Very bad … Rubbish motel… no Service … no water… No tissues… Flies and croaches everywhere in rooms and restaurant…
Receptionists are very rude impolite…
Animation Team is not professional, flirting with ladies and causing many troubles every night
Very poor buffet… food is spoiled. Chefs handling food with hands, no gloves and kids had infection from the first day
Rubbish… rubbish… rubbish.

No air conditioner in the reception! and in the food hall. Air conditioner in the villas very poor. Very rude animation team, one of the team was bullying my daughter! plus no activities all day.

Reception personnel with terrible attitude and very slow, it took 30 min to check in and another 30 min to checkout

الغرف كبيرة أرضياتها تحتاج ترميم التكييف ممتاز خدمة الغرف ممتازة العاملين ودودين و محترمين في التعامل سواء في المطعم او البار او البيسين او الريسبشن مستوي النظافة بالمكان جيد المطعم كبير. الطعام مذاقه جيد. و لكن الكميات تنفذ سريعا و لا تستبدل بعد نفاذها الشاطيء صخري غير آمن للأطفال مع روعة المكان و الأسماك الواي فاي في الريسبشن فقط إنقطع التيار الكهربائي أكثر من مرة و لفترة طويلة

In relation to price very good. Clean and spacious rooms. Frendly service. On african level. Offer of drinks could be better.

Great facilities and amenities. The employees are very cheerful and they're doing their best to make u feel comfortable. The food is quite good. U can enjoy the various drinks soft and alcoholic.

The hotel is very big. Too huge beautiful pools. However deserted location, Building look old and empty. Needs some care and it'll be perfect.

We had a wonderful weeks holiday here. The staff our friendly. The food was amazing every day. Wi-Fi is working in the hotel reception but sometimes a bit slow. The hotel is clean. All the staff want to help you. Fab hotel situated right on the beach.
Little bit far out from Towns etc but if you want a relaxing holiday it's good. Night life improved as the week went on, The Animation Team did a really professional job of trying to entain everyone. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to return. I have also noted they cater for families with small children really well.

Hotel is clean and you are made welcome, however food is not up to much dinner last night was cold and limited choices. I have had many trips to Egypt but would not return to this hotel.

Not the best place in marsa alam. If you've never been to Egypt before, it will be mediocre. If on the other hand you have previously been to other hotels, it not on the same level. Food OK, rooms OK, no hot water in certain rooms In Late afternoon, floor tiles looses in walkways. Chipped glasses and plates. Non existent entertainment. Staff and animation on the other hand are lovely. Always smiling and offering drinks etc.

I have just come back from a fabulous holiday here. Yes the food wasn't brilliant but I didn't go hungry, there wasn't any Wi-Fi but that didn't bother me. The staff are great, lovely & friendly, made some great friends there which was good as I went on my own. The daytime animation was somewhat lacking but it was brilliant in the evenings & the position of the hotel right on the beach couldn't be bettered, had fantastic sea view from my room. Was such good value I will be going back. A few of us gave some constructive criticism which they've said they will try & improve so we'll see. It wouldn't stop me returning though which I'm planning to do very soon.

So called 4 stars resort. Service quality is very bad. Rooms AC vary from a room to another. Food quality is bad. The sea shore access to the beach is rocky and not suitable for swimmers. However, they have excellent diving center.

More then amazing place u would love to join ur time and ur holiday is the place to be if u want to enjoy your holiday u have to go to coral hills hotel marsa alam.

The food is the worst I have ever come across and I am not a fussy eater. I actually lost weight as most meals there was not an edible option.
No working Wi-Fi in the hotel, so advertising is wrong. This meant I was stuck using hotel services for everything which were overpriced.
The entertainment was awful. The same 10 godawful songs playing round and round.
The only thing good about this hotel is it's staff, they are lovely and tried to make me as comfortable as possible.
Apart from diving this holiday was really stressful and I would not go back.

Coral Hills Marsa Alam is Amazing resort … nice view and good receptionists.

This is the worst hotel ever, horrible food, no AC at the reception or the rooms, no professional staff. They don't know how to reapond to your complains.
I won't recommend it for anybody coz it will be the the worst trip ever.

They have massive problem with the electricity I spent 4 days in that hotel most of them I was out of it for visiting some places in Marsa Alam City, however the electricity always cut off which is ridiculous, and I knew from some of their employees that this problem is common there, I really support people to visit Marsa Alam City itself it's really beautiful place to visit, it's like a piece of the heaven, and make sure to stay at any other hotel to enjoy your vacation there.

Very nice, the hotel building and the facilities with large swimming Pools. The pool water is fresh and clean. The rooms are also without any significant disadvantages, the comfort of the beds very well. Flat screen TV with 2 German programs, ARD & ZDF. The food is in taste and selection. Even with AI you do not get the drinks to the meals itself, but the. However, just like when a tip is given money at every meal. At noon a € 1 tip, and it is not very cared for carefully, for in the evening, the holds, however, a€, since it is again expected to tip. Beer tastes very good, brand "Salzburg", but it is served only in 0.25 l glasses. The Hotel Wi-Fi works in the hotel hall good, but, as often in Egyptian Hotels, some not quite inexpensive: for 30 Min. Costs 3 €, 60 Min. 5 €. (Unused minutes expire, however, after 24 hours)

There are no shopping facilities on-site. Thus, the Goods in the Hotel Shop is very expensive, eg. A small bag of Haribo for US $ 3, a view card is $ 1. Now The End Of Nov. In 2016, the Hotel is not busy, only about 5%, but in the Hotel, but especially in the political climate. Among the guests
some are regular guests, and I also think it's worth a recommendation.

A very nice location but unfortunately a terrible service and staff. Most of the staff have no information about any of the services in the hotel. Room was very bad. Bathroom door not locking. Old furniture.

Bad Hotel! ; (Power is still and still shutdown, Pool is not cleaned overflow into clean and not so new water cleanup (pool is greasy), No programs, There are many fountains but no harvest is not turned on, Apparently off electricity for investigation of oil and it belongs in the same fountains, let 's turn, Hotel already deteriorating and said one zaměstanavatel that they want a lot of Germans and Russians for their money (there are stores) and more…!

The resort is lovely. You can spend your time peacefully and quietly. The only minus with this resort is that you have pay $10/h for Wi-Fi.

Vacationing there 15 days November-early December, from Hurghada to the South by car 3 hours, 270 km far hotel is located on the first line of pool depth 170 cm. For children is not what is intended. There are almost no animation, people had little. The sea is very beautiful coral, but for lovers of diving fish see wind horrible waves always cool hanging flag only 4 days of rain was not the heat stood in early December, the rest of the week went to lagoon 2 km away the Bay there's no wind. New beautiful hotel, fed, alcohol no complaints would go. Service at the bar very awful glasses crack etc etc. On the Russian plain don't know even at ressepšone. I was lucky good company came, rested perfectly was fun.

Bad hotel. The sea is always waves. Visitors have diarrhea from eating.

Nice, new hotel in the first line. Not bad service for 4 stars. A place for those who want to relax. Beautiful marine fauna-a paradise for divers.
