Great vacation I had it with my family's, hotel was clean, staff was very helpful, breakfast was good but need some Varity, I need to than all the staff speciall at the pool and all manager at the Hotel Mr. Azmy and Mr. Waeel, Mr. Ayman. For the help and the perfect hospitality. Again, thank your for every things.

This hotel in my opinion is one of the best hotels in Alexandria with the amazing beach and the beautiful view of the Mediterranean. The hotel also has a private pool and 2 nice wedding venues (indoor and outdoor). It also has a very nice restaurant and cafe called Sky Yakht. The hotel is very suitable for family and friends vacations and meetings.

Beautiful old Courtyard Style Hotel takes you back 2 the 50s beautiful swimming pool cafes private beach wonderful staff Good Food the only thing then make me give it 4* instead of 5*, his old furniture it can use a facelift.

Ants. Dirty toilet. Dirty pool. Rude staff Very expensive for the conditions you get Lobby is steaming hot even the air conditioning in the suite doesn't work properly No Wi-Fi And no decent food. Just flies everywhere.

Compared to the price in egypt 180$per night, its poor! *The phone in the room was not working *Food is poor, the rice with milk was expired! *Clean is good with some notes *Pool and beach are Great *Rooms have great view on the pool *You have to pay min order to set on beach during restaurant working hours!

Nice pool and beach. The hotel itself is clean if you book the expensive rooms. The rest is not getting much care. Nearly all employees were asking for tips, and the hotel enforces a minimum charge if you sit by the pool or the beach after checkout. This place can be a real paradise if they train their employees better.

4 stars hotel, nice see view and swimming pool, Day use about 350Le/person, Room, double about 1290LE including breakfast buffet It's nice in general.

Very Bad Not Clean expensive according to the dameged furniture and Not Clean Room. Dameged Phone unclean Balkon impolite receptionist and security, very bad service at the resturant and the beach. You can't order food from outside in your room because they don't allow it!

The view of sea is amazing from the room terrace, but the entire hotel furniture and facilities looking old and not renovated for long.

Nice place, good location and great view, you can stay or take a day use️. In total the place is small but the rooms are clean️, private beach️, elegant entrance️, delicious food.

First of all you will feel royality in the whole hotel The breakfast is fair enough for such place There is a great effort keeping the beach clean all the time Every thing is around you on Ma3mora The best thing is that swimming pool is open till 10 pm which is really great!

Nice place, good location and great view. You can stay or take a day use. In total the place is small but the rooms are clean, private beach, elegant entrance, delicious food, good service and friendly staff. The Prices are high for a very small rooms, the restaurant is also small with only 8 tables and the building is old and needs renovation. Like I said it is a nice place, good location, great view and magnificent atmosphere excellent staff but it needs some attention and renewal and I will give it a five.

The entrance of the hotel was pretty neat, it had a security sensor and guard. The prices of the hotel were a bit pricy for its size. The outside of the hotel looked horrendous. It is claimed that it is a 5 star hotel, I only have seen 4 stars decorated behind the reception.

It was not a bad experience. It is somehow far from downtown and city centre but if you're one of Maamoura's or quietness lovers, it would be good choice for you. It is an old building, outdated and needs an urgent renovation. The only nice places are the entrance, the stairs and the banquet room which are used mainly for wedding ceremonies and parties. So it is a nice place for Alexandria people to hold their weddings. The rooms are clean and tidy but not up to the standard of 4 stars. I would give it a 3 stars by far. The restaurant is very small, fit only 8 tables. It lies outside the main building, by a small garden and near to the beach. So don't be surprised if you find a cat over there but don't worry the staff are able to deal with. We were on BB. The breakfast was good and delicious specially Bakery. Staff are nice, polite and helpful. The hotel has a small private beach. It will be nice to pass by during the day and have some photos as it is chilly by the evening. It would be great if they consider a real renovation as it really deserves a better care and I bet they will get more bookings by that time.

It's generally a good place, the rooms are clean, staff are extra friendly and it's definitely a good value for money. The only concern is that extras are paid cash and not added on the final invoice.

It is a beach resort also its a hotel and good coffee shop and cafeteria and lounge for weddings.

Too old hotel need a total re innovation Rooms is acceptable but bathrooms is too old also Food quality and quantity is satisfying.

The location is great. But the room was not clean nor properly equipped with basic needs. Garden Restaurant staff are the worst in service preparedness and attitude.

The location is very good however the staff are not coperative and the rooms disappointed me. Good pool and beach.

For the top dollars and tips given, I'm appalled by the the disgusting furniture, repeat power cuts, no towels, stray cat and apathy by the staff! See photo of the ingeniously positioned hand wash basin! No way anyone could have access to use it! No internet in rooms and poor mobile internet reception. On the bright side, very nice swimming pool and excellent location on the beach.

The house keeping steal money from my room but when I told the security manager by this issue they returned to me the exact money which had Been stolen from my room… On The other hand the staying on the beach is perfect. Thier staff are suitable for 1 or maximum 2 stars hotel…

4 stars hotel in Mamoura. Pros: good clean rooms, all rooms are pool view, Very big pool, open buffet breakfast. Pool bar and beach bar offer very tasty food and beverages. This hotel is ideal for families with small kids and seniors as all hotel facilites are easily accessable. No long distances. Cons: Mamoura is located end of beach road so its bit away from city center, it takes you more time to reach the center of the beach road and other center points.

Clean pool and rooms, but there are no much activities to do over there by night, so better to hangout to downtown.
