Booked spa/wellness room, at first glance everything was perfect. The problems came later in the night when we could not sleep because the room was not equiped with adequate ventilation. The moisture in the air stayed with us the whole night. When we finally fell a sleep around 4am (when the air dried a little), we were continuosly woken up by the mini earthquakes and loud vibrations cause by the trains that literally passed every 15mins. The rail is next to the hotel. When we finally get used to it, were woken up by loud hammer banging from a room above us at 07:45am! It lasted for about 20mins untill I complained to the receptionist, which was literally laughed by the workers. I was told that it's already 8am and they must work/fix something. WTF? I came here to rest! Literally the worst hotel stay in my life and I booked one of the most expensive rooms! By the way, they will charge you 12euros (1/4 of the rooms price per day! ) for their small patetic parking, on which you need special skills to enter and exit. We were so exhausted cause we slept only 3 hours, they ruined our stay in Praha. We had to abort all our plans and visits the next day to drive back home with the energy we had left! The ONLY reason I am giving 2 stars are the cleaning ladies that were so much friendly and helpfull to anything you ask for, (nevertheless it's not their job) and the cooks. Also it was perfectly clean. Everythings else I would rate under 1! Last but not least, the water in the hotthub smelled so bad, I guess because it was not used for a long time and it was not clean at all. Too bad I can't upload the video with the loud banging.
