Location is great, that is the only good thing.
Our dorm had a hole in the roof, it was freezing and very loud because we heard people from the said hole.
No Wi-Fi and electricity the first night.
No hot water in the second day of our stay.
The plug in the room broke our adapter, when we try to figure out how to solve the problem (because all the plugs in the room were very dangerous and our adapter was broke), the two owner were really rude toward us. When trying to discuss the many problems while checking out, the man just laughed and acted like he didn’t understand.
Excellent value for money. Lovely courtyards and service very good. We had to leave very early in the morning to catch a 5.30 am bus. They got us a taxi and we're on hand to make sure all was well.
