What a glorious place this is … one of the best we have stayed in around the world. It is a homely and beautiful little boutique guesthouse with fantastic home cooked breakfast.

This beautifully renovated former house offers modern and spacious rooms. A central open courtyard adds charm, and the hosts are exceptionally kind and attentive.

Quiet, kind hostesses, extremely helpful as well. You're within walking distance of the Basilica, and a bunch of food and shops. Overall a wonderful stay.

Great service and high quality rooms from this family run boutique hotel. We really enjoyed our stay and my wife even got a massage booked whilst we were there.

Location is far from the old town. There are some local cafes and places for dinner that are walkable. We found them on our own on Google. Room was clean and comfortable. Internet is not great.

This hotel must have the best view in Quito. It really is a delight — beautiful interior decor throughout. The rooms are very comfortable and clean although there is not much storage space.

A very special place. Beautiful decor, incredible view, exceptional service, delicious food and fabulous location. The jacuzzi and steam room were the perfect way to land and recover from the travels.

Beautiful boutique hotel that includes breakfast. Friendly and quite a delicious breakfast of omelet, fresh fruit, bread and ham and cheese. The bed was very firm and the bathroom is large and clean.

Great stay in the heart of La Floresta, we were very happy! Location is fantastic to explore Quito and have a variety of restaurants and shops to walk to.

Unique boutique hotel that takes you back in time.

I recently stayed at Carlota in Quito, and it was one of those rare experiences where everything simply feels right.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for 5 nights across 3 seperate occassions and in 3 different rooms types, all unique and really lovely although some a little compact.

We stayed for one night and the manager at night was so helpful and friendly with sorting out a problem we had — really appreciate your service 😊 room was also lovely and clean.

It was such a nice colonial house with vintage settings but remodeled facilities. Bed was very comfy and the beddings felt very high quality compared with other hostels I stayed.

Hotel staff was super nice, rooms were clean, shower had great water pressure, good Wi-Fi and felt very safe. Very good decorations inside the hotel as well! Would recommend 10/10

Had a lovely time at Hostal History. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet, relaxed then I would definitely go here. Staff were lovely. Breakfast was great.

It's a great location right next to the Historical Centre and also the bus station Marin close by.
The room was bigger than expected with a triple bed, that was great.

We travelled to various places in Ecuador. Started off for 2 nights at Nu house and returned 3 times each for 1 night.

We stayed in Quito at this hotel for five days. The check in time is 1400h. When we reached the hotel at 1100h we were accommodated at the same time.
