Nice staff friendly atmosphere.

We were completely satisfied with our stay: the rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable, the service was superb, the food was delicious! You provided everything we needed. There is brilliant cleanliness and the receptionists are attentive and kind! Thank you very much, we are definitely going to be back next year!

The rooms are very nice, the service is also very nice, this hotel is in general very clean and luxurious. And I would come here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

Was ok. Definitely not what’s in the pictures. AC didn’t work, balcony needs renovation. However breakfast were amazing.

Generally a good hotel. The room are a bit old but clean. The restuarant is not bad but the waiters were a bit cold. The gym the spa really good.

Nice, clean rooms and very friendly staff. The hotel is located in a calm area a bit outside of the city center. They offer a pool, fitness area, bowling lane, restaurant and more.

The hotel is nice, the food was OK. Staff were very friendly and rooms were comfortable. They have a free parking which is very convenient. Sauna and gym are super nice.

Good hotel. Had a destination charger for Tesla, that's why we choose the place. Good food and welcoming atmosphere :)

In spite of the exterior of the hotel, inside everything is very clean, neat, cozy, good curtains, friendly staff. Conveniently located, 5 minute walk to Central Park, close bus and tram stops. Far from the road, noise will not disturb you to sleep. Would recommend to stay in it.

Fitness and wellness area is fantastic. Room was ok, but smelled of stale smoke. Good selection at breakfast.

Nice hotel with complimentary fitness and wellness facilities. Free parking for guests. Very good breakfast served. Restaurant is good and prices adequate with 10% discount for quests. There is also hotel bar open till late hours. Perfect if you fancy a beer before sleep. Recommended!

Very nice Hotel, perfect rooms, great breakfast. Private parking in front of the hotel. Great rooms, clean and big bathroom. Beautiful shower. Not very close to the center but in 5/10 minutes you can get there. We had with us some small dogs took them without problems.

Second year to stay here during the devconf. Cz. No regrets!

We were a large group therefore the 2 stars. Which did not even go down the elevator 1 floor and the staff ignore it so that happens.

Room is bigger than other hotels at town, the welless center at top floor is nice with small gym, rooftop whirlpool and Finnish sauna.

The Fitness center and the health center which are in house are awesome. The bowling center is for children and the service is quite great, food is economical. It's quiet and pretty close to the center by car and tram. Not by walk.

All in all ok. They could really improve they breakfast. We go there now regularly for almost 2 years and even the cheese is in the same place. And always the same food. But the rooms are quite ok. And they have very good sauna, that's why we go there basically.

The hotel rooms (beds as well as the bathroom) are clean. The staff speaks in part German. Otherwise good English.
You have to walk next door (approx. 3min) The shopping area and the next stop is also only 5min away. The hotel is centrally located.
However, it is not possible to compare it with a 4 star hotel in Germany.

The hotel is all gut … that a restaurant would be easier and I set the date.

Very clean hotel, pleasant staff, good variety of food at breakfast, great food in the restaurant. Bowling and basement wellness center are just a cherry at the top :) There is a shopping center near by (walking distance), and a late afternoon walk to the old town is the best thing to do. We were there last year and loved it so much, we didn't even look anywhere else.

Was a very pleasant stay and the price/performance ratio is very good there!
Breakfast, dinner and the spa area are top.
Free parking is also convenient.

We arrive at the hotel, the bad reception, a reception says that we can not prolong the stay, luckily that a colleague intervenes and finds the solution.
We took apartment VIP suite, the big bright room, but dirty and antiquated, in the floor there was carpet, ruined, full of stains, even at one point the there was a big stain that they thought to cover with a nice colorful tapetto; There was a beautiful stained glass window, with dirty glass, inoltere dust everywhere. We talk about the reception staff: obnoxious but quite helpful; Staff Breakfast: Maybe it's better to leave, never a good morning, cold and really do not know what it means to welcome. Booliwing staff: fantastic; Staff bar first floor: bad, always obnoxious, not smiling at all. Restaurant rating ahead: The food was good and the staff nice, we were there 5 days both lunch and dinner, the menu is too monotonous, it would be nice to change it sometime. So recapping: I did not like the final price especially having paid 166 euros for one night, but I understand that we could not have favours treatments even though we are now customers for years. I did not like the condition of the apartment (one night we had a leak from the ceiling) I did not like the reception of the front desk: incoherent. The hotel is strategically for what I need and so I will definitely be back hoping for an improvement.

Great hotel with bowling on the lower floor and spa on the top floor. Nice and clean rooms, only flaws the "vintage" bathroom, courteous and helpful Reception, rich and plentiful breakfast. Great prices even at the bar.
