Very simple and very inexpensive. The staff is friendly. Hot water is a little inconsistent as it is frequently the case in Ecuador.

Really close to the Old Town and everything you want to see. The owner is really lovely and helpful with anything you need. Rooms are great. Very clean and spacious with good views, felt very secure as well. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel and we are wanting to stay here again on our next visit to Quito.

Amazing value! This was much better than the last two places I stayed in Quito, and it was cheaper as well. Well maintained, clean, and lots of charm. Very nice rooftop balcony with amazing views. The owner is very friendly, nice, and attentive.
