I travelled with a group. The check-in went really smooth and the room is large and clean. I used the laundry service. This is quite expensive but it’s done perfectly. The food is terrific, breakfast and diner. I loved it very much. Also the service in the whole hotel is great. I really enjoyed my stay here.
This is a tough one, the hotel is so very clean, well appointed, the rooms are comforable and the spa… quite exquisite, the front desk are the very definition of professionalism, respect and courtesy, the food at both restaraunts is solid, far above average for a hotel. Now the downside, the front of house staff in the restaraunt are the most oblivious waitstaff encountered in years, you need to set your hair on fire and stand on your chair before the will notice you, even if they are at the next table, they are not rude at all, simply oblivious, huge fly in an otherwise delightful experience.

I stayed in two different rooms during my visit because of the way my tour worked out. There are different layouts and levels of upgrades in the rooms. Both rooms were clean, quiet and had good layouts. The front desk staff are awesome. They answered any questions I had, provided an ironing board and iron when requested and the worker that delivered my iron came within five minutes of my request and when I mentioned that I was a little cold in my room he provided two solutions. He was friendly, like all the staff I’ve met. I only gave four stars for service because of the Salon restaurant. They provide a great breakfast but the two times I ordered from the menu for dinner, my food was never hot. It was as if it had been sitting for awhile. Others have not had this issue. The menu has a lot of choices and seating is quick, it’s only the temperature of the food that I was disappointed with. I would definitely recommend staying here and if I am in the area, this would be my first hotel of choice.
