Overall my impression is This is nice hotel. Staff was nice, and the room was comfortable. The omelette for breakfast was also nice.

I had a superior queen room which was a beautiful large suite. Impeccable service. Everyone was very eager to help with big smiles. Room service was the fastest service I have ever had. Same with housekeeping when I asked for extra towels. I am a world traveller from Canada and am very impressed with this hotel. Food excellent. Good location… There is a square about 6-7 blocks away surrounded by good restauramts and night life for the younger set. There is a street market 3 blocks away.

Good food at the restaurant. Big bedroom. Bathroom with hair dryer included. Welcome cocktails. Huge variety of food for breakfast. Cons: short bed (it"s larger than long)

A beautiful place to rest. When you come out the main door you will find a modern place a modern zone where you find a lot of types of food. And you are in the north center you can go walking wherever you want!

Comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet with wide choice fi fresh and prepared food at the time. Very good also the restaurant for lunches or dinner. Pleasant stay, courteous and efficient staff.

Very nice boutique hotel. The owner and staff were amazing. Our room was very nice. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Wi-Fi worked really well. Plenty of hot water in the shower. Bed was comfortable. Easy walk to the park, shopping and places to eat.

The DINARDAP office is about to move to another building. This comment I did on the DINARDAP. By mistake it has been located by Google on the hotel, which is in front.

Very good hotel, great room with a view to the mountains. Electric kettle in the room, so thankful to have been able to make my own tea. Nice space in the bathroom; everything clean. Service is polite and fast. The neighborhood is safe and with lots of cafes/restaurants. I just walked to downtown — it is about 20 mins walk to the central attractions. Stayed there 2 nights — before and after the group tour.

We spent the Christmas dinner offered by the hotel in the Cypress Lounge. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the receptionist, the waiter, the front desk were excellent. The food at the buffet I figured it would be better. The guest singer's concert was very good. The hotel raffled Some prizes for the people who attended which there were no other hotels for the Christmas dinner. In short the experience was outstanding and I would recommend it.

Me gusta mucho este hotel para eventos de capacitación, los salones son cómodos, tiene aire acondicionado, las instalaciones son nuevas (remodeladas) y la comida es sabrosa, especialmente los postres de la cafetería Mmm!

I had a nice experience staying on my wedding night, a very cozy place with nice spaces and good service! Some of my foreign guests stayed there and the experience was very satisfying.

I have not had the pleasure of staying here, but I have attended seminars and congresses that are held in their halls, and the atmosphere is nice, a large reception hall, souvenir shops on the ground floor, parking areas, in short a good place.

If you are looking for an upscale hotel to recharge after a trip to the jungle then this is a great place to do it. To get to know the authentic city a little better I'd perhaps consider a smaller hotel or hostel.

We ate at the restaurant, we really wanted to eat sushi and they offered a sushi menu and we didn't find one around so we decided to stay in there even though the prices weren't very economic, it's a bit expensive. We chose 3 rolls, one of coco, one with pineapple and the last one with salmon. It took more than 25 minutes to arrive. And no one came to tell us it will be delayed. I had to ask and the waitress didn't even come the whole way to me just told me thr sushi is almost ready. Thr presentation was nice but that's it. I like the Coco one, I never tasted something like that before so it was nice but I wouls not go back there!

Very secure hotel. Nice room with comfortable bed. Small bathroom, but everything worked well.

I have not had the opportunity to enter the hotel but on the outside we can realize that this is in a location for visitors from other countries and it is very clean its structure out safely always around the building

Good hotel. Not much wrong with it. If you can get the room rate at the right price of stay here.

It is not so big, so is personal service. Front desk is a bit slow.

Decent hotel, good customer service. Rooms are big and clean but a bit dated. Beds were rock hard. For those use to A/C … there is none in the rooms. Just windows you can open but it is nice year round.

Excellent room and service. Excited to have Drinking water in our room after 8 days using bottles Restaurant had very good food and the staff was very very helpful. Only drawback was lack of heat on cool days.

The location of this hotel is great: four blocks away from El Ejido Park, two blocks away from Mercado Artesanal and close to many shops and cafes. The transfer from/to the airport was very easy thanks to Carlos, the professional driver who was waiting for us in the airport even when our flight landed earlier than expected. He gave us some general information about Quito and answered every single question we had. The hotel had a very professional, friendly and helpful Front Desk staff who assisted us with an early check-in and a late check-out. Both were very easy and fast. The hotel room was larger than I expected and the mattress was really comfortable. The room was very modern, renovated and extremely clean. Everything was working properly. I definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast was included and I have to say it was great. Everything was first class: the food, the staff, the service and the restaurant. You can't miss the omelettes: there is one very friendly woman who prepares the omelettes the way you want them and with the ingredients you choose.

Excellent hotel. Its location is perfect. I visited it last year and I was treated wonderfully. I did early check-in free of charge. Very good food, very friendly staff, the room spacious, clean and comfortable. Definitely recommended.

I cannot express how kind the people who work here have been. The hotel is lovely, but it is the people here make it the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in.

Stay away! (Alameda Real) against the in VIOLATION of Ecuadorian Law and in Violation of a Municipal Ordinance in the City of Quito. More shocking than being told I was unwelcome with a small 7lb Medical Service Assistance Alert Dog was when the Restaurant Manager told me that they did not care about the LAW, that the Politics of the Hotel took precedence over the law and that IT WAS NOT HIS PROBLEM! Stay ANYWHERE ELSE! Do NOT give these CRIMINAL DISCRIMINATORS your hard earned money. We cannot reward them with our business — just consider that they might be treating one of your family members or friends like this!

Amazing place, friendly staff, rooms are amazing, breakfast and lunch are the best we've had in hotels in south america so far.

The rooms were comfortable and the location handy. All the staff were very obliging and helpful except the breakfast staff who we found rude and unhelpful. The breakfast was very average, with no option for eggs besides scrambled. Also, if you wanted water, you had to ask for it each time and the staff said that it would be an extra charge. Given that water is usually offered free at breakfast buffets and that this hotel is at a high altitude, we found this very frustrating. It was brought to the attention of the reception staff who agreed with us, but during our time there, no free water was provided at breakfast.

The hotel is attractive, well furnished and maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are excellent with all the amenities one would want. Full selection breakfast buffet and internet access excellent. Location excellent with a breathtaking view of the mountains and the city from the upper floors. Would definitely choose to stay here again.
