Had an amazing week at the hotel. Staff were excellent and so attentive to all our needs, always smiling and helpful. Very spacious, clean and wonderful landscaped gardens. Comfy beds and good size rooms. The style and build of the hotel is impressive and being right on the beach was fantastic. Sea is like swimming in a warm bath and would recommend snorkelling as so many fish to see.

Great hotel. Excellent laundry service. Kind staff. Multiple restaurants to choose from, incl some show cooking restaurants. Dive centre close to the hotel, offering more than basic dive lesson. Aqua sport centre located on the private beach. Huge central pool. Sometimes bit German style, then again it is a Steigenberger. Free access to the aqua park across the street. Shopping is better in the city the street nearby is a bit creapy.

One of the best 5 star resorts we ever have visit, very clean, friendly personal, good cooking. Relaxing pool area, fine beach, many activities. First time here, and one place you wanna go back to. Even though it is high season and there are full booked the place is not overcrowded but calm and quiet.

Mom and I were booked down the road at another brand name all inclusive — we were less than impressed so we decided to check out the al dau. Greeted by amazing staff. Snagged a wonderful room with fantastic view. Food was phenomenal and the spa was spectacular.

All in all I confirm the reviews that are published on the quality and service of the hotel. Really excellent! Too bad, at the time of departure by settling our services at the reception (massage…), we had added benefits that we had not taken. After checking, the hotel staff found that a customer ordered benefits by indicating our room number but that the signature on the vouchers did not match. We did not need to pay for these benefits, except that it left us with a strange impression. Anyone can order benefits by indicating your room number.

In November and December it is usually not so comfortable, because it is colder and windy here. However, in other part of the year it is a beautiful place for a great relaxation. Especially in July and October! Recommend!

The best hotel in Hurghada. It's clear. It's beautiful. It's delicious. It's nice. There is everything for all tastes.
It's a great beach. A few pools. One heated. One lazy river on which you can swim lying down on a large carcass. One pool on the territory of the children's club (there by the way there is a large sun awning for children). There's an open-air jacuzzi. Places for walking and photos. In the evenings, children's entertainment and shows with live music for adults.

Spacious room, all inclusive is very convenient, very nice resort with lots and lots of activity choices. Would definitely come here for getaways. Service is however slightly off par as some of them got some weird attitude / slowness thing.

The Steigenberger Hotel in Hurghada is not one of the best hotels in Egypt for nothing. Here the guest almost meets all wishes. From the room to the food and the rich leisure activities. The staff is very friendly and courteous and tries to make it as pleasant as possible for the guests. When eating you have to make a few smears, because in Egypt not everything is always available, but no one will starve. The pool area is amazingly big and very clean. The beach impeccable. Also the children's paradise should not be left unmentioned, there the kids have a great fun. We were very impressed and will definitely book the hotel again.

The best hotel in Hurghada for a quiet, secluded, comfortable holiday. On service one word — the owners of the Germans, so all at the highest level. Eating words does not even convey that Swedish line that restaurants a la carte. We celebrated the New Year 2018. Who needs to have fun — it's better in their own hotel opposite — aqua magik.

The residence in the hotel is incredible! What makes it comfortable to the max is the informal dress code. I've stayed there for 6 days, I enjoyed their outstanding services in addition to the quiet breeze which is everywhere out. I've tried the Full Board package (Or All Inclusive packages as they call it), and I enjoyed it. The buffet is amazing and romantic. The food categories are tasty and made exactly as how the international cuisine says. It deserves a try! If you booked a Full Board, they'll give you the chance to dine at 5 different restaurants that provide 5 different cuisines. If you're planning to dine at one of them, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU not to dine there as they provide a stingy service! If you arrived by your car, park at your own risk as the hotel is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damages or thefts that might happen to your car. Better to arrive by a taxi. All the services are available for free for the full board guests. And when you try to compare its price to its services, the price is almost nothing. Hope you'd enjoy your stay!

Day 3 of an all inclusive trip, first holiday with my 7 month old daughter — excellent resort, food is generally very good but we still have so much more to experience. Room is excellent also. Very happy with our choice.

I love this hotel! The beach is impeccable, everything is clean, rooms are spacious with a big terrace. The hotel offers several a la carte restaurants including Lebanese, French and Japanese. I would recommend it to anyone who loves a relaxing holiday and who likes to be pampered.

A sublime Egyptian palace. The grounds are impeccable, the water park is huge and allows access to the golf or the private beach. Excellent maintenance and cleanliness. Nothing to complain about, I had a very good stay at this hotel.

What I expected is a 5 stars service, through my stay here I would say its only 4 stars but took the 5th star only because they serve alcoholic beverages. There is no valet parking. food quality is low even though they serve a large variety but they all taste cheap, weather at the buffet or at the restaurants.

Just got back, it was a very well maintained beautifully. The food variety for every taste something and very friendly and helpful staff. I was the 3rd time there and not for the last time.

I spent 10 days at this hotel with my wife. Hotel is located in the new, prestigious part of Hurghada (there are many shops with souvenirs, but its not as crowded and noisy as Sakkala). The rooms are sufficiently equipped with showers, personal air conditioning and towels. In addition, during every day, room cleaning, large water bottle for the guests (securely sealed) provides the room service. All inclusive service is perfect — food specialties from other kitchens includes in addition to permanent dishes (various cuisine every day — Italian, German, British, etc. ). You can enjoy your meal in the hotel restaurant or in the bar on the beach. The beach is clean with free sun loungers and parasols. In this hotel I was in 2011 and last year and I was really very, very pleased. Check-in and check-out take place very quickly and smoothly, the staff is really friendly and helpful, the food excellent because it finds something for everyone, rooms nicely furnished and clean and spacious with a large bathroom and a balcony. The hotel offers a gym, sauna, jakuzi, massage, indoor pool. Location of the hotel is the least of my concepts in an excellent location because you have all the nearby shops, restaurants, bars.
