I didn't get a chance to say goodbye to him properly, but I want to acknowledge the excellent work of someone who looks like he likes what he does. Every day I took the food, with a smile on my face, which even though I could not see by the mask was noticeable for its kind and warm service. Thank you for making this quarantine much more bearable. They really have very good employees, who welcomed me very well back in my nice city.

Toilet seats don't stay up. First day maintenance man was no available. Second day Front desk claims all toilets are like this and can't help. Decent accommodations besides the bathroom issue.

Great location, very close to parks, shopping, etc. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone! I know I will be coming back and telling all my family and friends about Hotel Finlandia!

We had an excellent experience at the Hotel Finlandia. We stayed 14 days over one longer and one short visit in February and March. The room was great with beautiful linens on a comfortable bed. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh and delicious. The location was first rate, close to Quicentro, Parque Carolina, Mega Maxi, several pharmacies, many good restaurants and public transportation. As another person commented, Mario, their driver, is awesome and took us to several destinations including our farewell trip to the airport. The thing that makes Finlandia such a great place to stay is the superb staff. We were treated with such care by the front desk, the dining room staff and housekeeping. We can't thank you enough for your kindness.

Great clean and upscale place to stay while in Quito. The front desk speaks English and was very helpful. A wonderful breakfast spread was included.

Excellent location is close to several shopping centres, banks, cinema, and the carolina park where you step you can do a bit of sport together with the family; the hotel staff is very friendly especially at the Reception; the menu in the restaurant is varied and delicious dishes. Without hesitation would always alojarmen in this cute hotel.

My husband and I had a lousy at this hotel, we passed through internet problems, food very bad, ask for some ice in the room takes 40 min, we so tired with the drawbacks that we decided to not stay at this hotel never more.

Rooms comfortable, good service, according to the category (3 stars). A detail, are constructing a building on the side and the work begins at 6 o'clock Monday through Friday (if you ask for interior rooms would be nice).
Internet works very well got photos and videos without problems (the person who I think about this before failed to connect, you must enter a password in the lobby).

It is a height hotel visit for a week and had a luxury I recommend it the first class attention and quality service recommend public that wants to visit ecuador is very nice.

We needed a hotel because Dann Carlton was busy for our event. As it was a small event I decided to take the risk with hotel Finland. Error.
