The hotel has everything, great facilities, spacious clean room, good food, good bars and stays. Best bartender Liz at the southBar 😎🥃 Buenos tequilas and the luxury beach.

Traveled with our family of 5 and we had the best time. Kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves 🥰

My husband and I stayed at The Reserve at the Paradisus Palma Real in January 2022. I got a little nervous after reading recent bad reviews, but our stay was amazing, the people were great and we didn’t have food complaints. I wish I had known that the Reserve was not technically at the resort, it is about a 5-7 minute walk, within the resort property, so I didn’t mind the walk, but there were always golf cart transportation 24 hours, so it really was not a problem at all. If you prefer less people and enjoy a more slower pace The Reserve is perfect, still had a beautiful pool, the buffet was good, if you got there towards the end the food was sometimes cold, but it’s a buffet so that’s expected. The service was great, the room service food was actually super good and the hibachi grill, Mizu, was one of the best restaurants we tried. I will say it is kind of confusing as it seems like the The Reserve is adults only or more sectioned, but there were a TON of kids, at the reserve and the main resort, I’m not sure if this was because of being in the DR and not Mexico where we usually go but I was very surprised by all the families. Also Gustavo and the other ladies working the Gabi bar were great. At the main resort we ate at Palazzo, Sal and Vento, all really great food, no complaints at all. The buffet was much larger here and they had really good pizza.

Such a wonderful resort for our honeymoon. We wanted to just relax and be in a calm environment, we got that here! The food was amazing, the staff was great.

I write this review as I sit in the main plaza on my final evening here. From the moment we arrived till even our last evening here we have been treated amazing. The hotel and property are center stage paradise. Very pleased with our visit to this resort. When you put out happiness into the universe happiness you will receive in return.

The staff is very accommodating. Everyone is very friendly and I've been here several times and I love it. The food is delicious and the desserts are scrumptious. I also like that they have a grill on the beach with staff serving hamburgers shish kabob hot dogs etc. The room I have is very comfortable and the view is picturesque from the balcony.
everything is kept in pristine condition from the pool to the landscape, the interior and the beach.
I'm having a wonderful time here and I do plan on coming back again!

My family and I enjoyed our visit. Even with Covid restrictions in place, the food was good, staff were friendly and helpful and property was beautiful. We had a few issues but the resort staff were able to resolve. Delgis and all the guest services staff were wonderful! Thank you and we hope to see you again next year!

The service was terrible and unfriendly. No one wanted to help and everyone had an attitude. Wouldn’t recommend the DR in general, Mexico is much more fun!

This is one of those cases where you really wish zero stars could be granted to a business. If you travel to Paradisus Palma Real, please be prepared to deal with constant harassment within the resort and beach. There are literally dozens of illegal vendors everywhere offering people drugs and other illegal items. All of this as the resort staff/tourist “police” take bribes (literally, in front of you) and turn a blind eye. The quality of entertainment and food are beyond underwhelming, especially when compared to similarly-priced resort chains (i. E. : Excellence Resorts or Iberostar). The rooms are in very poor condition as well, with rust being present throughout most metallic items, including outside tub. The staff is rude and under-trained, again, especially when compared to the performance you find at comparably-priced resorts in the Punta Cana/Ubero Alto region. My one (and only) trip to this awful place ended on the second day. My fiancé and I had a nonrefundable reservation; this experience was so traumatic and disappointing that we decided to book a vacation on the fly for the remainder of our stay in the Dominican republic — at a resort we knew and away from this awful place. We ended up spending an extra $2200 to make the change, but it was money well spent to leave this place! Our advice is simple. Stay away at all costs; the experience and value at competitively-priced chains in the area is so overwhelmingly better.

My best friend and I visited the resort for a week in June. From the moment we arrived until we left — we were taken care of. Our butler, Francis Newton was amazing. He took care of everything for us from reservations to snacks for when we arrived back from the beach to helping me look for my phone when I lost it. When you go ask for Francis — you will not be disappointed. Francis goes the extra mile for his guests. He made our stay incredible. Our vacation would not be the same without him — he was the The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. Yes there was some seafood but that’s Mother Nature. Everyone has a smile — I didn’t have one bad experience at the hotel. We did stay on the royal service side and it’s definitely worth the extra money. From reservations to excursions — everything was taken care of for us. We definitely plan to return next year.

The resort has a lot going for it but at the same time some real disappointments. After spending eight days there I generally had a good time but will be trying a different resort next time I visit Punta Cana. Upon arrival we were given a totally unacceptable room. The furniture was damaged, the fridge was battered, there was dust everywhere, it smelled, the room safe didn't work, and the shower sprayed water out of a pipe connection when turned on. That was a really bad first impression. But in fairness the room they transferred us to was way way better. It was still kind of old, but everything worked and everything was clean. But being given the terrible room in the first place left a bad taste. There was another family that came a day after us and apparently had a similar experience. The woman was yelling at the top of her lungs that she was cancelling her reservation and going to the Hard Rock. The next disappointment was the beach. Hardly anyone swam in the sea because it was just filled with some kind of vegetation all along the shoreline and in the water. And it was a lot! I realize that's nature and not much the resort can actually do much about, but people should be aware of it. Maybe it's a seasonal problem. But it made the beach completely undesirable for swimming. The food was pretty good and the service was also good. Most of the servers were friendly and helpful. Of all the place I've been to in Punta Cana, Paradisus Real had the best tasting food so far.

Had a wonderful anniversary trip. Our butler Kelvin was super helpful and attentive. He would often take care of accommodations without us even having to ask. For example, on our last day/night, he reserved a pool cabana for us to lounge and relax. And at night he arranged for a nice surprise waiting for us in our room, including a bubble bath, champagne, balloons and a cake. We had such a great time we are planning to bring the family next time.

I love this place so much! The food is great and the place is really pretty. The staff are really friendly like Nixon. The hotel room is really good with amazing views. They are really clean and tidy. There is always something to do all day. There was a foam party and dancing. Every night there is something to do: Michael Jackson tribute, The Lion King and a Queen night. Some nights there is even a disco. The weather is really good with temperatures going up to 33°C. The place is really good and I will definitely visit again.

Armando was our Butler while we stayed at this awesome resort! Armando was fantastic! Hands down, an absolute pleasure to deal with and made things super simple, and worry free! Armando was extremely attentive to our needs and requests. This was the first time I have ever stayed at an all inclusive resort, and definitely a decision I will make again with the Paradisus Palma Real Golf & Spa Resort! Armando also went out of his way to make our stuff extra special as my wife and I were celebrating our birthdays/anniversary (was the only time we could get away)! The grounds were beautiful, and the pools were amazing, including the drinks! Bottom line, this trip was great, and the added touch of having a Butler was phenomenal, especially that we had the privilege to meet Armando!

Five stars for our butler Juan. Always attentive and willing to help, made our stay very enjoyable. He provided a couple of surprises for us in our room which were very nice touches. The restaurants in the Royal Service were all good. Passion is an exceptional restaurant and very good value for money given the service and quality of the food and the experience is extremely high. The hotel is very beautiful and the beach is stunning and the waters very warm. Great vacation.

This was our first time visiting Punta Cana and the Paradisus Palma Real was a great choice. The location was excellent and the food really good, which is always a concern at an all inclusive as we are picky eaters but the food really was superb. The staff was extremely attentive and we felt very welcome. We stayed in the Royal Service part of the hotel and our butler Armando made the overall experience seamless and effortless. He was very attentive of our dining requests and every detail of our stay, great service and hospitality on his part. We enjoyed the trip and hope to come back soon!

We stayed at the Paradisus for our honeymoon. We had the Royal Services package and it was amazing. We did not have to lift a finger. We always had seats reserved for us and the man working the beach and pool, Carlos, always set our towels up and got our drinks. Our butler, Juan Suarez, was wonderful. He constantly checked on us and made sure everything was the way we wanted. He made dinner reservations for us and set up a party boat reservation. He always made sure our room was clean and left fresh fruit and cheese plates for us when we got back from a day at the beach. We definitely recommend this resort and will come back in the future. The food and drinks were also awesome.

This was our first trip to Punta Cana and it definitely won't be the last. We were celebrating our 6 year wedding anniversary, so we stayed in Royal Service. What a great choice! Our butler, Nicolas, went above and beyond to make this the best trip ever. Every day there was a great surprise in our room waiting for us. He took care of all our reservations and made sure we never had to ask for anything. His personality is very entertaining and it was GREAT having him as our butler. The beaches here are awesome and the staff at Paradisus are all so helpful and friendly. Thank you to all who made our trip unforgettable. We cant wait to go back next year!

Absolutely loved the resort. Ariel was our butler and he was outstanding! When we go back we are asking for him to take care of us again. He was so helpful with everything and couldn’t have made our stay any better! He was so friendly and anything we needed he helped with or did it for us! Thank you Ariel! The resort is stunning and the activities they have available are so easy to get to. Our room was beautiful overlooking the beach. Hotel Paradisus Palma Réal is a very large and beautiful hotel with various activities. It allows you to rest as it is a fairly quiet place.

We had our destination wedding here this April and it exceeded all expectations. The grounds at Paradisus Palma Real were breathtaking at every turn, and exceptionally clean and well-maintained. All 40 guests of ours were in awe of the service, their rooms, and the beauty of this resort. As beautiful as the beaches, restaurants, pools, and rooms are — the staff who became friends made it even better. Since my husband and I stayed in the Royal Service, we were lucky enough to have Juan as our butler. He helped us every step of the way and made sure we had no worries during our 9 day stay. Anything we needed, Juan was there to help. We’re leaving here with a friend and will come back to see him again. Mariangel, our wedding coordinator kept in touch with me over email for months prior to the wedding, helping me with every little detail and ensuring our day went as smoothly as possible. Our wedding day could not have been better, thanks to the romance team here. The bartenders at the pool bar always had a smile and made sure you had a good time. We will miss our friend Nixon as well, he kept us laughing and made sure we had a good time playing games with us on the beach and having great conversation. All in all, I couldn’t say enough good things about their team and the resort here and we will surely be coming back.

Our trip to Paradisus Palma Real was truly an unforgettable experience! We stayed at Royal Service and were assisted by our butler Luis Sanchez who was phenomenal. He made our dinner reservations each night and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best it could be, from chocolate covered strawberries and snacks in the room to filling up the tub with bubbles and roses at night. The weather was great, pools and beach are beautiful, you really can’t ask for more! Would definitely recommend.

You just get to the place you know it's a luxury hotel. The architecture is beautiful Caribbean and sophisticated at the same time. You are greeted with a welcome cocktail while you wait for the check in. The Royal Service is what I recommend most. Being such a big hotel you may find it more annoying to walk if your room is away from the lobby, however there are golf carts and minivans that will take you wherever you want. The rooms are OK, they are cozy and they keep the hotel style in general. The service and the attention is unbeatable. Always attentive to meet your needs. It has 1 buffet restaurant Variadisimo and complete. And varied restaurants with reservation. Some nightclubs at night that will make you feel atmosphere and bars in the pools. Beverages and drinks are made with the best liquors, nothing will know you watery. (It is known that in many of these resorts they tend to dilute liquors to yield them) but once again this is not the case. The beaches are beautiful, and clean and have xon a wide range of games and aquatic attractions. I loved it. It was a sensational experience that I aspire to repeat.

We enjoyed our stay at the Paradisus Palma Real. Juan Suarez in royal service made the trip outstanding. He made sure that we were there to enjoy our time and relax. Everyday he was sure to help us in arranging a bed by the pool, dinner reservations, or helping arrange an excursion. His friendly and welcoming attitude made sure that we enjoyed our time and didn’t have to worry about a thing. If you’re staying in royal service, definitely ask for him to take care of you.

This is the definition of luxury made hotel, it has all the services you can imagine. The best of all is the location, it is very close to the beach which provides an excellent experience to the tourist. The rooms are super large and spacious, it's really worth it. The food is delicious, you can have fun like never without leaving the hotel.

Good thing: The private beach in front of the hotel… wonderful, the bad the food. Terrible and repeated and untaken drinks. They sell a black bracelet to access the premium drinks that are just less bad… We went out to eat out and to take caipirinhas for 200 exquisite Dominican pesos.

My family has been staying at another Paradisus resort for years, but we tried this resort for the first time and we were pleasantly surprised. We stayed in the Royal Service side with our fabulous butler, Nicolas. He blew our expectations away by tending to every single one of our needs. Also, at the Royal Service pool Carlos, Martin, and Pedro were very attentive. Nicolas made us feel very comfortable from the moment we met him until we had to leave for the airport. From always checking in how our meals were to helping us when we needed recommendations, he always went the extra mile. Our experience would not have been the same without him and I could not imagine coming back and not being able to have Nicolas accompany us along the way.

The room and the setting is superb. The staff is always available to answer the questions (especially Luis Bautista who dances extremely well)! Amazing experience in a beautiful hotel!

I had an amazing time at Royal Service Paradisus Palm Real. The hotel was the perfect size. Not too big or small and you can see the beach all the way from the entrance. It is absolutely stunning! They greeted us upon arrival and walked us to a bar where we were served mimosas and a very nice lady explained the amenities. We were then introduced rob Kelvin our butler and this gentleman was our life saver during our stay. He secured dinning reservations and was very informative. He pretty much did everything for us during our stay. He was amazing. The butler idea is a great one. The food was great! I enjoyed the Mediterranean restaurant and Peruvian Rest the most. The adults only section is nice to have for quiet time. This hotel has it all. Cons: the only con I can find is that the room smelled a bit moist. But it was tolerable. I will definitely return.

Royal Service. Juan Suarez. Juan was great! He was very attentive to everything we needed from restaurant and golf reservations to making beautiful flower petal designs on our bed and candles for a bubble bath. He is intelligent, funny, and charismatic. He made us feel like his only clients, even though we knew he had others at the same time. Juan helped me surprise my wife with a special evening. Juan was very good at communicating. He checked in with us on his own often and was great about responding when we reached out to him. If we are fortunate enough to return to Paradisus Palma Real, we will definitely request Juan Suarez again! Highly recommend!

I woke the next morning at 730 am to the sound of construction only to pull the curtains and get a full view of how the concrete would be poured for their next resort. After an assertive conversation with several guest service reps and one supervisor, we were moved to a more suitable area of the resort. 5 star is not what it used to be… at least not in the Dominican Republic at the Paradisus chain of resorts. Both here and at their sister resort Paradisus Punta Cana, a little more attention needs to be paid with the basics. The rooms, amenities and menus are not keeping up with the increasing costs and at the same time the services is decreasing.

A total and true luxury. All services are close to everything and the. Beach is the best of Punta Cana. The thematic restaurants are one better than the other. For demanding people and very good value for money. The pool is very large and you can tour it along much of the hotel.

The hotel deserves every one of its stars. Paradisus has exceeded my expectations, the staff have been very caring and the butler service is extraordinary. Alvaro, our personal butler, has booked all of our dinners and activities as we requested them and always had a plan B for us in case we decided otherwise. Whilst also sending fresh fruit and juices to the room. The royal service is excellent if you're looking for a more quiet, soothening experience and the staff of the royal service, Jose especially, make you feel the experience even more. In my opinion, we definitely chose the best resort and would love to visit again.

The buffet is enchantingly untasty. Three times a day. Especially compared to Paradisus Punta Cana. But don't get better. The beds on the beaches are stretched to the ground, on the beach 4 sector, and only one is available. And it's overfilled. The rest are Royal Service, Family Concierge and Hotel Resort. And half-empty. But a lot of greenery and the ocean is beautiful.

My husband and I had an awesome time at Paradisus Palma Real Royal Service! We had a GREAT butler (Alberto) that catered to our needs. Our beach guy Martin was great too. My first trip was back in 2016 and I've been in love ever since. My family and I have been twice since then. My sister decided to have her wedding there. Just a beautiful resort with excellent service and amazing food (usually not the case). I would highly recommend it.

We had a great time at this resort — awesome view from our room, and delicious food. Sometimes the buffet food wasn’t real hot, but it still tasted good. Angelo was a great butler — he was always accessible & eager to please. There’s plenty of beach to walk — which is nice. There was a lot of ‘salesmen’ along the beach but they’re very good about not pushing after you tell them you’re not interested — most of them were very friendly, in fact. Overall beautiful resort, friendly staff & great food. We really have no complaints…

Sometimes there are things to point out of a place, which is nice, which is elegant, it eats well, but I think many of us not only look for that, if not feel like at home, ie that you care well, that you pamper, that your feeling to go there is that you are the most Important (although not true), but there are people who make you feel that… and this hotel is very successful… I thank two very friends and brothers, Julio Moreno and Carlos San José…
And not only they, the people who do the cleaning, the one who fixes the garden, the one who cleans the pool or the guys from the Buffet or the beach… all help you to have fun… Often the time tired, but continue with his smile… saying "with pleasure"…
The bad, and I must say as constructive criticism, was the Buffet in the Naos, little variety in the days, exceeded in the attention of the mosos, sometimes I think for the same give bad attention, depended who was the one who helped you to make it pleasant, Willy and Joseph, they are remarkable in the attention… everyone should be like that.

The room was wonderfully well cared for and the service in general impeccable… but the most amazing thing is having a butler at the height has all the points of view… an unequivocal 10/10 to the latter ARIEL. Nouriturre very good and very clean place… not to forget the superb golf worthy of the name… thank you thank you thanks to ARIEL He fulfilled all our expectations and even more…

If you want a luxury-quality hotel, it is definitely the ideal choice for family or couple trips. The whole service is based on creating good experiences between the workers and guests. The food is very good and the beach is very close to the hotel. Includes activities for all.

Everything is perfect, you eat well, the service is spotless it's ultra clean.

Beautiful everything! Luxury facilities, well manicured gardens, good service, amazing food and drinks and top quality! All the staff (waiters, bartenders, entertainers, artists, cleaning people) is very polite, fun and professional.
I did not like it only that the spa circuit was closed (not to say abandoned), the lack of music in recreational areas like beach and main pool (an incomprehensible decision of the management) and the lack of information regarding the services and activities The hotel.

Quality place with all inclusive meals. Beautiful location and real estate. The vistas are as though from paradise vacation brochures. Scuba diving in the Atlantic and Caribbean are available as are many other concessions. The rooms are plush and maid service is morning and evening. Room service is very quick but selection is limited.

The annoying part was always having to make dinner reservations if you do not want to eat at the buffet and this reservations go pretty fast. Everything is broken down into days of the week. For instance, shows instead of two parties on Thursday and Friday would've been better. Luxuriously bored, Hotelazo without animation, we were 15 days, marriage with 2 children, the first week you get to know everything and plan relax, 15 days in a hotel as well and with children becomes dull, facilities, food and service insurmountable. The beach pretty bad.

This resort is very large and has a lot of great restaurants, but unfortunately you have to make reservations your first day for all the restaurants. The food is good though and seasoned well. The rooms themselves are very large and clean, but a bit on the older side. The service was nice and helpful. I would go back to this resort.

Beautiful resort! Right on the water and the staff is amazing. I would rate it 4.5 for the fact there is no reef or real snorkeling right on the beach but not everyone is looking for this, so 5 stars it is. Amazing amazing location! Very relaxing with a gorgeous pool.

The beach is pretty when there is not a tide of green algae and otherwise the main restaurant room is very noisy, the décor is awful and the quality of the food is totally absent.

My husband and I stayed at The Reserve with a swim up pool on our patio. The room was great and our "backyard" was nice and felt private with a cabana and bath tub too. The Reserve was the perfect way to be at the resort but still feel like we had our own private place away from the main lobby. It was a 3 min golf cart ride to the main lobby and the golf carts run 24 hrs a day. We never had issues. We would stay out late at the bars and club the resort had to offer. As far as our experience with employees. WOW they were all so friendly, accommodating and always making sure we were taken care of! Happy Boy at the Reserve lives up to his name. Always smiling and making sure everyone knows about any activities going on and got us to get up and do the dance/zuma lesson by the pool. We had a blast. Our concierge Garrison was great too! Very friendly and made sure we had everything we wanted our entire trip. The pools are everywhere and all so beautiful! Can't beat swim up bars too! The beach was beautiful as well and had plenty of cabanas to enjoy. I would recommend to literally everyone! Best all inclusive I've ever had! Well worth it! Thank you to everyone for giving us a trip of a life time and we will spend years telling everyone back here in California to visit you!

This place is huge. Pool very nice. Room is good. Bar are everywhere. Very good view. We book 5 different restaurant for dinner and it is all good. Buffet service is good but not great. Leaving tomorrow, would stay here again if we come back to Punta Cana.

We just spent a week here. It was beautiful and so relaxing. We got a massage here, had free painting and dance and exercise classes, the food was phenomenal, the staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and the service was great, and the beaches were clean and beautiful. We got to see some wedding set ups and it makes me want to have my future wedding there. We plan on going back very soon.

Had a great time celebrating my cousin's wedding at this venue. The staff were very accommodating and wonderful. Loved the pool and the beach. I would have given them 5 stars but there was a lot of hit and miss on the food. Otherwise, it was GREAT!

This resort looks brand new and has a picture perfect scenery. The staff is funny and the buffet food is amazing, however, the Mexican restaurant and Hibachi restaurant really aren't good. I am giving it 2 Stars because the scenery was amazing. Other then that this place gets real boring after a couple of days. I wish the staff provided the guests with a daily list of activities, otherwise you will be out of the loop and just spend your days wandering around. Also, I was placed in a room that I did not book, I had to tell the front desk that I was put in the wrong room (one without a balcony) and the receptionist rolled his eyes when I asked to be put in the correct room (one with a balcony & Jacuzzi). When I was put into the correct room the light next to the bed randomly dropped from the ceiling one night and the electricians had to come hang it back up to the ceiling. Lastly, and most frustratingly, the front desk gave my boyfriend a booklet of "Resort Credits" consisting of free credits that can be used in the Casino, Restaurant and Spa on our LAST DAY. He said he "forgot" to give them to us when we checked in. He explained you get resort credits if you are booked for a certain amount of nights. However, we were never able to use these credits because they were given to us a few hours before we had to leave. If I received these Resort Credits on the first day I would have without a doubt used them during my stay and had more fun.

My family are repeat guests so we've seen some of the changes this place has undergone (many of which are not great). Positives: — It's a decent distance from the airport, as well as relatively close to activities like horseback riding, dirt biking, etc. — Free water sports are a plus! — They have decent entertainment (nightly shows) and try to get guests involved in water exercises, volleyball, dance parties, etc. Negatives: — I think they've recently implemented "family" packages because this wasn't around a few years ago. Bringing big families are vacation are great, don't get me wrong, but it gets to be too much when the entire place is overbooked. — Another issue with this "family" package is that children are running around everywhere. I mean, they are literally running through restaurants with barefeet and some with only swimsuits on. Their parents do jack shit about this and even the staff give up because the parents end up yelling at the staff for trying to control their children? Perhaps this is an issue with the parents themselves (then again, these are the same parents stumbling around drunk with the same motor skills as their infant children. ) — "Family" packages: overbooked with everything. We had to reserve water sports literally days in advance, there never seem to be enough beach chairs/cabanas, etc. — Restaurants with reservations are absolutely terrible. Unless you're VIP VIP VIP VIP (which no one ever figured out what that even is?

Excellent place! The expected and much more people are super friendly and more qualified for all kinds of events.

Absolutely amazing experience. The Resort is truly Paradise. The staff were very attentive and welcoming. Beautiful atmosphere. There are a great deal of excursions offered. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely recommend to everyone!

I went to this place for a company vacation with Toyota and I have to say the name really says it all PARADISE! amazing experience and beyond excellent service. Our buttler Francisco was excellent he made sure we where attended at all times and took great care of us. excellent!

The best time to leave is in 10 degree weather. This is no different for this amazing hotel. There are just one thing I do not recommend. One. Dolphin explorer. Ya really wanna know? Go there. Or just read its reviews. And don't go. I personally had a great time. The only lines there are are for excursions, such as parasailing, boating, etc. The ocean is incredible. The pools are great. Need to go somewhere? Golf carts go around the resort at almost any time you need it. Also there is-oh that one is a surprise. And the oh surprise also. Just go and you will see. P. S. The surprises are good ones.

The rooms and the parks are beautiful. The food is not at all the hater of a 5 *. A higher note for the Reserve.
