If I could I would give zero, the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. When booking be sure to ask for the responsible that such a response because that person is responsible for your requests for your stay (When you book by phone directly with the hotel we were told that if there was parking), and by the time I get to do the check-in told us the same thing that they would keep a place while visiting the city, however this did not happen as well)
The breakfast included is not for the people who are paying for the service but by the number of beds paid for, a thing she had never heard in any other hotel. A lousy experience.
