I stayed at CABINN Esbjerg, and while the hotel itself is clean, I want to strongly warn others about the parking.
I paid extra to use the hotel's underground basement parking, expecting a safe and convenient spot. Instead, it felt like a trap. The parking spots are narrow and some are positioned against concrete pillars. To avoid scraping my car doors on the concrete, I parked slightly over the painted line (a bit distraction from my side). Even though the garage was completely empty, I woke up to a massive 995 DKK fine from Europark.
When I approached the hotel for help—hoping for some understanding since I was a paying guest who had already paid the hotel for the parking space and an extra for parking underground —they were completely unhelpful and frankly rude. It really feels like they just want your money and do not care about the guest experience or basic customer service.
As for the hotel itself: the rooms are clean, but they are tiny, and the bathrooms are even worse. They are small. Worse, when you take a shower, the entire toilet area completely floods because there is simply no space or proper drainage separation.
Summary: You pay extra for a parking spot only to get slapped with an unreasonable fine, the staff is hostile when you ask for basic assistance, and your bathroom will flood when you shower.
The room was clean and nice but the biggest problem was the lack of insulation. When the room upstairs flushed the toilet, it was completely loud in our room. And this was very annoying in the middle of the night or early morning and made it difficult to sleep.

I had a really nice 5 night stay in this hotel, great location by the town square. Check-in was friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean, large with a good view, seating, desk, storage. All in a fresh scandi style. Bathroom small with just a shower but did the job, was clean and had storage. Bed was comfy and I slept really well. No noise either.
Breakfast had a good selection and was presented nicely.
Best of all was the staff, all helpful, friendly and efficient.
This hotel really is excellent value for money and for the price I felt it was better than expected, I would stay again.
