggage was delivered quickly, the guy who cleaned up the numbers in our corps offered to deliver a full baby bed with a mattress. It was arranged very quickly, no one needed to ask that it was very gratifying and saved us a lot of time. The room was spacious and clean.
It's a huge plus Wi-Fi that covers a whole hotel area. Very convenient for business and recreation, huge savings in money for tourists.
A year ago, relaxing in Steigenberger Aqua Magic the cost of the trip above, one of the great downsides of the internet, is a bad internet speed.
The food was very good. The chief's team, the chefs, the pros, they tried. While recommending a hotel, many who flew through our tour of the operator were hit by food, despite the crisis and the departure of the Russians from Egypt. Meat dishes, food from the sea, fruit, tasty baking. Every day there's some super dish from the chef!
I liked the animation, the fun and the positive guys. Water Slide Class! The Kids Club is good.

We have just got back from a fantastic holiday. It really was super. My little girl loved it and the staff were fantastic with her. The resort was really clean and all staff were so friendly that everyone said hello. The pools and beach were clean and the bars were always well stocked. Thanks it was great.

I loved my holiday. The animation team were fun and very entertaining. I used the gym 6 times, and each time it was clean and tidy. The staff were always friendly. The Spa was great, I had really good treatments from an excellent therapist. I went on the snorkeling trip, and although it was my first time, and I was nervous, really enjoyed it. I think the facilities of this hotel are very good and would recommend it to anyone, as it caters for all age groups.

The hotel is really beautiful. There are a few points which would improve:
-Music at the pool bar is missing
-The lower pool bar should be put into operation may also
-Toilets around the pool may not be locked at 5: 00
-Personnel may not be challenged in front of guests
-Arab guests with their behavior at dinner and the buffets are partly an imposition
-Any two stations with chicken meat and this should generally are issued by the chef or an employee
Of course, there are also many positive things around the hotel:
-The Mexican is the absolute Hightlight — just super delicious
-The Asian is also lonely bit
-There are very many waiters have always a smile on the lips which are very very friendly
-The Concierge is very helpful and very friendly. Complaints are now done and possibly Offered an alternative solution.

I arrive there at 14.15 and waiting in reception till 16.00 till I get my room and the I get room with 2 bed not as I resrvation then I have to go back again to reception to ask to change and then I get the room as I want but I was there around 16.30 ( ( Breakfast buffet it's great I have no complain I love it but staff plzzzzzzz smile and say hallo I was there 6 days o one say to me goodmorning or hallo ( ( (I think if Iam sexy girl I will be more welcome ( (as I saw there and the worst thing is one of staff there he stay in restaurant playing with his phone I was in shock normally not allowed to use ur phone during ur work or? he working in kitchen. During my stay was 2 other gust check in to my room how hotel 5 stars can't be any organization ( (I was in my room 2 girls open the room and said it's our room how?! Wi-Fi plzzzz fix it coz it's almost not working ( ( I would like to thank amr from reception he was so friendly and Houseman I think his name ragb so friendly and great guy.

My holiday stay was absolutely fantastic. The staff were amazing! I will be writing to trip adviser to name those who helped me. I am a 60 year old woman and was on my own. I felt totally safe at all times and really well looked after. The food was out of this world — I'm a vegan and was totally catered for (it would be useful to have the dishes labelled as vegan. )

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Everything was perfect from room cleanliness to service and quality and variety of food. The pool area and the water park were very clean and staff was friendly. The food quality in the A la carte restaurants was really good. The only negative thing in my opinion is the quality and variety of the snacks but this was just a small niggle.

Just returned from a short vacation over there; my two daughters were absolutely happy & excited. The staff are so friendly and always meet you with a wide warm smile. Rooms are perfect; amazing beach; wonderful pools. I would highly recommend this spa to families & couples as well.

This hotel can be recommended to keep safe. Feel good from the first minute. Excellent service, good and varied food. Beautiful architecture, especially the Asian garden wonderfully decorated.

Mamlouk Palace Resort at any time. We were already 2008 in the Resort, and the Hotel is a dream. In the Hotel we felt as if we were emirs, or sheikhs. The ambience is really like a PALACE. The employees have done a very good job. We can recommend this Palace.

Vacationing in 2007 year. Then the hotel was new chic pâtizvezdnikom. All liked it very much, the territory, the beach, feeding, swimming pools and slides. Shared infrastructure with a neighbouring Garden Beach hotel. Across the road a bunch of souvenir shops.

Excellent, so relaxing We went out of season where the daytime temps were 30 celsius and only one pool was heated. Easy to get a sun lounger wherever / whenever you wanted, I guess there was only 25% occupancy. Communal restaurant was good serving a wide variety of well cooked food with changing themes over the week. Booking into the 'special' restaurants was a nightmare — you are told that you can book in the preceding 24 hours, they actually mean from midnight on the day — great for those drinking 'til the small hours, rubbish for the early risers. The truth of the situation was only revealed on day 3 after complaining. The correct solution is to prevent those who have made a booking from booking again for 2-3 days until 4pm on the day. In the quiet season then each table is used once rather than 4 times as in the peak. I can only imagine the chaos in the peak seasons.

Food: huge selection of food. Despite the fact that day in and day out practically nothing has changed, You and a week is not enough so try everything. The only thing is, not enough meat dishes. View: mainly on the hotel itself and its territory. That is particularly valued, namely the sea here, as such, no. But it is fully compensated funky territory. Grounds: gorgeous, huge area, modern gym with free personal trainer several pools, one of which is heated. Several restaurants a'la carte. Coffee machines, bar counters scattered around the hotel. Fed almost around the clock. Rooms: the room as a room, no better and no worse than others. A free safe. The hotel is 5 — Definitely recommend.
