Good position, lovely apartment.
➜ Central location and large apartments. The rooms were unfortunately very dirty and the elevator unfortunately only sometimes worked.
Even the terraces were very unkempt and dirty, one was not even accessible anymore.
In the corners hung many dead spiders and even living ones were represented in not small quantities.
Of the three keys we received, unfortunately only one worked and also the bathtub or shower in one of the bathrooms was defective. Although someone came to take care of it relatively quickly, unfortunately it could not be repaired either.
All in all, only the location and the view have been able to do a bit of something good again, because otherwise you felt quite uncomfortable there.
