Very nice stay… the hotel was classy …
. Good food and the room was perfect… a suite with a river view and a balcony off the master with a view of the courtyard. I would definitely recommend staying here… the location was great as well.

The hotel room was perfect for our stay. Spacious room and bathroom. Huge tub where I actually took a bath because the tub was so nice.

Vacuum cleaning right in front of your door just past 7 a. M.? WTF?!? Staff shouting at each other in the hallways?!? Bring your ear plugs, you’ll need them.

The hotel is beautiful! Everyone here is polite and extremely helpful! The rooms are clean and updated but with a historic look and feel. The continental breakfast has a lovely selection of homemade breads and pastries, as well as meats and cheese.

Great hotel, good location with nice river view to the front, friendly and helpful staff and a good, varied breakfast. Would definitely return.

Stayed for a weekend recently and really enjoyed the place — stylish little hotel in a great location for wandering around Prague. Rooms are nicely decorated and fitted out. Note that breakfast was not free!

A really awesome hotel with great service and awesome rooms. I definitely come back here when I am back in Prague. The view over the river and the town is stunning.

Nice hotel, old style rooms, good kitchen, excellent view over the river and old town. Most tourist attractions and good restaurants are within half an hour walking distance.

Rooms extremely spacious and grand. Overall cleanliness was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful, particularly the nice gentleman in the bar. Only thing stopping it being a 5 star is its location and facilities. Quite a bit of a walk into the centre and to any main attractions. Breakfast was very basic so I went elsewhere after trying it, I recommended the breakfast cafe across the river near the national theatre. View of the river from my room was excellent and the price was more than reasonable.

We were upgraded to a junior suite on the top floor which was quite large. The room was comfortable however some of the furnishings were a little old and the carpet had some stains. The bathroom looked newly renovated and was very nice. There was a balcony and the view from the room was quite nice however the round windows were a bit tall for me to enjoy the view without standing on tiptoe. The location is pretty walkable to local attractions or public transit. The hotel interior was quiet, we had no problems with noise from neighbours. However the street was sometimes busy and there were regularly emergency vehicles going by with sirens blaring which woke me up.

Very comfortable hotel our room was really spacious n also had a balcony which over looked the river this was a lovely surprise as we hadnt requested a balcony, staff all friendly n helpful, about a 10min walk into town or trams just up the road.

The XXL bed is comfortable, the bathtub is wide and long.
View of the pleasant vlatna and quiet environment.
The reception is very nice, just get used to the Czech accent ^^

Chauffeur pick up service is very good rate.
We took a superior room (111) and it was very spacious with big roll top bath and over head shower, two wardrobes, huge bed. Breakfast was lovely with plenty to choose from. Will defiantly recommend & hopefully return.

A really wonderful hotel. The staff are amazing and made us feel like we were their only guests from the moment we arrived until we left. Great location with fabulous views over the city from our upgraded penthouse suite! I can highly recommend their airport transport service too, very well priced for a chauffeur to collect you at arrivals and take you straight to the hotel in a brand new E-Class. We will definitely return here.

Really nice to stay. Had a mixed bag with the friendlyness of reception but mostly good! Breakfast was nice but the girls could have been more on the ball with keeping it filled up than chatting at the desk outside. Overall a good stay and a great position for exploring! Oh, and the river view was esquisite!

Nice quiet boutique hotel. Ask for room 604 with private jacuzzi. Location on other side of river offers nice view on city. Services are professional, rooms are big enough and clean. Small hotel bar is open till 1:00 AM. Good value of money.

I absolutely love this hotel! From the outside and from the lobby, it looks like a quaint, slightly old fashioned hotel but once you get to your room, you see that they modernized it but with a slight vintage inspiration when you get to the bathroom. I loved the decor. The rooms are big and the ceilings are very high. When you're in the room, it feels a lot bigger than it actually is. They're also very clean. Breakfast selection was a little limited. It had the basics of meat, eggs and cheese spread. They also had fruit, bread and few pastry options.

Good hotel with a nice location. Rooms are very large and had everything one could ask for. One star deduction for bad cleaning service (the room service kart + dirty dishes from the day before were still there the next day)

We could not have asked for a more beautiful and accommodating hotel. The hotel is perfectly located close to all major attractions in Prague yet across the river on a quiet corner so you can have a peaceful night's sleep. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the river, it was absolutely incredible. The hotel is very clean and has a wonderful cozy feel to it. There is also a breakfast offered in the morning at cost, we did this once and the food was good and they had a great variety of foods.

There are no spaces like bar and where you can make two Chuacchiere.

Do not speak French, but very warm welcome and an impressive kindness.

The hotel itself deserves a 5 star… the street right out front is a little unkempt but that's not their fault. Staff is very kind and helpful. There is a laptop and printer so you can print out your boarding passes. The standard room we had with a king mattress was pretty large and beautifully decorated. We had a view to the park, river and bridge. I would stay here again. With public transportation being so good you can get anywhere touristy in 20 minutes.

Lovely quiet place to stay. Close enough to the city centre that we walked everywhere. Friendly staff. Good views and comfortable room. Would recommend for a peaceful stay.

Nice room but qqs details hardship. It is very noisy the hotel is at the crossroads of a bridge and a very busy avenue. See the Quies boules.
The tele remote was not working it took two days to fix the problem under Pretexe that there is. No technician on weekends… no one had the idea to try to. Replace the batteries? Ditto for the phone… In short we arrived Saturday and it worked on Monday. It was time we left the next day… Another problem: The thermostatic faucet is broken and completely unquoted.
The first day. We leave the room early enough around 7:30 to have breakfast (which is terrible… I'll come back) we go up and the wife of. Housekeeping was already redoing our room, so she ffini quickly did what she had started and goes. She did not eat back to finish the room…
The. Breakfast… fruit juice that is not. Theiére. Big enough for two cups or the hot water vending machine is calibrated for a cup and does not stop so if you try to put two cups of water in a teapot it overflows… the butter is bland, the crescents not terrible. Now there are fresh fruit and white cheese.
So to conclude choose another hotel.

Nice Hotel We have some problems with our entry card or every day we have to go to the front desk. Other than that, the service is nickel.

We spent our honeymoon there and it was wonderful. People were super nice and helpful. Place was very clean with new modern appliances. Bed was a little too stiff and for our bed they just put two twins together with two separate blankets but one large fitted sheet. Pillows and sheets were super comfortable however so it made up for the stiff bed.

Pleasant location, quality Breakfast.

The pillows are just awful, sleep is not possible.

Friendly staff. A little but further away from the Old town but it does not matter much. Clean and quiet place. Price was reasonable on the web.

Good hotel in a great position overlooking the river and the town. The room was excellent, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I would certainly recommend the hotel to friends. The hotel could do with some refurbishment but that said it was excellent value. I would certainly use again.

We've spent a long weekend in Prage with my family (my wife and my 5 year old son). We had a great room with a wonderful view to the city, comfortable beds, clean and modern atmosphere, great equipped bathroom. Breakfast was fair enough, however the breakfast room is a bit small, but "cosy" in that perspective. I can recommend the hotel for families / city visitors / business trip.

We had booked a deluxe double room with riverview. This met our expectations and although the room overlooked the busy road, the double glazing was perfect and we heard nothing throughout the night. Obviously we could not open the window for fresh air, so we wonder how it would be in the hottest part of the summer with aircon on. Breakfast was included and a good variety of food was on offer, from fresh fruit to egg and bacon, cheese and ham to a variety of breads and cereals. Our coffee was replenished as often as we needed and the staff in the breakfast room were friendly and helpful. We decided that, as our flight home was not until 9.50 pm, to book our room until 6pm. This cost us €50 but was well worth it as we did not fancy walking around all day without an opportunity to freshen up prior to our taxi collecting us. The process to book this extra time was dealt with efficiently. We have recommended this hotel to other friends who are considering visiting Prague in the near future. One point to be aware of though; it is a good 15 minute walk along the riverbank to the Old Town and should be taken into account if you find walking difficult. We were happy to explore from our hotel and as the weather was good, it was not a chore.

The only place it could be worked, is the breakfast: too little plate, little pastries or Long wait, came to fresh!

We come from France, not a citizen but of course having a offical residence in France (i am working in France). While check in, the lady (! ) with black frame glasses in the lobby treated us as the illegals! She said that she doesn't know our resident cart, this was the first time for her to see that kind of…

I loved the hotel and really enjoyed my stay.

A class Hotel in the city centre, unfortunately without Parking.

The staff at the breakfast was talking not in a nice way about there guest — they just thought that no one can understand them, thats not right… the breakfast itselfe is just standard. Very very small, for extras you have to pay extra… quite strange for a self called 5* star hotel with the slogan "individual as you are" Location is good, but the location of other hotels is better. There is nothing inside the hotel which is necessary to be a real 5* Hotel: No Sauna, no spa, no pool, no nice lobby.

A great Hotel! We (Young Couple in mid 20) had the luck in a Deluxe room at the 4. Floor with views of the Vltava river to stay. It was a Dream. Nice old-Fashioned room with a very spacious bathroom. The connection to Public transport incl. A short walk away. Prague is generally very good on foot to Visit. The Breakfast buffet would I, as a small but fine label. For ham and eggs and similar, a surcharge in the case of a purchase order. We had on our last few trips to the better Breakfast buffets, hence the star deduction (however, I noticed that hard. ).

Nice little hotel with nice and helpful staff. Had a very small room but with a nice scenery outside — the river Vltava (Moldau). Very quiet even though there was a very busy street right below the window. Definitely affordable but unproportionally expensive breakfast. Advice: Have your breakfast elsewhere. Good location with the intriguing Dancing House just across the river. Within walking distance from the old town and Karluv most (Charles bridge).

We selected the hotel on line and could not have ben happier with our stay. Choosing an upper floor room with a view was a plus; although the hotel is on a busy intersection and you'll hear plenty of traffic noise from below if you leave the windows ajar. The room was clean, comfortable, well appointed, great space for belongings and a terrific bed. Bathroom large and serviceable. The daily breakfast in the basement was more than adequate to get the day started. Drinks and a fine simple, eal could be obtained in the bar. The highlight was the courtesy, efficiency and service of a great front desk staff. All requests. For advice, directions, tours, restaurant suggestions were helpful and spot on. Special kudos to Michael! We'd stay here again without hesitation.
