Rooms without air conditioning, little light and beds uncomfortable. The day we arrived had no water.

This place is ok but not worth the price. We booked four rooms including the biggest suite. Beware, their policy at the desk is different than the one posted online or on the back of their doors. They charge $40 for an extra person. When asked to simply provide an extra room instead of charging twice the price, they claimed they had no rooms, even though I pulled up the reservations page to prove rooms were available. The big room was clean, but had super hard stiff beds and dirty bathrooms, and absolutely no air. The fan was so dusty we could not turn in on. The balconies have no view, unless you are on the top floor. The breakfast and parking is a plus, but the zumba studio and rowdy street make it impossible to sleep as of 6am.

It is two blocks from all the movement (rest, party and crafts and the beach) the room that we touched was very small, barely entered the bed and our backpacks. No AA, just a small fan that doesn't make you tick or tickle. You have to be with more curtains all day because you see the lodgings of the front and obviously also see you. When we arrived the room was clean. Breakfast very rich and the attention of the guys very good. They allow you to leave the backpacks after the check out.

In the photos The rooms are a little smaller than what you see in the pictures. They have a good breakfast.

Good place, it was a quick trip and all good, no hassle. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It is a cozy place and its staff is very friendly. It is also appreciated the cleanliness and the order of the place.

Very good but it is in front of the street… Early in the morning there are many people.

Very clean and quiet. Off the main strip which is good. Friendly staff. Had the balcony room and loved it. Free coffee and water.

This hotel is very clean, the beds are comfy and the breakfast rich. Far enough away from the street of the cocktails.

Small Rooms, well located, breakfast Not so exciting, welcoming staff, could be more Clean than that.

Absolutely best place to stay in montanita. Nice place with realy good service. Close to beach and center but quiet part of city. Enjoy your time in Hurvínek.
