In general I would give this hotel 3 to 4 stars… Rooms Only in this hotel are air conditiond, everywhere else is not… Food is good… No complaints there so far… Staff are friendly and helpful except of a couple untrained ones here and there but mostly are ok No nightclub in the hotel, the animation team along with a female singer in the lobby area at night they try to do their best to accommodate their guests. I should also mention there is a little mini program for children in a theater within the complex… and when asked they said Mondays and Thursdays are big entrainment nights. I didn't like the mangarove trip. The beach was dirty and unsafe… Don't book that trip. Pool areas are the best thing in the whole deal. They have outdoor and indoor areas very big pool… Looking nice and clean Over all if I had a choice to come back here I wouldn't do it… Good luck.

Good resort for their prices and helpful staff but no air-conditioning in reception or in food court.

Nice place, nice people. But oldest hotel I ever seen, need to be renewing many things there like Marine Walk Room's tv. Other stuff need to maintaining. I like the place but I feel like I am in 1990 — in a bad way —

It was a peaceful place. The staff was so helpful except the reception we had some issues during the check in. And the animation team was the worst! When we first came, they called me and my friends to join them in a dance on the pool and we were laughing and doing this dance for fun. Then one of them said in the midst of dancing (thanks for joining) and they all left cause he wanted us to dance as they do but we were taking the whole thing as something fun. He was so rude and we never wanted to join in any of their activities later. I personally saw a lot of animation teams in many resorts and this one was the worst, they are boring also. They should be changed!

A mid-level all inclusive hotel with beach access and several swimming pools. Enjoyed our stay, the pricing was very fair and the food and drink was plentiful. Staff were polite and courteous. The hotel is a distance away from other bars and restaurants but these can be reached with a taxi.

Great place to spend one quiet week. Comfortable Nice but In the middle of nowhere far away from the City far away from clubs and Night Life, Far away from the shops but a great place To Take it easy and Relax.

A very good hotel by Egyptian standards. The rooms are clean, but not up-to-date. The food is very good and hygienically flawless. The change clean and maintained. The staff as usual, very friendly, but not intrusive, just as you could. The sea actually has, sometimes still at least, an intact coral reef with many tables and different types of coral. Dive center, at reasonable prices, is next to the hotel.
Price performance is right!

A simple aged Hotel Sauber and well-groomed food is Gut Spa area you can only recommend who is looking for a beach here but forgives We are taking holidays and do not look all day for mistakes or what is not ok surely you could a About if you search you will find negative things in every hotel We are very satisfied here and are treated everywhere friendly and courteous I find 4 stars attached and would also book this hotel again specifically.

Good service, good food, horrible Wi-Fi, there are rocks at the shore which make it hard to swim in the sea.

Tasty food, clean rooms, great pools the best is staff always smiling and ready to help you anytime you ask also the animation team doing great.

Worest hotel I have ever been there the stuff is not helpfull at all. On the first day of arrival after driving 9 hrs we entered the room the AC was not working the bed was broken they made us wait for 3 hrs fixing and cleaning the room on the same day we complained that AC stopped so while we where outside they entered the room without our permission and for at 12 AM told us we have to move to another room which is not acceptable at all and by a very bad way they wanted to pack all our stuff after this all bad day and I made a problem and refused they gave me room till the next day and they finished the next day at 5 pm. After 1 day the AC stopped working again and waited for 2 and half hr for someone to come and see whats wrong called the reception 5 times and the reply os he is on the way. Will never go to such a plave again they reuined my vacation. I hated this place. اقذر فندق روحته ستاف زفت سوء معاملة بيدخله علي الناس و هما نايمين

Probably the quietest vacation of my 10 years trips to Egypt.
Loved the service (apart from the guides and their attitude to tourists) and of course the sea, at once very deep and beautiful, in the presence of fish, turtles and of course dolphins…
Worth a ride only if you like silence and privacy otherwise better choose Hurghada or charm.
