Check in easy.

Room had a small desk and a uncomfortable chair.
TV was good but only 12 programs.
Bed was not good for the sleep.
Did not have breakfast in the hotel cheaper at the baker shop across the road.
⚠️ Cabinn Esbjerg & Cabinn Plus Esbjerg – Our Worst Hotel Experience.
We had a confirmed booking through Agoda. Com (No. 568879431) for the night of 15–16 August. We arrived at 1:00 AM with my wife and our two daughters (ages 8 and 11 — the younger one was supposed to celebrate her birthday).
Instead of honoring our booking, the hotel canceled our room without refund and gave it away to someone else who paid more. The staff showed no care or respect, and unbelievably, they even called the police to remove us from the property. The police were also not helpful, acting more like friends of the hotel than neutral authorities.
This left my family — including two children — standing outside in the cold in the middle of the night, with nowhere to go. It ruined our daughter’s birthday and created an awful memory for all of us.
Both Cabinn Esbjerg and Cabinn Plus Esbjerg are run under the same ownership, and in our experience, they do not treat guests fairly. The way they operate feels more like a mafia business than a hotel.
❌ We strongly warn everyone: avoid both of these hotels. They are untrustworthy, unsafe, and deeply unprofessional.
They will cancel also your booking for X reason.
Please please avoid this palace. The receptionist never pick up the phone for the later arrival.

The room was clean and nice but the biggest problem was the lack of insulation. When the room upstairs flushed the toilet, it was completely loud in our room. And this was very annoying in the middle of the night or early morning and made it difficult to sleep.
