Every time I visit Cuenca I stay at this hotel. It is extremely quaint, very European, and the food is really amazing! The staff is outstanding and always kind and acommodating — and it is so perfectly private. Superb location close to Parque Calderon and good restaurants and shopping. Super hot showers with great water pressure and the hotel is very nostalgic and peaceful. I highly recommend Gran Hotel Paris and it is so reasonable and highly affordable.

I did not stay at this hotel, but I highly recommend their restaurant for lunch. It is affordable only $3, yummy, and in a patio with sunlight. I will be returning for sure!
