I loved the hotel. The Executive room with all the perks that included access to executive lounge (free drinks, coffee and tea all day long) and free access to the Spa and fitness center. Mael and the reception team were great and gave us lots of information and tips. Breakfast was tasty and offered a multicultural breakfast with a variety of good fresh food.

Great location away from the touristy district but very accessible to multiple trams and the yellow B train line. It's a nice walk down towards the water with lots of pretty buildings. The staff upon checking were very nice. In addition on my birthday they left macaroons in our room with a nice hand written note. They have an apiarey on the roof and there's a live bee camera you can watch on the TV. The breakfast bar was great with lots of different options. The room and the beds were very comfortable as well. I would highly recommend staying here.

Have enjoyed many stays at Andel's Prague and this one did not disappoint. Excellent location with great transport links. Large shopping mall nearby. Modern hotel facilities. The staff are always professional and helpful. Special mention of the breakfast staff who cope even in very demanding conditions with large tour groups, multiple languages, and many queries. One request, please can we have at least one UK TV channel. The only one listed is BBC World, but this is in fact a German channel. (Reported to reception. ) Thanks again for another great stay and looking forward to the next!

I was happy and satisfied with my stay at Andel's this time. I think the order in the breakfast room had improved and was back at previous standard. Also the service/attention from the staff there was was much better than last time. But I appreciate it when the staff look at you, smile, and greet you and say "good morning" etc. As a guest you want to be seen! The hub on the 6th floor was a nice experience. I felt happy to sit down with some refreshment and relax when coming back from the outings of the day. Thank you! Will definitely come back!

Nice hotel just outside the center but with easy access to the metro line B, only a 3 minute walk away and a couple of stops to the old center. The hotel has a nice urban vibe, with lots of places to relax or sit outside. Rooms are spacious with big windows and everything is clean. Breakfast is very complete. Recommended.

The location is excellent with great transport links and a vibrant local atmosphere. The staff in the hotel is always professional, helpful and happy to provide excellent customer service. As we have visited the hotel many, many times, it is always great to be welcomed by familiar staff. The breakfast manager always has a welcoming smile and after 10 years great service should be highly commended. We are looking forward to yet another stay in July.

We stay at Andel's by Vienna House on every visit to Prague. Rooms are a bit small, but not cramped. Breakfast has a huge variety. Coffee, espresso, and cappuccino are available in a small common area on each floor; the executive floor has a happy hour from 5-7 pm with complimentary beer, wine, and snacks. The metro and trolley are right outside and it's very easy to get anywhere in the city. There's even a large shopping mall directly across the street with a pharmacy and grocery store. This is a perfect place to stay!

The staff at the front desk was friendly, we arrived a bit sooner, but was able to check in as well and got upgrade which made me very happy :) It's a nice modern clean hotel, well located, near tram stops and metro. There are also restaurants around and shopping mall, so the one cannot complain. Also its very nice to offer snacks in the afternoon. The parking could be a bit cheaper though.

Modern, medium sized hotel located in the Smichov area of Prague 5. Bright and airy interior design with friendly and approachable staff. Excellent buffet breakfast that will satisfy all tastes. The kitchenettes available in the residence provide more convenience for longer term stays and can be regarded as serviced apartments. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout. The new executive hub on the fifth floor provides refreshment and snacks as well as a common area to relax or work.

The room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent. Friendly staff.

Very good hotel located in a nice area and very tidy. The staff at the reception were all smiling, very polite and very helpful, special thanks to one of the female managers (unfortunately I forgot her name), that helped me with taxis and routes to visit the city centre. Will be staying at this hotel again in July and September 2018 with the Porsche Group.

The receptionist were very helpful and friendly. I needed an iPhone charger and they rent one to me. As well as I needed local expertise they suggested perfect restaurants to me. Furthermore we used the green bag, which is a really nice invention and this time the idea with flower seed is such a great idea! The only thing I would mention is that although the green bag hang out, the fruit treatment should be cleaned up the next day. Thank you for the nice stay! Best regards Cindy O. & Kai L.

I liked the staff and the ambience. Unfortunately, the suite that we had booked had no kitchenette and we had to use a room with bed in the loft. While nice looking, we would have preferred to be in the same floor. What I liked was the fact that the staff acted with speed, made the change, moved our luggage as well, equipped the kitchenette immediately. Location is absolutely brilliant.

As always I enjoy stay in Vienna House. Perfect location in Prague, very good staff with lot of useful information about Prague and everything ready in the room including nice invitation card. Also childrens were happy with all services. I will come back to this place for sure. Thank you very much!

Modern hotel and very good as breakfast proposal. Good value for money.

Charming Hotel located about 30 minutes from the centre of Prague and advisable to travel to the centre (round trip) walking along the river bank. Very nice room, good breakfast buffet (lunch and dinner in cafeteria without more).

All staff were very friendly. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Great selection of food options at breakfast. Breakfast available from 6.30-10.30am. Large bathroom which included bath. And separate shower. Good location beside metro and tram. Able to get Bus to airport outside door when we were leaving. Large shopping mall nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfect room for a Family with a small Child! The stuffs here are so nice and helpful! We enjoyed our stay here and definitely will come back! Tipps: take the room 51, you won't regret ;）

Reception Super Nice. Breakfast was great. Staff very attentive. Even for my wife's birthday, a little attention was put in the room. Happy to stay here again.

Very convenient location, good and varied breakfasts, the room is good except for two minuses: uncomfortable pillows, shower door is not tightly closed, because of this in the bathroom after taking a shower was puddle. It was nice to get a compliment for a birthday, a special thank you! =)

The hotel is really nice. Clean, modern, nice staff who is always willing to help. Definitely take the executive room and you won't regret the little extras here and there that you will be able to enjoy. A great sort of food for breakfast and even if it can get a little crowded sometimes, everything is kept available for the guests. I loved the bath tub (buy some bath salt at DM store near by) and enjoyed it to relax after a day sightseeing. I will definitely come back.

Room was very pretty and big and totally clean. Shower was a little small but enough for our weekend trip. Staff was very friendly and helping, the hotel in general (lobby, bar, etc. ) is looking fancy and the location is A1. The parking garage was extremely expensive (30€ per day) and for this price it was very tight and there were days were we couldn’t event get a parking lot because there were too many cars. The breakfast didn’t really meet our expectations. The only sweet thing you had were some dry pastries and muesli/cornflakes. No pancakes, no fresh sliced fruits, no French toast, nothing like this. You had some different cheese and ham/salami which was very delicious and lots of different salads or something similar which I don’t really eat for breakfast but that is probably an Eastern European thing. The only thing you had were either very liquid scrambled eggs or poached eggs. No hard boiled no soft boiled eggs, no omelette, no fried eggs. The juices tasted diluted. But I was pleased by the bar as it was a nice place to have a drink during nighttime. The room service did a great job every day and our room was very clean and bigger than we thought. Thank you for having us, it was our first time in Prague and we were very pleased in general! Next time we will spend the stay at your hotel.

Clean rooms, that are kind of small, good service. The white furniture is a bit odd and has a cheap Ikea look. The bathroom is fine. Good for a short business stay.

The hotel staff's services were very good. The cleanliness of the rooms on a high level. The breakfast is very good with good offer, the only possible improvement is freshness of bread. The procedure with the garage and the entry is not claearly transparent, but the lady at the reception has done all this in perfect manner. The improvement area is the quality and stability of Wi-Fi connections.

Very well maintained, very clean, nice room.
Breakfast was good, bacon and eggs should have been more through. Wellness offer was rather rare, gym nice and modern, but should definitely be included in the price.

Modern hotel, comfortable and quality rooms (design) with a well-integrated ambience lighting in a detail-conscious layout. As for the bathroom it is spacious with a shower and a bathtub in addition. The staff are very nice, efficient, welcoming and always smiling!
As for the location, it is not the city center Certe, but the hotel is located in an area lively by these real inhabitants and by its shops (shopping center at 2 steps of the hotel, cinemas, restaurants…). At the transport level, the hotel is well served by tram and metro lines "Andel".
And finally, the hotel has a free gym for its guests and a relaxation room: Sauna, Jacuzi… (see options on their site). Not to be missed! :)

Great Hotel and staff super helpful.

The central and anymore quiet location we found particularly pleasant. All sights are within walking distance or by public transport. The rooms are very quiet, you don't hear any outside or side noises. Only the regulation of the room temperature (much too warm) was not or Only minimally possible. Window Lasden not open.

Very modern Hotel and very close to the metro station (Andel's) and the trams. Breakfast fee costs 15 euros, I did not try it but it seemed very good and varied. Valid alternatives can be found in the nearby shopping centre. The rooms are all new with large bathrooms and comfortable beds all in a modern style. If I returned to Prague I would definitely stay there.

The staff was accurate and attentive. Also the breakfast was very good. The eggs, however, are likely to cook a little less long so that they do not become so dry.
The use of the elevator was a bit getting used to with the cards, but the stay was really full OK.
Was unfortunately only one night at the hotel, and would have liked to stay longer, but due to work unfortunately had to go again the other day.
But would like to come back again and will also be happy to stay in the hotel again.
Maybe with another room, but we'll see that.

Clean, friendly, helpful, good breakfast, many service options (like wellness and massage) and cheap for Dutch standards. We spent four nights and it was great. In 10 minutes we reached the city centre by tram and the neighborhood itself was also nice. Would recommend.

I found the hotel modern and comfortable, the room arranged tastefully and the breakfast varied and quality. The staff were friendly… I am very pleased with my stay.

Nice property. Rooms nicely appointed. Close to shopping and the subway. Nice gym (fee). Beds were comfortable and the hotel very clean. Nice breakfast in the morning.

An ideal hotel caliph/price, good rooms and good and varied buffet, very close to Subway yellow Line, and stops of trams and bus.

Situation of the hotel is nice as closed by shops, restaurants, bars and public transport which brings you everywhere in Prague. Regarding the room not a big differences between superior and normal. Bar at the ground floor is to quiet. Breakfast place is really nice with a lot of choice which changes every day. Reserved parking spot in the public parking for customer is to small.

Excellent hotel. Very close to the metro and many tram lines. It is quiet and the rooms new very comfortable and with bath tub. We'll repeat for sure.

The decor of the hotel, the cleanliness, the interior, the decoration, the different spaces of the hotel at the reception or in the floors. We really enjoyed this hotel very much.
A concern though: obviously there was a problem on our reservation which was cancelled upon our arrival and that the receptionist had to redo. Although having indicated our wish to pay cash, the reservation was made with a prepayment without our agreement.

Very good except taxi scheduled on arrival which was not at the airport.

Extremely comfy hotel with great facilities. The Wi-Fi was a wonderful extra and made working much easier, especially with the desk and large windows that filled the room with natural light. It was like staying in a small apartment. The breakfast selection was also vast and extremely nice. The hotel location was also ideal for work and fun only a short walk from a variety of very nice restaurants. Overall I am extremely pleased with stay at the hotel it made my work trip feel less like work as it was so comfortable.

Firstly, I like the service provided by the kickboard service provider. I borrowed it and traveled pleasantly in Prague. It was so fun. Plus it was so good that it was free. In the second guide desk, I got a recommendation from a staff member and I was able to have a really good meal. It was the best meal on a European trip. The fifth room was so cool in the bathroom. I was disappointed that there was a disposable toothbrush if there was a little bit of it.

I liked the location of the hotel, excellent public transport especially airport links, enough shopping opportunities to satisfy the most ardent shoppers. Excellent local restaurants, bars and also a cinema on the doorstep. The hotel staff were pleasant, informative and allowed early access to our room on the arrival day. Only on breakfast basis which was also excellent. Overall a very positive experience if I come back to this beautiful city I would definitely stay in Vienna House and would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Spent a couple of days here during my first ever visit to Prague. A memorable one. Hotel is modern and the rooms are spacious and ambient. Food is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Got free Wi-Fi. And it's close to the tram station. Had a chance to take a ride on the tram which is not seen much in the place I come from (India). Loved it.

Excellent room. Although I think they gave it to us because of the mistake they made previously when we allocated a room that was already occupied. Often disappointment.

The mattresses in the beds make for "deep sleep" pure.
Very helpful and very friendly staff and the ideal location of the hotel also make a short break to a dream holiday!
After all, we are going to this hotel for the third time within a year, we believe that actually says it all.

We liked the location and convenience, near several fine restaurants. coffee machine in the hall was nice to have, and seemed easier than using the one in the room. the bar staff was wonderful and the beer was too. would have liked an ice machine on our floor rather than going to the bar for a few cubes in a glass. unhappy to learn that the spa was closed for "filming" the first day we arrived and then to learn that there was an additional fee just to use the whirlpool. Other fine hotels include that amenity.

Beautiful design. Very functional and relaxing. It is not in the centre of Prague but the walk up there is nice and is very well connected to the airport. Besides, it's less boisterous.
I loved the detail of the green bag that you hang on the door so you don't get cleaned up the room the next day. It makes Me very nervous to take the towels every day if they are clean.
I also liked the detail of having a coffee/tea machine and armchairs on each floor.

Excellent location, at 100 Mt. From the Andel metro station. We have enjoyed from the 6th to the 11Aprile of the Bed & Breakfast solution. It was a very nice hotel. Recommended.

Hotel in good location for transportation services. We have found little transparency in the proposal of the minibar service. There was no visible display of the price list of the items present. The price list was inside a bottle easily confused with one of the other drinks in the minibar.

Decent hotel, not worth the 4 stars, the room clean but with need to be arranged (dirty walls in several places, even in the bathroom, shower little working and with very limestone, shower door that did not close well).
Good breakfast, good assortment especially salty and with local foods/products.
On several plates lacked the description.

There is no high price. Its cool. However wi fi is really too slow (And when we had checked in, the Hotel proposed 2 separate beds for us (we are spouse pair) and it was really come-down.

Excellent Location, staff at the reception very kind and friendliest, superb breakfast and excellent quality of sleep. The only small note is the bathroom that, where the toilet was located, smelled bad. I tried to make it clear to the cleaning lady that she understood… but unfortunately she couldn't solve the problem. Overall the bathroom seemed very clean though. Very good Food.

We stayed here for work for 5 days in a row. The room was equipped with a 1 person bed and a worn out one person sofa-bed (there wasn't enough space in the room to open it, though). The room doesn't provide much space beside the furniture, which gives a very cramped feeling. There was a concrete wall about 30 cm away from the window, which didn't help either. I did have a large modern television set, which I didn't use. The bathroom was just renewed and was clean at least. The shower head was so small that taking a shower couldn't be called comfortable. One morning I didn't have hot water. I did have to pay a deposit for the minibar when checking in, and there was a price list on my desk, but no mini-bar was installed. Wi-Fi and network (cabled) connectivity was very poor to say the least. I managed to connect to the net for 1, 5 days. After that it remained inoperable for the rest of the week. We complained about this, but it didn't get fixed. Even when the connection worked it wasn't stable enough to get a skype call through. Cleaning was irregular, to say the least. When you ask to change towels (by throwing them on the ground), they just put them up again; other times, when they weren't on the ground they were changed nevertheless. I didn't get new shampoo or soap most of the time. The biggest issue was the noise in the hotel. I had room 15, which was close to the reception and next to the cleaning lady's room.

Very nice and cheap hotel. Just right for a few days in Prague. Ago because all only a few minutes away 'important' sights with the 20 tramway are all. That seems now fixed with Wi-Fi, though it is now not always stable.

The price is really fair and the standard absolutly okay. Obviously they just have no _working_ Wi-Fi although they suggest it.

In Prague I stayed in Smichov district, near Andel metro station. Actually there are many restaurants, but the restaurant located in hotel Andel is the biggest and closest to me. I often go there with my friends.
