The hotel is centrally located next to the Anderson Museum. However, rooms look old and in need of a makeover. Nice breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Parking is behind the building for 50 DKR a day.

It's a fairytale hotel in a fairytale place. Birthplace of the father of almost all modern tales. Good parking, spectacular breakfast. Located a step away from the museum and its house. In the center of the villa. A great choice.

Fantastic location in the centre Of Odense, very good breakfast buffet, and they have a proper casino whit, toilet, black jack and the rest. But, what I didn't like was, in my room there was no air condition, and it was very hot, and I had no internet signal in my room. Also small details in the cleaning of the room but nothing really big. Over all I recomend this hotel.

Good place to stay, very central. Comfortable large beds, good breakfast served from 6 until 10 AM. Easy to get in and out of using bus, taxi or just a walk.

Really good breakfast. No air condition, maybe they usually do not need it. During our stay it was quite warm there and heat was only slowly getting out of the room. Kept the window open during the night.

It’s rare to go to a 4-star hotel when there’s only ONE person working at the reception and no one at the door. No wonder she is quite indifferent about everything. I asked her about the porch light in my room that’s not working. Her answer was “You should insert the door card to get electricity. ” Well, there’s no place to insert the door card (see picture) … Besides, all the lights are up except this one… Hello… You work for a hotel which you don’t know if a room requires a door card inserted to get the electricity? The hotel hall is cozy and the location is nice. Service can be improved.

Just what you need somewhat old and dirty but overall just a business hotel.

A bit older but very nice environment and top breakfast buffet. Fitness room with old equipment, nevertheless useful.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast. Lots of good selections.

A poor Radisson Blu. Wrong food brought at dinner and asked if we would eat it to Dave the chef cooking the correct items. No tea/coffee facilities in the room which is sparse. No welcome folder with any information in. Shower head so scaled up, made showering interesting!

Basic but comfy rooms, good staff and breakfast. Can be noisy outside depending on room location.

Perfect location, breakfast not so good as usual Radisson. Quite big rooms with used furniture. Here are ping pong and pool tables, sauna and nearfree parking.

Clean and comfortable great location, excellent staff, front desk girl at night when we arrived was the epitome of what a front desk clerk should be, she handled a nightmare situation from another guest with amazing patience aplomb and friendly attitude, kudos!

Very nice hotel located in central Odense. The rooms are big and spacious (business room). The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast buffet has a big variety of foods and beverages. Overall a good place to stay.

Location was perfect, rooms were fine except for no A/C! Really, Radisson? In a Blu? In 2017?! Breakfast was very nice also, so on the whole I'm satisfied — but the rooms do need modernising for A/C as mentioned, and also having huge, naff, redundant TV control dials built into the bedside table, like in a low rent US motel.

The hotel is located in a central and quiet location. Very friendly staff and great breakfast. In the rooms however the furniture should be renovated…

Hotel is well placed in the very city centre. I still would def not recommend it for business travel since the Wi-Fi is the worst I've ever experienced so far. I even had better experienced in some low budget places. Tremendously awful.
It is just totally ruining an otherwise nice experience.

Tired decor and poor lighting in the rooms.

Don't let the name of Radisson Blu fool you! The only plus of this hotel is location Right in town, and fairly friendly staff. Otherwise it looks, and it feels like a budget, tourist hotel. The Entire hotel is dated; Wi-Fi is very poor, and only 1 English TV channel, BBC. The breakfast is average; if you arrive 30 minutes before they close, the majority of the tables are dirty, and not turned for more new customers and the food selection is down to whatever is left, twice this week they do not refill buffet plates. Supposedly it is the best hotel in town, can't imagine what the other hotels have to offer. But this is not the Radisson Blu I know. It is more just a Radisson.

Rooms not clean with old interior and in need of refurbishment. At my arrival no room cards were available, so for 2 days I needed someone to open the room for me. Internet is free, but slow (no streaming or skype) and the TV is not possible to connect to your laptop or iPad. There are about 10 channels available on the TV and only in bad (SD) quality on a relatively small 27-inch flatscreen. Personnel not very friendly and you may wait at the reception up to 30 minutes if they are busy somewhere else. At the breakfast they are slow to clean tables, so if you arrive late you'll probably have to "make room" for yourself. 1 star for the central location.

I grew up in Odense, and decided to stay here when visiting family. The hotel was not up to American standards for a Radisson hotel — there was thick layers of dirt on top of the light sconces, and room service trays were left in the hallways for at least a day. The service was nice enough, but when there was a problem with the quoted vs. Actual rate, it couldn't be resolved on the spot. That left me with an uneasy feeling, but it was eventually resolved to my satisfaction. All told, not up to the standards of a Radisson that I'm used to here in the US.
