Hotel provide great services but the most strengths point there is the very kind and helpful staff specially those professional team at reception as they are so friendly, helpful and they eager to satisfy their guest.

Dinner at the swimming pool restaurant was amazing! Easy access to transport for exploring Friendly and helpful staff Except the dining room staff! Found them to be quite rude.

Nice. It was one of my first hotels where I stayed during my first work experiences abroad. Good quality of rooms, great staff, good restaurant, comfortable for the proximity of the hotel to the airport. Keep in mind for business trips to Cairo.

5 star hotel. Most nights have a duet singing English, Arabic and French songs. Very near to Cairo International Airport and the 1905 built district of Helipolis, where you can see and enjoy the old European architecture: domes and columns.

Excellent five stars restaurants, went to Marco Polo for lunch. Salmon fish meals are amazing as well as salads and beverages. Highly recommend.

This is a nice hotel, with 2 different restaurants inside. The Thai restaurant is really good. They have beer and other drinks. The "regular" restaurant is OK. Not good or bad. In the average. The pool bar is nice but, you might find the service below the average. (They served me ambient temperature beer and a glass full of wine! :-D) Can you imagine!? The breakfast is good and personal is kind. I would say it is a good choice, in this area of Cairo. Enjoy!

Located not too far from city centre, a nice place to relax and unwind. Rooms are nice and staff are courteous. I have not seen any SPG hotel (despite being a Platinum member for 9 consecutive years) where Lounge is open 24 hours. They have a nice bar and very nice restaurants. Spa and Swimming Pool is also nice. They also provide conference and banquetting facilities.

Very well received by staff. The room was pleasant enough with all the mod cons. Be very careful with your valuables, even if leaving the room for a short period. The breakfast is excellent if you appreciate that you won't get a typical English breakfast.

This "Le Méridien" is not a new hotel, please remember that. The hotel is in Heliopolis area only 10 minutes from the airport and you will find malls and interesting places near by the hotel. In the hotel you have 2 restaurants. Personaly, I recommend the Thai restaurant As usual in Egypt attendants are polite and very handy. The price would be round 60 euros/night. Hope you enjoy your stay :-)

Nice place. Loved the 24/7 lounge. Very polite staff… however pay more attention to the facility. But still great experience.

A very good 5 stars Hotel. At some point, parts of the hotel needs repair hence the 4 stars but what compensates for that, the amazing service and the great food at their cuisine.

It's the first time to stay in this hotel as I was afraid that it's an old hotel but I was really surprised, happy and satisfied with the very Friendly, Fantastic and professional beginning that started with the check in especially from Mr Mahmoud Ahmed

The cleanliness of the rooms leaves to be desired.

The place is nice with a warm welcome. The room is quiet and comfortable. The service is excellent.
The weak point is the breakfast which is skinny for a 5 star.

My stay was very short just about 8 hrs. The staff were friendly and caring. Breakfast quality needs improvement.

A place to relax. Serves beverages till 2 am and open 24/7. What else? 24/7 secured place lobby of a hotel. Magnificent staff. Bank and exchange office, super clean toilets, gift shop and ATM machine. So it is a place that I visit now daily in my short visits back to Cairo… thanks to the management there.

Really disapponted about the restaurant and the staff. Absolutly incompetant and they dont give no help to fix their problemes At the restaurant st germain, they made 4 mistake on 4 disches and the wainting time was extremly long. An hour for soup in an empty restaurant. First a sandwich without bread, a ceasar salade without anything except letuce, another sandwich without any mishroom or pepper has written on the menu and finally a onion soup cold and musky. They wanted to be paid cash absolutly and didnt have change for us. We had to cancel our order. The staff at the reception were rude and dint help in our grievance. For an hotel of this proce we were really disapointed. The rooms were dirty and damage. The pool deck is discusting has well. Not worth the price they are asking for. After spending 16 days in egypt in different locations, this was the worst experience.

Service is nice, and the hotel is clean but it's a little bit outdated.

The hotel itself is OK. The customer service is really incompetant. They are over staffed and everyone is standing around doing nothing. Also every time they do something for you they act as if they made you a favor. For example, they messed up by checking me into a Kingbed room even though I requested a two single beds room. So the person who brought my luggage went to let the front desk know and to gey another room's key. And after that they acted as if they sid me a favor evwn rhough messed up.

Stayed at the Le Meridian Hotel in Heliopolis this past week for six nights. Hotel was very nice and the entire staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this Hotel when visiting Cairo. Close to the Airport and convienient place to visit many sites in Cairo. Did I mention how helful and friendly the entire staff is? Well they are the best. Also, very good security at the Hotel.

Expensive for what it is but very welcoming.

Services is shit shit shit. I don't recommend it at all and room very poor bad lights spoiled not fixed. W. C main basic issues not exist and you keep asking for it and different people come to you say sorry and go get one ore two item and so on. Bad internet and we are fixing it sir. For now I don't want waist my time for writing about it. Just not comfort or services comparing for what you pay.

I've stayed here a number of times over the past 7 years. Polite service. Nice enough rooms. Near some major shopping but nothing is walkable. They have a hair salon that has an amazing hair colorist, Ahmed. And the salon services are super reasonable (especially if you're coming from the US or Europe! ) The staff is nice and professional.

Friendly, clean, comfortable, excellent food and beverages, versatile, close to main areas of interest, airport shuttle free, wi fi free and highly recommended. Gratitude is important but deserved.

The best room service is on the 5th floor. They even bring you fresh newspaper everyday. Is a non smoking area. Food in general is so so. Close to hotel great restaurant Onions. Good italian food.
