The host Jorge and his family were great, very friendly and going out of their way to help. The location was very good: a 2-3 minute walk to town or the beach but set back so you don't get the noise. My room was huge, clean and comfortable with mosquito net and great Wi-Fi, there's also an excellent communal kitchen. The buildings are in a big farm/garden area with iguanas and birds, very cool.

The manager was very friendly. Luckily the room was empty when we arrived at 5AM, he kindly let us check in. The property is beautiful and away from the party central. So you can sleep well at night. Cold shower — it is a beach town. So most places have only cold shower. Wifi works well. Literally 2 mins from the centre. Montanita is a tiny town. So it is very very close to the town but far enough to avoid all the noise. Well-equipped kitchen.
