I recommend it, we had a brutal time and Rikelvin's treatment to another level. I would have liked more variety in the food and the waiting time in the lobby was long, they must improve it. Of the others incredible😎💪🏼

The worst cleaning service has that hotel do not change the sheets or towels the air is bad of the rooms the control of the TV does not serve flames for room service and never bring you what you ask they give you what is blatantly
I asked for a double room Mela deliver with a single bed claim and they brought me a small bed of those that open and close and put it behind the door I would like to upload the photo of the bed for you to see, a bed all peeled and to accommodate it the one who brought it took the pillows to the bed that was already in the room to be able to tend to the little one and that it's not all we arrived at 3 pm on a Friday and on Saturday at 6 pm they still hadn't even laid out their beds, don't spend your money on that hotel the worst of the worst.

This was the worst place to stay they are rude and have no regards for their guest especially handicap ones. No one speaks proper english or proper spanish. They talk to you as if you’re stupid and then laugh as if yourr incompetent…the only good part of this trip was the waterpark for thr kids…besides that this is the absolute worst place to stay and it ruined my daughters birthday trip.

Amazing family resort! Good food, amazingly gorgeous beach, excellent staff, lotsa fun for both kids and adults! You pay for 1 resort but you have access to 2. Nerio, Yessenia and Luis from vibe team are awesome! So much fun! Elby at the pool bar will take super good care of you too! Thank for an amazing vacation royalton splash and royalton punta cana!

Excellent hotel for the family. Lots of animation. Kids will love the water slides.

Bar staff, pool man and towel man were fantastic but thats about it… when we 1st got to the hotel, we got given our room. Only for my eldest to open the door and people already in there. Then had to wait an extra hour n half for another room, which had a broken bathroom door handle. mini bar not filled up with soft drinks everyday, like they said it will be. Been locked out of our room 3 times, so had to go to reception and get it sorted, Reception staff didnt want to help and seemed to find the situation funny. The duty free shop is extremely expensive and the buses between hotels can be a bit hit and miss. Sometimes you will wait 10 mins other times over half an hour. Entertainment ok but a bit repetitive. Food really good with a nice selection. Plenty of options. Alcohol pretty weak unless ur upgrade to diamond club for extra. We make the best of every situation so made sure we had a wonderful time. No laudrette on site. Stalls selling items on site had lovely stuff but try to over price it massively and will hassle until you buy something or get really annoyed. Defo not a 5* experience.

Extremely poor service! Would not return Despite being advertised as a 5 star hotel, this is not. Whilst the accommodation is visually good, there are many issues that despite reporting to reception never get sorted. Such as broken coffe machine, broken bedside lights, broken shower. The attitude of the staff is appalling, they are extremely rude and arrogant. They ignore you, refuse to serve you and many other examples, such as waiting nearly an hour to serve you once Seated in a restaurant. The food is never served hot, Luke warm at best, and they continually run out of things. As an example, bacon is NEVER available after 8.30 as they simply don’t cook enough 3 of our party have come down with d & v, and we Suspect this is food poisoning. We understand the attitude of staff can sometimes be down to cultural differences, but this is not what I’m talking about. This is about management not managing and the staff having no direction. There is inadequate seating in entertainment areas, for example outside the Bellini bar that have a singer, and despite a whole concourse have less than 30 seats Having spent a considerable amount on what we were assured was a 5 star facility, we are extremely disappointedMore.

Here with my family now and we're all having a brilliant time. Love the party vibe at the main pool, it's been very family-friendly whilst helping people to get the best out of their holiday. The staff here are amazing, all of them! Big shout out to Ramon Fuego, the absolute life and soul of the pool bar, he is truly amazing at what he does! I cannot fault this hotel, I love it and will miss it so much when I go home.

Staff is friendly and helpful, unfortunately very few speak any English. Food is ok, rooms are nice. Pool areas were great.

Not impressed with this resort which looked tired, and badly in need of refurbishment. It didn't look anything like the adverts in the brochure the agents showed us, or the videos on YouTube (I could go on…). Not 5 star premises at all. The standard of the customer services desk was very low (again not 5* at all), as they kept on giving conflicting advice, and took far too long to sort out pretty ordinary, mundane stuff. More serious complaints were beyond their capabilities to reach a satisfactory conclusion. Guests complaining amongst ourselves in long cues. Very Fawlty Towers-esque… Which is unfortunate because the rest of the staff were amazingly attentive and sunny natured. The restaurants' staff and the entertainments staff were faultless and particularly deserve a mention, they were that great. Absolutely fell in love with the Islanders and the island itself, but unfortunately won't be hurrying back to Memories Splash Resort itself, no Sir no Ma'am.

The hotel had a lively entertainment team always in the move to transmit energetic vibes. The landscape was very beautiful, gardens with nice plants and birds. The food was delicious and the many choices given everyday made each day a new exciting meal. The service in the buffet was attentive and welcoming, keeping a nice and professional approach always. I enjoyed the experience and sure I made my memories with my family.

The place is super good, I recommend it to 100% the attention from the first moment to the last to been excellent all the super employees available and the facilities Super good.

They have sports games, very good. And the slides are good, the staff is always attentive to one.

Had a great time. Family resort. You get two resorts for the price of one, Royalton who is the head of memories and is in the beach, you get access to that resort as well. Staff are great. Food is good. The Italian restaurant is great. Although they are closing the resort in August for three months for renovations, will be even better.

Be careful. The resort credit is not a credit it is only $50 off the upgrade or $50 off the $175 massage. The free breakfast at the hotel next door you have a salesperson trying to force you into buying not friendly when you don't want to buy. Just say no and walk away and enjoy your time in the sun. Dolphin excursion good but $150 for pictures and then $15 more for single pictures with other animals come on people. Families are here and will spend their money without your help pressuring people. Buffet not the greatest, Dinner was good at all the restaurants. Night show good don't forget to try both hotels entertainment.

A feeling of imprisonment is soon felt as you're not allowed out of the hotel complex as it is unsafe. You may as well have been anywhere on earth as you don't get to enjoy any culture the island could offer. All inclusive is not all inclusive unless you tip the staff. Then you are all inclusive at some considerable extra expense. If you don't tip the staff they will ignore you at the bar for someone who does tip. Its like buying your drinks on all inclusive. Try elsewhere is my advice.

Nice hotel. Everything is on the level. If something does not like for money you can always nvjti OBSHHMJ language with the personalrm of the hotel and the problem will be fixed. Food at a decent level. The only downside is the lack of sunbeds on the beach… Not enough of them… This is given the fact that many holidaymakers lie near the pools.

My stay at Memories Resort was absolutely wonderful. The room was spotless, the food was excellent, the staff was so very nice caring. The activities for kids and adullts we're so much fun. The grounds we're very well kept, no trash anywhere. Everything you needed was right there. I highly recommend this Resort. We had a GREAT time!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. In the dining room is not tasty cooked, much fried, small children under 5 years to feed not than, not pure and not clean plates. For 500 dollars for 10 days offer to buy food in rojaltone-it is better to do it.

Arrived to what I thought was a beautiful hotel. Upon arrival we upgraded our standard room to a pool view room, & paid for all the extra amenities that would allow us to go to the royalton to. As soon as we checked in my family was in awe with the views of the hotel & the room. We went to the water park area where we had a blast. Then we ended the night in the main pool. After leaving the pool this is where the chaos started. My son used the bathroom & when he flushed the toilet the toilet overan. Engineering came within 10 minutes & solved the problem. We noticed that we didn’t have not 1 towel nor 1 face rag or washcloth. We called multiple times to inform them that we had no items to wash with. We waited 1 hour with numerous of calls to entry department we could call. We finally decided to just take a shower with our hands with the soap. After bathing off with our hands finally a rude housekeeper came with 2 towels & no rags. It’s a total of 4 people who’s residing in the room. Building 7: room2346! Beware of this place. I refused to get this type of service. We’re gonna check out early. I don’t think this place deserves no 1 star. Simple communication & basic job work. Nothing extra was ordered. When you clean a room up you supply the room with the basic necessities. I guess here it’s to much to ask for!

The staff working the resort were great. We found the pressure sales tiresome though. Trinket sales and such from the table vendors. Great place to bring the kids as the water park and beach were very good. Sunwing staff were terrible. Service and attitudes… Unbelievable.

Great place for family vacation. Clean beach and pools, big rooms (at least ours was), engaging entertainment team and good food. There is also a water park for kids (some of the bigger slides have height restrictions).

Nice resort with good food. I'm not a fan of resorts but this was enjoyable. The food at their Selections restaurant was good and varied. Our children enjoyed the water slides and pools. The rooms were clean and comfortable. One complaint is the wine and coffee. The wine was not nice at all. I could not drink it and the coffee was no better. And every drink is bravely sweetened. These are minor complaints and did not affect our trip in any way. If you have going children and like reports, this is a good choice.

A magnificent hotel where the word ' service ' is your religion. It has all the comforts and infrastructure that possibly there is in all inclusive, but the difference is made by the water park and, above all, its people: the employees are out of series, from the waiters to the animation guys, going through the Lifeguards, the receptionist… all, absolutely everyone treats you as one would like to be treated always.

Nice resort, specially for families with kids. Staff are very friendly and hard working. The resort is very clean and well kept. Our room was very clean and good size. The splash park is amazing. The food is okay. Overall it is a good resort to visit.

The water park is great. The food is not very good. The pool is dirty. The place is tired and in need of renovation. It's not bad, but definitely not better the a 2-3 star. I will bet the kids didn't notice and don't care though. They have the ocean, the slides and the pools.

Very good hotel. The water park and as it is presented. We left with FRAM for Club note Framissima small flat on the spot Framissima is only a very minority part of the Club despite a total devotion of the animators the whole becomes very disappear in the middle of the complex however we spent very good holiday in this club which is beautiful the services are superb and all the small problems are very quickly arranged.

I work there and it is a good place to spend it with family with good food, drink and hospitality… Good water park…

Love this hotel! Spent the week and had the best time! entertainment staff — Vibe team Jay Blue, Horse and all the others, were favourite at the pool and social plaza. Lots of activities for my child to do and for adults. I will be returning very soon … one week wasn't long enough!

What a wonderful resort. Very kid friendly. Decent rooms, very good a la carte and buffet restaurant options, wonderful shows, clean beach, and impeccably clean pools and common areas. The true stars are the staff! The bar and wait staff are true professionals, kind and courteous. Housekeeping left fresh wonders in our rooms every day. Entertainers were upbeat and intelligent; at least one spoke three languages fluently. Every single staff member helped make our holiday special. The water park was pretty good too. The take guest safety VERY seriously, and there wasn't a single incident the entire time we were there. The only reason that I'm not giving 5 stars is that our air conditioning broke on day two, but really, I could have requested another room but did not. Other than that, we had a great time, and boy… the Christmas feast was unbelievable. Ancient Rome could not compete with the splendor and decadence. Hats off to the people of the Dominican Republic, who set the standard for professionalism and attention to detail. Gracias!

The people were extremely polite and made you feel like family. The hotel and amenities were great. The most hospitable vacation we have ever been on!

Clean, well maintained, and a friendly staff. Food is typical of an all inclusive, but the additional specialized restaurants are a good break from the buffet. For some of the restaurants, plan on checking in and getting a beeper at least 30 minutes to an hour before eating. At the waterpark, kids need to be at least 120cm to ride most of the big slides. Additionally, the tile is someone slippery and so I would recommend having a talk with the kids about no running in advance. Each building has a concierge there during the day take care of any problems you have so they are a bit pushy about trying to get you to go have a special breakfast and hear about the extra special Diamond Club options. The beach has lots a places to sit, a handy bar, and generally waves that are not very big. Pretty much perfect for kids.

A great time to be well. The hotel is clean, the staff nice and the meals are good.

The worst hotel I have ever visited, poor customer service, bad food, boring hotel, little entertainment few types of drinks, few bars etc… PS: If you are reading this review do not hesitate, I have tried several hotels and that is bad! Don't waste your money there don't go.

Stayed at this resort in Sept also got caught in the hurricane and had to stay and extra three days this was the best place I have stayed in a long time had the best bartender name Michael and the best waiter name Henry these guys were awesome couldn’t ask for a better stay I will be back.

Try the Under The Sea and Mexicana restaurants both had nice decor, good food and fun staff. The splash and water park was also a fun day out and some pretty good rides for a resort. Children friendly atmosphere and the life guards were close at hand.

The food is good, in the a la carte restaurants even better, the water attractions for the family are very entertaining teenagers and kids, even adults can enjoy a good time of the slides and the wave pool. Now, if not for the poor service at the front desk and the rooms with so many malfunctions I would have given 4 stars, I can't help saying that if the cleaning girls, and the services in general were very good, but reiterate, the disenchantment and the fight from the P Rincipio only to be able to check-in, improve your service at reception.

My fiance and I stayed at the Memories last week and this is by far the worst resort we have ever been to! The room was very old, you can see the rust in the washrooms, TV wasn't working properly and nothing to do at all on the resort. There was barely anything in the buffet to eat, we had to make our own pasta literally everyday because its the only good thing they have in the buffet. Memories is shared with Royalton which you only get access to the disco and theatre. You are basically forced to upgrade to Royalton which is a 4.5 star resort and it will cost you almost a whole new vacation package. Memories is a 3 star hotel not a 4.5 like they claim it to be. Overall, the restaurant staffs were very nice but I would definitely not recommend this hotel because of the poor entertainment, property and the food.

Wonderful for the warmth of your people super helpful. Your facilities as much! Their variety of food. Their pools. And your water park, you can not miss it! Super recommended.

If you run into a guy called Emmanuel… you just met the best butler as far as I know. He was really helpful along with the rest of the staff who were always nice and polite.

Day 2 of the 7 day visit. The two stand out bartenders are exactly what everyone says, Ramone, rides around on his bike with a beer on his head! Fabio is a great character, and lots of fun, "your family is my family"

A unique place. 100% recommended, the attention their hotels, pool and beach very good.

It is a family hotel with excellent attentions, the water park for children and adults is very good entertainment, could improve the menu of the buffet,

It has an excellent water park, the food is very good, varied and healthy. It has trensitos to move from one place to another and the waiting time is minimal.

No towels available in the park. My nine year old is too big for the little kid area but not ready for the big slides. The only thing she liked was the wave pool which only operated about once per hour. The park was clean and well-maintained. It's a short walk from Royalton Resort. The bigger kids in our group loved it but my daughter not so much.

The best resort I have been to! I have been to other resorts in Punta cana but no one can be compared to this one! Have been 3 times there already and definitely going back! The staff is amazing, the connection that they have with the coustumer is great! Out of hundreds people that they have to see each day, we were very surprised when they remembered us when we went there for our second time! It's just makes you feel how valuable you as a customers are to them!

Would be better if juices were of better quality. But all the other things were perfect. Entreteinment, food, rooms… kids fun were 15 stars. But rum drinks are water mixed and juices are poor quality.

The worst of the WORST pesimo service, horrible facilities are dirty, old and dilapidated, disgusting food, definitely the worst hotel that I have stayed, I do not recommend even my worst enemy! pure garbage, not worth a star, if I could give 0 give, it is truly the stay more uncomfortable and disastrous that I have had in my life, the worst staff that you can see in a hotel, the quality is non-existent in this place, a real hell.

I can say we read all the reviews and only saw a few that were even close to what we realized once we arrived at the resort. First when we showed up at 3pm our rooms were still not ready. Not that big of a deal but we noticed that the front desk was quite slow to assist the newly arriving customers. Once we did get out rooms we headed up only to find out that we had two deluxe rooms that both had a huge opening over a spa tub that provide no privacy for the shower. Not good with three kids for a family. So we contacted the desk only to be told there was nothing they could do to give us rooms with private bathrooms. Then I went down in person and they managed to find two rooms that were supposed to be side by side, so we loaded up our bags and drug them to the new rooms only find the rooms were on two different floors and one of them had only one bed. So again back to the desk to deal with our original two rooms. With all of this we decided just to make the best of it the rooms are out of date and very dirty looking a lot of stains on the walls and all around the tile in bathroom. Not a 4 or 5 star room as you expect. Once the first night came we had two rooms and started to get ready with a shower before dinner, only to find neither room had any hot water. Once again call that in they said they would fix it. No luck with that we found that in the morning and in the evening there was never hot water and you just have to deal with it.

Desepcionada x full. One plans a vacation to enjoy, not to wait hours x a room. Supposedly x that the guest above gave him the actual win leave late. Hahaha in Puerto Rico billed to the card immediately. From the airport ahead of two times the flight without notifying. We arrived at 8:30. M to arropuerto and from 10 to. M. Waiting For. Of course q knew q chek in was s 3:00 but even after this time nothing of nothing. Without consideration no x q everything is full. When traveling alone it doesn't matter but it is different when you are traveling with children. Delivered amount is rooms before and I q I had my little boy anything. Still I hope.

Memories splash is a very nice resort. The food is amazing, all of the staff here are so kind and helpful. The rooms are very clean. The water park is great. The beach is very nice. All of the pools are very fun and big. Night time entertainment is great. The rooms are very big and nice. I recommend this resort to everyone.

I like the tip cane memories splash and then I loved many relaxing and tranquil, or think, or more FUN.

Went to Memories Splash for a friends wedding, and I loved it. They food was great, and I loved how you had open access to the sister resort Royalton. The waterpark was great for kids and adults. The service was fantastic, and everyone was very helpful and friendly. I have recommended this to friends and family already, and have other friends who loved it as well.

The rooms were exceptionally clean, and be generous when you can and tip, you get special treatment. I`d leave a couple bucks on my bed and my room would be very well cleansed (Etc) they don`t make very much and tips go a long way for them and are very grateful. I enjoyed the people their far out amazing to talk to. They get know you; and you feel very safe they ask you about you stay all the time. Trying to know you on a more personnel basis too. The atmosphere is amazing as well. Its a no judge country and resort all welcome and not judged for any reason. Very clean resort as well, offers great entertainment options. Great for children as well as adults. Special areas for exclusive diamond club members. I was a diamond club member you get premium room services and better restaurants and 24 Hr room service and Overall Top of the line Features. Security is outstanding they are all 24/7 all around. Any question you have they can pretty much answer, they speak English quite well and french but mostly Spanish. Its very exceptional I can go on all day. Just the best in Dominican Republic!

The hotel in very good, comfortable, very entertained by the water park and in the evening also. The only thing I did not like is that we had to go to lunch and to dinner at another hotel which is the Royalton. That around a little uncomfortable.

Today I had an ugly problem with carrier and tourist police client could not leave the hotel, step?

Just got back from this resort yesterday. I travelled with 7 family members including a 1 year old, a 4 year old and a 6 year old. The food at this resort was wonderful. My child is a very picky eater but we were able to find lots of food for her which was a relief. The buffet has almost any type of food that you could ask for. The beef was great and my brother in law loved the sea food. I would like to give a big shout out to Tony who was a waiter at the buffet. He was amazing with the children and with us adults. All of the pools at the resort were very clean and well maintained. The children loved the water slides, the wave pool and the swim up bar to order slushy drinks. The resorts website mentioned that 6 year olds would be able to go on the large water slides which made my daughter very excited but at the resort she was told that she was not tall enough. This did upset me and my daughter. The hotel rooms were okay. We had issues with our TV not working. It took about 10 calls and 10 technicians to finally fix the problem. We were at the resort for 7 days and the TV only worked for one of our days. Also, 2 out of the 7 nights there was sand in the clean sheets on the bed which made sleeping a bit difficult. We took the children to swim with the dolphins. We chose the cheapest offer which was $99 USD per person. Children 5 and under were free. This gave us 40 mins in a pool with a dolphin named Maggie.

Your staff are very remarkable. Friendly, helpful, informative. The Island it self was amazing. Never have I been so over come by the sense of smell. I will never forget how wonderful all the smells blended. I will be back.

Resort in pretty big, clean. Well maintained pools, restaurants. Coming from USA and not having any Spanish skills, communication is a bit taught, out of 5 people 1-2 can understand your request and maybe 1 can answer you. On the site where it shows kids water part, site goes age restrictions and at the resort they go by size ONLY which created a mess when my 8 year old child was to tall to ride the water slide designed for child UP to 9 years old. Workers couldn't resolve the issue Neither could the so called MANAGER of guest services, so we were UNABLE to enjoy that side of the resort. We went there as 4 families, 2 adults and each family has 2 kids. Food time at their buffet was somewhat interesting to accommodate 16 people. For some reason they count grasp the idea of moving few tables together so we can all sit together. Every meal we had to show them how their tables can move together, at times had to do it ourselves. 1 night when 1 of their pipes burse in 1 of our rooms (on the 3rd floor) and flooded most of our personal belonging took almost 2 hours for a manager/supervisor to come up and move family to another DRY room (from 10pm when it was noticed till almost midnight, let me remind again small kids that need to go to sleep) Overall I wouldn't recommend this resort to my worse enemy yet alone normal people. I hope this will be posted and not deleted as most placed filter and only post good reviews.

Vacationed here in April 2015 — This is a great place for families. Very friendly staff. Great water park. Well maintained property. Great facilities. Outstanding Entertainment between this resort and their sister resort the Royalton Punta Cana Resort & Casino. (We loved the casino @ that resort) Food was good, we vacation a lot and we would highly recommend that you check out this resort.

This was our first resort vacation and we loved it! Victor at building 8 was super nice! Everyone was veru jice and courteous. The water park was awesome and there was hardly a line for any slide. The beach is on the adjoining resort at the Royalton. Short tram ride to it. It is a walk from the lobby to the beach area but not horrible. The food was alright. Maybe it was just what I ordered. We had a day pass for the Royalton and their food was much much better, but that is a more expensive resport. The saturday Michael Jackson show was great. The massage felt automated and rushed but that is what spa services are like at resorts. The spa is nice still with the additional use of the hot tub and such. The waves were too rough to do snorkeling and kayaking there but that is typical for this time of year. We had a fantastic time overall. I did end up with a mild case of traveler's dysentery upon arriving home but that can happen when you travel to another country. I'm pretty sure it was the cantaloupe that I ate a small portion of. Cantaloupe is known for carrying more bacteria.

Uffffff excellent resort… quite clean, a family and a super MEGA customer service… the water park super fun, the beach preciosaaaaa and the disco much ufffff. Want to especially thank the employees of the restaurant to the main Santossssss always very attentive in your var, we are treated like family… the best restaurant of all is the Mexican next to your chef Ulises Medina and the captain of waiters Edward was our best meal, very pleased with the deal. A wonderful experience I went with my whole family for my birthday and we were treated very well all very excellent people Q gave me a good service Q I remember were ambioris, francisco, my daughter told me Q he liked the teen club where we attended with much cordiality sonia, senia, carlos and others but it was very good hotel, the excellent service thank you for your great work and effort to attend us.

My family & I travel every year to a different Country for a week. This year Punta Cana was choices for a group of 26 Family trip. Memories Splash too the eyes appears Beautiful & Fun. The water park is quite inviting and fun, but the water is NOT kept clean by no stretch of the imagination. The Life guard service is poor & do not look for cpr kit there not on eye sight as well as the Life Guards. The room service is as well not up to par, we request a twin bed for a child & you could feel the actual springs in the bed. Onto the main issue… my entire family of 26 got sick some for 1day others for 3 or more days, returning back to the USA still sick the Hotel was unwilling to offer free medical evaluation or care. Instead they kindly stated "well your the only family complaining". Some lost out on money for our excursions, the only way to get half of ur money was to pay for medical attention. If your Latina they present all smiles, if your European even bigger smiles & courtesy so with that being said you figure it out. I am Latina but you wouldn't know it to the eye. So the disrespect in spanish inregards to womens shape, bussom, buttock & mouth were heard & understood. When a family is traveling with men you have to know when to speak up & when to sit still to prevent a War. On to the food, too salty, flies flying around and sticking to the food, the water has got to b contaminated, becuase for 26 ppl to all get sick is not by fluke.

I recommend it! The service is excellence, and the employees are very attentive and give the extra mile in everything. The water park is very good.

We had a family vacation here. There were 10 people in our party we stayed from 6/26/15 to 7/1/15. The resort was overbooked, we did not get rooms until almost 5pm on the day we arrived. The food at this resort is of poor quality and very bland. The other restaurant's are a joke, they are hot and you have to wait about and hour for your food. They do not have enough towels for all guests, we did not get any towels on day 1, on day 2 we got towels but they smelled horrible, like they were dried but not washed. On day 3 we got 6 clean towels for 10 people. The staff is overworked and either rude or just don't care. We made complaints and the staff just looked at you and did nothing. *****************Do not go to this resort****************************************************** Several people from our group got sick and had to go to the Dr. Once we got back. This is not a place to take your family! **The beach where the all adult resort is… is very nice.

I stayed during May 25 — June 1st. This experience was wonderful! In priority order as mentioned, food was wholsome, local (as possible) very well put together, cooked, served and displayed. The environment was very conducive to families, friends, building relationships, old and new. The services from housekeeping was very good, always clean when requested and good supply of regular amenities in our room (along with bottled water). The food services was very good at the "seafood a-la-cart' by Jose; he treated us with respect, never complained and always offered good advice for what was available and good. Great job Jose! Ana served us well at Selections; she too was very helpful with drink suggestions and always came back to check and ensure we had all we needed. The only downfall was at Reception… we were a large group of 8 adults and 3 children; so while expecting group-type services and accommodations, unfortunately they put 2 of our party in a totally different building. When we requested it to be changed, there was much drama about providing two double beds (of which we paid for in our package and booking). It seemed to be much trouble for one gentleman — Francis to give us what we wanted. Never the less, Louisa saved the day and along with Jeffery, they were able to get us the room we expected. Thank you.

Took my very first vacation out of Canada to Memories Splash with my 9 yr old son. We went April 29th/15 — May 6/15. Everyone was awesome! We stayed in building 8 which is the middle of everything. Faced the pool, waterpark behind us. The main night entertainment was right there. It was a great time. My son loved it. Loved the peacocks just walking around. Its a great family vacation spot. Staff was very polite. Only annoying thing was the selling of Coco Bongo all day long. As well the vendors that come on site are way too aggressive. Other than that is was awesome! Would go back.

Overall, I would rate this hotel as a good 4 star hotel. The service is good, staff is nice, food is excellent. Nice water-park and pool area. If I have to mention one downside of the hotel, it is the location. The beach is not in walking distance, you have to take a “train” from the hotel to get to the beach. I also feel obligated to warn people who are planning to stay in this hotel and that is a non-existence of any medical personnel or any first-aid supplies. There is a “so called” medical office with a “so called” doctor. But amazingly enough, there is no any medication, nor there is any first-aid supplies in the MEDICAL OFFICE. If you have any injury (don’t forget there is a water park on the premises, so anything could happen), don’t count on getting any medical care, not even a pain killer. They simply don’t have it. Bottom line if you are determined to go to this hotel, especially with kids, TAKE ALL MEDICATIONS and FIRST AID SUPPLIES WITH YOU. Oh, one more thing, even though the doctor don’t have anything to treat you with, she will still charge $100 for a consultation.

So in love with the service, the attentions, the food. Everything! My bedroom was neatly perfect, we were a group of 9, and every single person was so very pleased with the experience! Danly, Robert, Maria. Everybody in the crew were committed with my entire satisfaction! Looking forward to go back.

Check-in, full ass. There are not enough rooms. We have to wait a long time.
