Friendly staff, perfect location and view.

I like it mostly for the park around and the view. Clean, safe, acceptable pizzeria and good fish restaurant. Personnel generally friendly and helpful.

Enjoying view from room. Staff is helpful. Food is delicious. But price is very high & they make contracts with clubs & companies which make big difference in price between individual guests & these last ones.

Awesome place and time but need some improvement, regarding housekeeping and quality of food with transportation availability to the main city.

Wonderful place for a weekend. Beware of another place on Google Maps with the same name in the western part of Alexandia. That one is fake location. You need the one in Montazah near Maidan El Saa.

The best view in best location in a different atmosphere in alexandria, the best and the most beautiful city in the world to me. It needs some maintenance and renewal of furniture, yet acceptable as it is now. The sea view and the forest garden view are fascinating. It can improved in many ways by add some sense of modern furnishing.

Elite staff, delightful service, variety of high quality food, and a beautiful scenery. The best destination in Alex.

Check in is a pain people just jump in front of you and the employees just serve who’s in front of them it’s just chaos the funny part is that the employees behind the counter don’t bother to tell people to wait for their turn instead they just serve them. The place is nice but the behavior of the people and the employees ruins the whole thing! I don’t recommend!

Amazing place to stay. You will enjoy the location of Montaza gardens together with a fantastic view of the sea. No other hotel in the world will have such views. Service is quick and efficient. I go there every time I go to Alexandrina.

It's a very very bad experience the service was soo bad, staff unprofessional at all, really I didn't recommend this place to anyone, I wonder how it's five stars hotel.

A beautiful setting and a pleasant stay.

Simply amazing, a great experience. All rooms are sea view, great restaurants, great view of montazah palace and the lighthouse.

Fantastic location but the structural design is not matching with the surround around it, it is realy looks strangers and foreign.

Quiet hotel facing the sea in a wonderful park. A choice of restaurants offering very varied kitchens from the TexMex to Japanese cuisine, passing through the Italian inside the hotel. Not to mention those in the park.

7 Stars hotel in Montaza Alexandria supreme service and amazing view of the mediterranean and the butiful greenery of the Montaza park and the historical Montaza Palace … direct access to the sea.

A wonderful hotel located in the heart of the park of Montazah.

Not the best service but I liked the view anf everything else. Also there's a guy there who draws henna tattoo he's super talanted! You don't want to miss that ;-).

Shocking level of poor service almost on all levels: food & drinks quality, hygiene, team appearances and behaviour, building maintenance, smell… Serious managerial & staff training issue, with very old fashion business concepts.

Quite and wonderful place It can be much better if the management take care of room cleanliness and breakfast food.

Usually I don't write reviews before checkout but this hotel is really different. The front desk who made my check in was professional and helpful, I asked for his name after that. Mr. Amir Mohammed. I asked for a type of room that I used to be in before and he do his best to make sure that one will be ready and it was wonderful and better than last time. He give me brief about the hotel services and what my booking package includes, he also was sure to provide me with Almontazah passes to be able to get out and in easily, such professionalism is really not found in many hotels so please keep it up. Also the last time I was here from many years the hotel was perfect, I expect there will be lack of maintenance or something but I was really pleased with the quality that was not changed. Many thanks, please keep the image of Egypt Hotels good by keeping your quality all the time.

Nice location but service is not up to the place.

I simply do love the place, as it has its own look and feel and deliver the imaginary picture of how Alexandria used to be and how it will remain. The place simply preserves the city characteristics and heritage.

Oh my God… Finally found… In 1973. Was in Egypt and lived in the hotel Palestine and left with the best impressions and memories now…

Stay away the worse ever I can find one good thing here, 1 Staff are ignorant and treats us very bad. 2 Smoking smile in the room and the staff said maybe the room next to you are smoking and I checked and it was empty 3 WATER. Try to take a shower very low pressure AND very hot water only no cold water and the staff said we will send you a plumber and they never did. 4 When I asked for an upgrade for a bigger room the front disk told me it's $8000 with a way of it's too expensive for you and you it's too much for me although I can afford it but I'm not sure why he said that. 5 Loud music in the front area and it's too loud at 11:30 PM and the staff said it will be off at midnight. I'm very disappointed I wish I never came in here and I will never do it again By the way my room is over 1000 LE per night.

They cheat us and add taxes and charges on minumum charges basis not for what actual we ordered.
