I love the hotel the pools were beautiful and the food was pretty good and in the night there were dancing and I really liked the room and I loved the beach and this place is very relaxing and it's really beautiful.

Excellent hotel, very clean. Plenty of choice food wise. A special thanks to Ahmed Mohamed at the Millennium Bar a great guy and very professional, he really made our holiday.

It was a great place. Everybody there was gracious and helpful. The pools were very clean and the service was perfect. The 3 restaurants were all neat and the food there was so good. I recommend this resort to anyone visiting Hurghada ♥️

Very spacious resort. Plenty of room in the swimming pools, wide beach strip as well. Good variety of food served, although there's a bit of waking involved from one place to another — not a downside, just something to be aware of. Rooms are spacious as well, with big, comfortable bathrooms. Service was perfect, no begging for tips. Bottled water widely available for free throughout the estate. Plenty of attractions for kids, slides, fountains, etc. Now there are three reasons for not giving it 5 stars: there's unpleasant smell in the bathrooms, like stall water, and A/C switches to closed loop mode when reaches desired temp. And so blows stinking air all around the room. Second — apparently there is "no sunbed reservation" policy, signs are all over the place, however it's not true, and staff turns their eye away from people throwing towels on them from 6 am. Very disappointing. Also only local alcohol is available at the bars, you can't get anything else even at a price.

Very nice hotel! Perfect Animators Group! Good food, good wine, good service. Clean and big room. I will be happy to come back here in the future.

It was again a super holiday. I would particularly like to thank the waiters on the beach, the chefs at the Food Court, the Strandboy Mohammed Harby and the receptionists Haitham. I'm looking forward to June. Then I'm back.

Hotel is very good. Service very nice and helpful in every situation. A great group of animators (Polish speaking) was entertaining guests. I am very happy that I could spend my holidays in such a fantastic place.

Very nice hotel, very well maintained, very clean, very friendly staff, delicious food with great choice. Hotel has a heated swimming pool. Drinks service by the pool and on the beach. The rooms are very spacious, modern and well furnished. The what is offered is the prices impeccable.
If some people say that the rooms on the downside are bad, it's not like this: yes they have shadows, but it won't be too bright in the middle of the night to sleep when the sun pops in and the rooms don't heat up too much by the sun. Q. I would definitely prefer these rooms in the shade. The Russian audience is not particularly noticeable and the food is good and also diverse, only sometime there must be repetitions. Price line fits in any case.

We were here in mid-December. If I had to say something negative, I would say that the beach unfortunately has no promenade for walking, three restaurants from which one could eat in Italian Italian, while in the Asian and Oriental everything was mixed. But all good and tasty. Unfortunately no beer in the minibar. Otherwise everything is top. Very friendly, polite and helpful.
Next visit in December already planned. Always happy.

Just got back from White Breach and was very pleased with our choice of hotel. Stayed in many 5* hotels around the world and this was as clean as they come. Constant cleaning and excellent waiting service makes all the difference. Reception staff are extremely helpful and polite and hotel appearance is high end and well decored. Food of very good standard and caters for most nationalities. Would most definately recommend a stay at this hotel for couples and families!

Racist! The hotel staff (especially the restaurant) for the Asian people have a very serious racial discrimination in!

The hotel is very nice and the rooms are well designed and decorated. The disadvantage is that the bath sometimes suddenly has no hot water and the worst thing is (Italian restaurant) The service personnel racial discrimination is very serious from the very beginning, there were plenty of vacancies in the restaurant, but forced us to sit by the door (the automatic door was fixed, the wind was strong outside and someone smoked) And the attitude is very bad! In addition to the attitude is very disdain, but also the cook table self-help bar cooks are, to help the European and American people is the normal pasta (sauce + noodles + ingredients) As long as the Asian face past, no matter what kind of sauce, the cooking is only sauce + noodles (pictured) This is the most disgusting and casual Italian restaurant I've ever tasted. The resort facilities are great for family trip, food is available with rich portfolio, however the food quality is poor, really poor.

We were in this hotel at the beginning of December and had booked a junior suite. The hotel has many positive features: + price performance super + delicious varied food + modern and clean hotel + staff consistently friendly But also a few negative points:-small beach without coral reef road in front of the hotel not worth seeing — Some annoying retailers also at the pool All in all we would not book the hotel again just because of the beach. Otherwise, however, there is nothing that bothered us.

Taste. Not our hotel. The rooms are spacious, but the food is only average. Concrete everywhere, no green spaces. Hotel is full of Russian guests. Mass clearance. Hotel built in U-shape. If you have been assigned a room on the right, then you have drawn the A card. These rooms almost consistently in the shade.

This is our first time in Egypt. Are thrilled. The hotel is awesome. The service, cleanliness and food terrific. We will definitely be back. It is a TOP hotel. We feel very comfortable here.

Beautiful child-friendly Hotel. Food is OK, but some variety could be richer. Pools are all heated. Staff is very nice and super good with children.

Nice hotel with lovely personnel. Why I gave only 4 stars? Negative aspects: 1) Food. Choice of meal in restaurants looks good, but you really can't choose something you like, because almost all food tastes the same. Poor choice of fruits. I only liked WOW — a la carte restaurant and some food made on grill. 2) Beach. Small area with sand and for swimming near the beach. Nothing to look at under water. 3) Greenery. There are only some palms on territory of hotel, would like it to be greener. 4) Gym. For such a big hotel there is only very small fitness center. Very small amount of weights, no bench… 5) Water taps in hotel rooms are made very uncomfortable… you can not easy wash your hands. I think that all I can remember negative, everything else was at very good level. I attached some pictures to see hotel from inside.

Great hotel, great service and tasty food. 4 Swimming, 2 for children, beautiful sea, beach, all that can wish in rest for 10 days, themselves were on 8 (still little).

Great food and plenty of variety Nice junior suite, staff is wonderfull and very helpfull … the only first impression is a big hotel, with no personality but then again I had to make a second impression … I couldn't make any negative remarque not in any way!

Is ok. Currently heading into day 5 tomorrow. Not really recommended for brits. Very German and Russian dominant, not that I have anything against them. But they like to be weighted on which becomes a problem. I like a drink for example when I want a drink, I have no issue getting 1 myself. But everytime I go to the bar, I'm told to place an order and go get a seat. Then, you have to wait 10 minutes for a drink, and a lot of the time the order is wrong. So in all honesty you end up going back to the bar to complete the order anyway. Whilst relaxing on sunbeds, you are persistently pestered by hair salon staff, which is mainly male, and they have a tendency of flirting with female's, especially blondes, so when I'm there trying to relax you find someone persistently flirting with your wife/girlfriend, which I really don't like in the hotel grounds. Some of the staff are quite rude at times, but understandable we are in a period of fasting. But unless your throwing money at them, then they may not 'understand' English quite well. All in all, the resort is ok, but I wouldn't class it 5 star and it's definitely behind Sharm.

The hotel is very beautiful and clean and of an excellent decoration… But the staff are rude. They are unprofessional.

We were the first time in Hurghada at Albatros White Beach and we were very happy, great rooms with super facilities, as well as the food in the 3Restaurants very tasty, the staff very nice, friendly and helpful. We'll be back.

Great place to relax, especially with kids.

Recreation for small babies. 4 large pools up to 50 cm deep with roller coasters. There's no coasters for adults.

Nice hotel, not the best in Hurghada but pretty good. To keep staff friendly, don't forget about bakhshish.

I was in the January / February 2017 — 4 weeks. The best Hotel I had so far in Hurghada. Very clean, all very nice. Great food. I will be traveling there again :-)

Nice hotel. True. Quite helpful staff, new building, room everything you need and in moderation. Kitchen — just super! Everything is very fresh, clean, all the cooks wear gloves, all utensils are polished, pleasantly surprised by the variety of salads and meat : grilled meat is just gorgeous! Measure spices, all really hot, fruits in abundance, very pleased with the strawberries every day for two weeks. A couple downsides — but within reason : if you take a room in a Sunny part of the hotel, you need to understand that every 2 rooms have a connecting door, which provides excellent audibility. If not Sunny — it is better not on the 3rd floor as it is connected with the main building by transit, and with 8 hours that it is constantly to be carried in trucks on the bare tile … Large pools, but the small fenced area of the sea in winter with the head missing, but in the summer, I think it's complicated. The staff really tries to do everything in their power from administrators and senior waiters to rumbaev and cleaners. Very would recommend. For children good children's centre) in General, well done! 4.5 out of 5 points) ) ) the parity the price — quality!

There is nothing to complain about at the hotel. The rooms are quite large and comfortable. The service was very good and accommodating. Range of activities were good to very good, you can only recommend it and you should also do it.
The only big drawback was unfortunately the very bad food. We were very disappointed. No matter what restaurant we were in, it didn't taste. Usually the same food. Here you should bring in a little more change. Good was the a la carte food.
This is why the hotel has only 4 stars. But still I would recommend the hotel to others.
