Hotel was clean, stuff were polite and helpful, location is good. Just keep few things in mind: 1. If u are traveling in summer, keep in mind rooms don't have air conditioning. 2. It's a building that hotel is in one floor! It might be confusing at the beginning. Call them before u arrive because if u arrive late (in my case 8pm) there is no one in front desk. 3. Pigeons were flying and enjoying next to our room, so we couldn't open the windows because early in the morning they would wake us up. 4. Breakfast is so simple and repetitive. Don't expect "hotel kind of breakfast". Coffee could be better. Overally it worth the money and I will go back there.

Very pleasant stay in this hotel! The receptionist was very kind. Room is cozy, clean and very modern. And bonus — they gave you breakfast. Definitely enjoy this stay here. I recommend for 100%. And big bonus — go to third floor where is lasertag, there are very friendly, kind barmaids! So if u get bored, definitely visit 3rd floor.

Excellent! Perfect location. Few tram stops from city center. 25min walk. Perfect clean rooms! Very friendly and helpfull stuff! Coming back!

Cosy and super clean room with spacious bathroom, very nice designed, perfect location in centre Prague, few mins walking to old town, tram just by entrance, free snack and water to take away every morning, polite staff, cleaners everyday. We enjoyed 4 nights in this hotel in Prague and 100% recommend.

Comfy bed, minimal & chic decor, lovely breakfast package in the morning & an AMAZING cup of coffee! Woman at the front desk was kind & helpful & told us where the best places to visit were. Also the shower was great. Only negative — the sink in the bathroom splashes everywhere!

So clean and new! Big spacious room! The staff is wonderful. They sell tram and subway tickets but never used them as no one paid on the public transportation. Staff kindly returned our money. Tram directly out front across street to go to old town Prague but dropped in front of building coming home.
To get to hotel, enter door from the street (visibly marked Laser Game) and walk up ramp and through door on left, immediately, there is an elevator on the right. Hotel is located on 2nd floor labeled in elevator. In our room we could hear people running across playing laser tag but very muted and tolerable. I can’t say enough nice things about room and staff!

Loved our stay here! The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. The staff was very helpful with suggesting restaurants and giving directions to different sights. The hotel can be a little difficult to find, especially if you are arriving in the evening. It is located directly across the street from the Bertramka tram stop, which gives you quick and easy access to the rest of the city.
