Although it is not a fancy hotel, it provides everything you need, staff is friendly and helpful, room is spacious and clean, breakfast is good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything is what you need to relax. But we thought it was a bit far from the subway. There are no pointers and few people know which direction to go. We, people aged, with suitcases, we didn't just find a hotel. One more tip, you need to put another bucket for trash in the room. What is in the room is not enough. It is better to just walk to the hotel but not to go by tram which passes the hotel and far to go before it. If you have a kettle in the room, then why not have tea and coffee in sachets, usually put it next to the kettle. I would like to thank you very much for having fulfilled our wish with a gluten-free diet. Thanks for the responsiveness.

Very well. We stay here for the first time, we like this hotel.

It's cool. Only fridge in Room 16 No. And not Previzzo, in my Opinion ( ( ( ( ( ( ( ( ( () The children at the reception are lovely-responsive and friendly. Breakfasts are usual, but nutritious enough and caloric, before supper quite to itself.

Blurring, uncomfortable mattress, the room smells like tobacco… refusal to change rooms… very average.

The hotel is just lovely, the location is super, the only minus is the loud tram and then if "lucky" to this side to get a room, but again, after walking around the beautiful Bohemia, at night they will not be heard) took only breakfasts, good-tea/coffee/hot Chocolate, etc. From food, various cheeses, sausages, bread (white, black, with sunflower seeds, etc. ), muesli and other. Not rich, but solid. The staff were very friendly and helpful… Again, the location is incredibly convenient, near a large shopping center, where you can buy groceries and not wasted on restaurants and fast food, in it by the way there is a taksfri and advantageous exchanger.

Quite good rooms and breakfast. Parking in the yard for 20 EUR per day. Rather small elevator. OK free Wi-Fi in room. Very much noise coming from the street even at night. They accept payment cards. Receptionist was very kind and helpful. Please mind that the street is one-way. Turn left when leaving the parking! (trust me you do not want to turn right and drive wrong way through the crossing on tram rails as I did :-D).

My boyfriend's mother and father visited us in Prag to celebrate boyfriend's mother's birthday. They have booked this hotel. First impression of outside building wasn't so nice. We came for check-in and receptionist informed us, they have booked 3 beds bedroom for only one person (nonsense)! We asked her to solve it, because we booked a room for 2 persons. Receptionist had no idea how to solve it, so she called to manager. Then receptionist told us we have to pay for one more person in the room. We had to call to booking by OUR OWN to solve the situation because of terrible abilities of receptionist. Afterwards we paid less price for second person. I asked receptionist if they can prepare breakfast to room, since my mother-in-low has a birthday. Room were ugly, old fashion furnished, with miniature bathroom. Next day even we paid for next person and breakfast for second person, they brought only one badly served breakfast. Don't recommend.

Spacious rooms, nice staff. Next to shopping and business centers as well as public transport.

Just recently returned from the Czech Republic. Great hotel, very clean, quiet. The room was large. It was constantly cleaned. Excellent breakfast. There is an elevator. Comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. And a chic woman cook, I understand. Wenceslas Square is 15 minutes by tram or 25-30 minutes on foot. Nearby there is a shopping centre with Tesko's shop. Just a 5 minute walk to the Metro. Wi-Fi is available. If we return to Prague, it is here.

Nice Hotel, spacious rooms and comfy beds, If you don't speak English it's not for you, because they DON'T speak a word of Italian. The parking lot is in the run down courtyard in the back of the Hotel and it is paying Euro 10 per day, not free as it seems to make it clear in the description… Breakfast is the most terrible thing: Cupcakes from sub-brand of Discount, a few biscuits, no croissants for drinks (which sprays liquid a little ' everywhere) that does not offer espresso (I did not think to find a coffee as in Italy… But at least the coffee! ) only chocolate, cappuccino, Moccaccino, and long coffee. The icing is the Nutella… Fake passed off in an original branded jar!

Relly clean, quiet and good place near to the city centre. It's a really good place especally at this price point.

A 3-seamer star hotel. Hotel company lead-tour (from Russian to Russian). Parking near the hotel is paid, to the left of the hotel what a gypsy hostel with addicts. The hotel itself is exactly 3 star: Well maintained rooms, good internet, Rusko-and English-speaking staff. Breakfast as in any trëhzvëzdočnom hotel in Europe: sausages, toast, omelette coffee, tea, etc.

Very Noisy, I found better beds in prision, heater has a mind of its own, check in was a nightmare. A friwnd recommended here. He is not getting a card this Christmas.

Nice 3 star hotel. Good location next to a tram station, but outside the city center. Best cost benefit we found in Prague. Good for those on a budget.

Nice staff, nice room. For a family stay wonderful. Thank you very much for your knowledge of Russian language! The room was very clean. In terms of household convenience — almost five — there was not enough holder for shower heads and confused dirty hoods. The plumbing is good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. Also pan in a set of utensils. The location in the city is convenient-and not in a noisy center, but also nearby. 5-7 minutes to the Metro.

Among the trjohzvjozdochnyh is one of the best hotels. Were in the summer. We were satisfied. Good breakfast.

A surprisingly simple yet enjoyable place to stay in Prague. If you fork out for one of the rooms on the top floor you'll be impressed by the size, however they advertise as being for 6 people, I wouldn't want more than 4 in here to be honest. Friendly staff although very little need to interact with them as nothing seems to go wrong (fingers crossed). Perfect distance from the city centre means you actually have to see some of the rest of Prague to go anywhere, I see this as a plus but if you don't like walking/navigating this might not be the best place. Lacking in amenities, washing etc.

Good hotel, staff are good and the girls are quiet, breakfast good, close to tram station, from where you can reach the Centre direct, just not far away a very large hypermarket. Euro repair at altitude.

At the expense of the equipment can only say about apartments, which stopped this Christmas for 8 nights — all had more than enough: and cutlery and crockery and pans, kettles, placemats, even dishwashing detergent. But with shower gels and shampoos out there muffled only liquid soap. For all 8 nights, towels are changed once on the second day, cleaning was visible only on an empty bin bucket. Wi-Fi everywhere, TV on Russian channels, eight (only one must first deal with remotes).
