Beautiful everything! Excellent service and the usual not to say. It's like paradise!

Perfect place for a family vacation and an ideal place for group travel, lots of activities for toddlers and EXTREMELY CLEAN! best all inclusive resort we’ve been to so far. We felt It was also a good atmosphere for adults, although we met a couple on honeymoon and they wanted something less family oriented.

This was our first time in Dominican Republic. I was trying to find the perfect vacation spot for my children. I didnt Want to Disney just yet with them because it’s a lot of waiting and walking. I have A boy and a girl (4, 6). The check in is super easy. The give you a welcome drink. The adults champagne and the kids a slime milkshake. The property was amazinggg. So much stuff to do literally from the time you wake up until night when you are exhausted from a full day of activities. I recommend doing the character is you are able to. That’s an extra fee but the concierge (we had Theresa she was amazing. She had room service bring my daughter a cupcake to our room and sing happy birthday. She was so surprised! ) helps you plan everything out with reservations at the restaurants. The food is really good. You can eat all day as I was worried about the times of the restaurants closing. My kids favorite park was the water park and I loved getting my drinks at the bar while they played. The people literally treated my kids if they knew them for years. One of the lifeguards that stood out to us was Luis. He was amazingggg. He was working the big green slide and my kids stayed by there. They called him Tio Luis (uncle Luis). I have A video of him and my daughter dancing it was really amazing. We will now make this an annual trip and I cant Wait until we can return. I can Go on and on for days about the wonderful people. I had a wonderful time at this resort with my family. The staff is friendly and there are plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. My recommendation is to book the specialized restaurants early with your concierge. We were able to try all the ones we were really interested in. Make sure to ask for a tour of the Sponge Bob suite.

Me and my family loved this place. The food is great the people are great. The resort is Beautiful. We can't wait to go back.

This was an amazing vacation. The food was delicious, the staff were amazing, the rooms were always clean, perfect for a family as there is kids club and many activities to keep you occupied. The pools were always clean and bigger in person than in the pictures and the ocean was very nice and warm too. The coffee shop doppio was delicious and the buffet; that is were we ate most and probably my favourite restaurants there but the space food place was pretty fun as well. There is a lazy river in the nickelodeon area which I liked a lot and the ice cream was soo good. The staff we very sweet and kind. Right when you get there you are offered a drink and smoothie for the kids. Over all I would definitely go back with more of my family because it was just spectacular. We stayed for 11 days and it was worth it because the money made me my best vacation ever! Really recommend.

Great place for kids under 8. There's a nice splash park. Character greets. Patio seating at restaurants plus seatimg which are all grouped around each other outside and form a nice waiting area where they play live music nightly.
