Looking at the appearance of this hotel is good but it's facilities not like we see in the outside. The toilet won't be flash every time I stayed at this hotel so at least I have to change my room for once. Kettle is not clean with accumulated scale. Unlike what the hotel has been communicated with me before, I cannot have my room with pool view. In siDe of my room has always smoking smell but I don't smoke… Food here is very expensive around USD 20 per dish but importantly food is not very fresh and tasty… The quality is getting low…

Modern hotel with clean rooms and a good restaurant. No gym but they have an agreement with a gym near by. Ask for a membership card and they can give you shortcut directions.

A pleasant hotel with lovely views, a lot of green space around it and a lovely pool area. The staff is however a bit sluggish and you have to repeat your request a number of times. The absence of small items in the rooms like a kettle, coffee, moisturizer etc. Was rather unexpected for such a hotel.

Very convenient and comfortable staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff are not well trained at all. They couldn't get any order correct and brought wrong drinks or dishes. Food not very good and pricey. Better to go to the restaurants close by.

The pool is great and all but the food is absolutely terrible. It's overly pricey and not worth the money. Other than that it is worth the experience. Other than the high prices.

Beautiful gardens and grounds. Rooms average; some promises unmatched. They claim every room has coffee/tea maker-not true. Plus only one 300ml water in room not kosher. Breakfast is great though. Front office guys kind of lethargic.

A hotel very of some kind, it is clean but it is not a 5 star, there's no mini bar in the rooms, not enough towels and bath towels (only one each)

G. $25 breakfast buffet with pretty limited choice, $4 cokes). — While internet access is free with unlimited access, absolutely ridiculous policy where they only give you access in 500MB increments so you have to ask continue asking for new logins and passwords every time your run out. For the price being paid for your room, you should uninterrupted internet access.

I have stayed at Pullman Lubumbashi in January and I enjoyed beautiful setting in a green environment. I have not seen a restaurant similar to the restaurant of the Hotel. In any case, Kudos to the staff!

It's really an exceptional place in lubumbashi with an international standard. It is nice to spend a few days when you are in lüshi. I really like.

A few years that during my stays was Lubumbashi, I cannot that to stay at the hotel Grand Karavia.
What was not my surprise during my last stay to see such a good forward in regards to restoration.
Already that in the past it was sojourner pleasant there. Now with the new Chief of Cuisine and especially his new card in perpetual evolution, it is happiness.
Thank you to all the teams for this experience out of the ordinary in the DRC.

Franchement au delà des attentes, staff chaleureux et acceuillant, cuisine exceptionnelle, service digne d'un 5 étoiles! Bref, C'EST une expérience 5 étoiles tous les jours!

I have the pleasant surprise after several months without returning to enjoy an exceptional dinner in the Restaurant the good Table.
The new head chef is well beyond what we locally.
A quality of meals and great value for the price in a market Lushois which is sometimes too high.
I will return regularly. It is a certainty.

A 5 star hotel that is the pride of the DRC and this in all its facets:
Environment, framework, services and staff.

In any case it is one of the best hotels of lubumbashi.

The place to be for leasure, relaxing but mainly for business connexions.
