We had booked a room here for 3 days. First and foremost I would recommend just 2 days in Prague, coz that's more than enough. About the hotel: 1. The rooms are exactly as shown in their website. So it's trustworthy. 2. I had read a lot of negative reviews about the staff being unsupportive and rude. But I think it was because she was really busy. I mean there were a lot of guests asking for a lot of things and nothing room related. She was the only one working there, I think they deserve a slack. 3. We got a good service for breakfast. The timing were also good. 4. Tram was easily accessible. We had to walk for hardly 5 min to get one. There are 2 stations nearby and trams are available every 15-20 min I guess. There are maps and timetables very easily available. All in all the stay was very nice and comfortable. Room service was also good and satisfactory.

The hotel is very old. The floors smell like sewers. Promised free parking, but it was not, had to leave the car on the street and pay money in the parking lot.

We had room on the 5th floor and when we first entered it smelt of something stange, maybe chemicals, maybe someone was smoking in this room and it left with window shut for sometime. Bed and bedding was good. Nice and fresh towels, however broken tiles in the shower. Air con in +30°wasnt working, even though all day we spend outside but the night without aircon was hard, literally couldn't sleep as no fresh air. Food okish. Lift wasn't working after raining. Not the best experience.

The rooms are unpretentious but all clean, the linen in the bed is clean, fresh.
Shower cabin, water is all right.
Furniture could be updated.

They take luggage here before the official arrival time, even if you have arrived earlier,
There is welcome water with lemon at the reception,
There's a bar in the lobby.
The staff is friendly, they speak Russian, issue all the checks, issue the contract.
Up to the tram about 10 minutes either way, stop horky.
Breakfast is not great, don't spend 7 euros on it.

This summer I took part in a corporate training and lived in this hotel. Quiet and peaceful place, I can say. Not very expensive. 2-3 tram stops to the center, 15 minutes, maybe a 20 minutes walk. Excellent multilingual personnel, ready to help you 24x7. I saw people from all over the world there during these two weeks. A very good breakfast is offered, starting at 7:30, but if you are in a hurry to work or study — sometimes you will not be able to afford it :) I don't like big noisy hotels. In Prague, there's a lot of tourists from different countries, and after training and labs, in the evening, I want just peace and silence) Regards, V. K.

For the price, it's good hotel. But if you are looking for some cozy stay in Prague, simply don't take it. There is very sympathic girl at reception desk, can speak at least 4 languages, so far what I've heard. Rooms are clean, but very small, bathroom is horrible, old windows and so on. Simply everything bad what man deserves for looking at price only :)

Located 15 minutes by tram to the center of city. Good breakfast, friendly staff, clean but extremely small room for two people. Never saw smaller bathroom, you literally can't move in it. TV had very bad signal, and from time to time, lights in the room would go on and off, probably something's wrong with electric installations.

The only two things that can save the case are extra-friendly and helpful ladies at the reception (speaking Engish, Chezh and Russian at the very least) and a unique construction of the lift, rather like the old days. Also the location isn't too bad, 30 minutes from city centre on foot or less by tram. But the rest of it… Poor design, not enough lighting in the room, water in the mouldy shower changing abruptly from hot to cold by itself or disappearing altogether, and, above all, the noisiest and the most Soviet-style maids ever. It's cheap, but first think if you really need it!

A nice simple and cheap hotel, great if you're staying a couple of nights. Was in a good location and easy to find. Recommend.

Very nice hotel for the price you pay. Clean, warm rooms, friendly service, we stayed one night only but we were very happy.

Room recently refurbished with new furniture. All new bed, but be aware hard mattress. Cash only at the bar is very inconvenient. Breakfast is very odd, cabonara pasta served the other day! Strange for breakfast. Continental choice OK. Coffee only ever luke warm, no toast available, which I would consider to be a basic breakfast item, and odd as big choice of jams. Decor and carpets on the stairs and landings very old and worn. Staff team very friendly and welcoming and try hard with us non chech speakers. Phone in room does not work, reported several times but never fixed. Be aware there is no in room tea or coffee making facilities. Housekeeping really good, room cleaned daily to a very high standard.

The stay has been sufficient for my purposes I can recommend to anyone. Service is nice and sympathetic. Basically nice.

Clean and very classical structure, no infamy and no praise, perfect for a few days in Prague.

Not the best location but well connected to the city center. Good and friendly service and clean rooms. Had a small problem with cleaning in my rooms as someone flipped around my "please, clean room" paper and the room was not clean.

The Russian mafia, i. E. 3 managers of this cheap hotel, extorted 2000 kř from us in broad daylight. On a beautiful Sunday morning. All the while the Czech cops shrugged, unwittingly accomplices of the hotel's criminality. Stay away or you will be yet another one of their victims.

It is a place where good sculptures are appreciated.

Clean rooms, nice staff and tasty breakfast, but after cleaning our room smelled like a swimming pool.

For overnight stays good, breakfast is so, coffee is impossible.

We stayed 4 days in January 2018. It was a very nice Hotel. Close to public transport. Great value for money.

It is a small hotel with sufficient and tasty breakfast at favorable conditions.
However, no one speaks German but English can be communicated.
The hotel itself is located close to the public transport and also only about 25 minutes walk from Wenceslas Square.
The area around the hotel, however, is quite gloomy at night and not so inviting. But as long as you are not alone, it is quite oerkraftbar and not creepier or more scary than some side street in Berlin or so.
The hotel was appealing to me, practical, clean, tidy and above all inexpensive and thus met my requirements.

The room was ok, clean and sufficient, carpeds in corridors needs replacement. The elevator looked brand new and always smelled fresh. But an unpleasent surprise I got when entering the hotel. They wanted 1350 kc as a deposit for the room. I have visited several hotels and penzions in the czech republic but the feeling like they dont thrust you is not a good start when entering a hotel. Its very unpleasent. The deposit wasnt communicated in advance at the moment of booking. The last 3 weeks the room was about half the price I paid for. I would advise anyone not to book the hotel early.

It is clearly not 3 * and not 2 *. Maximum 1 *. Stayed on the 3rd floor. Wash was a test T. K. We do not treat fans of contrast shower. The water is either boiling or ice… Changes independently. Dirty carpet. The bathroom was very old and the shower was very good. Of the Pros: 1. We liked the lift (didn't see this before) 2. Location (near tram stop) 3. Everyone speaks Russian.

Very clean and basic. A little bit out of the centre but close to the transportation.

Very nice room, good service and good breakfast included. Good relation price quality! Near from city central.

Stayed for a group night. There was no hot water either in the morning or in the evening. The reception said sorry, but you are a lot. All the solution to the problem. Otherwise complaints not. The interior is simple but tidy. Only breakfast in the selection is scarce. Muesli, pasta, calbas, cheese and lettuce. I won't stay there for the second time.

Nice accommodation. Close to minimart if you need and 5 minute walk from a tram to take you into all the sights. About 20, minutes by tram and a single trip costs around 1€. But that is part of staying at a cheaper hotel! Staff are friendly and helpful. Plenty of brochures to go around and they will help you with booking and transfers. Uber is around 150-250 czk depending on where in Old town you are travelling to.

Microscopic room, in the pre-war style. But a comfortable bed anyway.

Just a normal hotel for Praga. Nothing special. Its clean. Employé speaks english and Helpful. No frigh in the room. Old TV and just 5 channels works…

Nice place with good hotel rooms. Aircondition would make this better. Reception workers were friendly and helpful.

The staff was rude, the AC was out of order. So I contacted the reception for an extra fan as we were on the top floor and it was pretty hot, however when I contacted the reception for an extra fan, I was told to pick it up myself as they don't provide room service (in the room description it clearly says room service). Regardless of room service or not, you don't say that to the guests. The breakfast was cheap and no way near to excellent. This hotel seems like a jail. You have to leave the keys at the reception everytime you go out and they have the authority to check your room. Also when you check out they inspect the room for any damages and you have to stay at the reception during this. Once cleared you are allowed to leave. All in all this goes down as being one of the worst hotel experience. Otrevligt personal, billigt frukost, ur fungerade luftkonditionering I rummet och när vi frågade efter en extra fläkt tjejen på receptionen sa att vi måste komma ner och hämta den. Hotellet känns mer ut som en fängelse de kontrollera allt. Man måste också lämna nycklarna till receptionen om man går ut från hotellet. Kort sagt det inte värt på pengarna, en av de värsta hotellet I någonsin.

When we woke up the shower or facuet didnt work. They fixed it fast though. Everything elese was really nice though.

Nice hotel, English speaking staff, delicious Breakfast, clean rooms. The hotel enjoys a good location, it is not very far from the center and it can be easy to reached by tram, and next to it finding a very popular pub) )

The room was OK. Always warm water and the beds have been clean. The breakfast is really big with big choice and a kitchen stuff which is refilling the whole time. For that price (45€ for 2nights/people) nothing to complain. 5th star is missing cause the Wi-Fi is extra lame when the house is full and the coffee at breakfast is awful.

Located on the edge of Prague 3, 5 minutes from two tram stations and 15 minutes from the Metro (if travelling outside the city), the hotel is split into two parts. Prefer the rooms starting with 1, they are larger. But the others are largely sufficient because you have to go out to Prague to fully enjoy the city.

A shabby hotel. Room 232 glass window with a crack saleel tape. Broken wooden paneling under the window sill. The photo showed the front Desk promised to fix it, but did not move. The bathroom extractor fan did not work. Ceiling with signs of drips from the neighbors upstairs.

Do not suggest targeting because of the incompetence of the staff.

Tiny Room no ventilation. Too hot in the summer and the shower is almost not flowing.

Ok, … we loved the service,,,, that the receptionist had booked us tickets for an ice hockey game… very friendly staff!,,, rooms could be a bit larger… Toilet and shower quite ok, … Czech state, … who wants to have more should book 4 or 5 stars,,,, price performance also good… 3 nights with breakfast,,,,, for 113 €"""what more!,,, and wouldn't it have been a road construction site! We were in may 2016 with a smaller group to guest in this hotel. At a total price per person of less than 44 EUR for 3 nights including breakfast, this hotel offers a very good value for money for those who are looking for a low-cost and simple hotel as a starting point for an exploration of the city. The assessment must be made in this level of price. The hotel is unfortunately not in the Centre, it achieved this but within 20 minutes cars drive also on weekends and in the early morning hours still in acceptable rhythm thanks to tram connections. Rooms and facilities are appropriate, partly but visible lived off a total but clean. The selection at breakfast is small, but still taste fine. The staff goes with this average rating. Neither remarkably friendly, even rude. Bottom line: Recommended accommodation for the budget conscious Prague visitors who only want to sleep in a hotel and offers no extras.

Price/performance is top! 3 nights for under 50 euros. The hotel is well located, staff friendly, breakfast all tastes are served. Of course you can find a few flaws, but really is bleating at a high level for the price.

Value for money!
The hotel is easily accessible by tram from the Centre within a few minutes. The rooms are properly equipped and clean, if also somewhat in the years to come.
The breakfast buffet was good. Fresh fruit, vegetables, sausage, cheese, jams and even cakes sweeten the morning. You can definitely no longer expect for the price!

The good thing about this hotel is that the walls are not like from paper, so you can rest. At least in the room 131. Linen was clean and bed comfortable. Carpet was with some stains. They didnot clean every day and didnot change towels. Breakfast was every day same not really good selection. Staff was nice everyone from Ukraine with really poor hotel management. The best on the end. When I was checking out myself and my girlfriend, we find out that the sauna we used wasn't included in the price, nobody inform us before. That was still OK, but when we wanted pay for the sauna by card, receptionist told us that for sauna only by cash. Why… Taxes? … We was in hurry to catch the bus and only cash we had was 20 euro so we offer them 20€ or by card, or that we can pay for extra night to cover the sauna, bankomat was far and we hadnot time for it. They didn't accept any of our offer, so we had to leave the hotel and told them, that we can sort it online. Manager told us that will call police on us. This was awful experience. And will never stay in this hotel again.

This is a no frills hotel at an inexpensive price that's really close to several tram & bus lines. Very convenient. Helpful front desk staff that speaks enough English to be a non-issue. Housekeeping came with fresh towels & cleaned the bathroom daily & changed the bed every other day. The room is small, clean and adequate. No fridge or extras in my room. Reliable Wi-Fi in my room. I didn't try any of the other listed amenities. I did use the laundry service though. One front desk person said 24 hour turn around time. It took a little longer than that, but wasn't a big deal because I wasn't in a rush. My laundry came back scratchy clean and folded. About 500 CzK total for about 2 medium to large loads washed and folded. A bit higher than I'd been quoted by the other desk clerk, but it was nice to not have to lug it all 20 minutes away to the other place I found. I'd get my estimate in writing upon drop off. I may have easily misunderstood though. The front desk will arrange to have delivered any food you'd like. They call up a service and arrange it for you, if you'd like. The desk staff is very helpful. There are a few places to eat near by, within easy walking distance from a walk up pizza window to a really nice place called Concordia and a more casual good place called West Pizza. Both are not too expensive and have good food & friendly, prompt service. Concordia was pretty fancy.

Great hotel for the money, the staff is English speaking, polite, prompt all the talk, the room cleaned every day, in walking distance from many restaurants, cafes, and a restaurant with its own brewery.

Vacationing in may in Prague with his wife. A very convenient location. By tram 10 minutes to the center. I was surprised that everyone at the reception speak Russian. Breakfast is super! The area is quiet, great economical option.

Stayed at this hotel in the year 2012. Very decent hotel, čistin′ko, cleaned every day. Friendly staff, many speak Russian. Breakfasts were very even nothing. In general I advise.

Nice enough hotel but we returned one night to find our room door open. Not sure how long it was left that way but management were less than apologetic (and even suggested it was our fault). Not a nice feeling with passports/valuables inside. Fridge also didn't work and would tick loudly (we ended up unplugging it). Room service would leave towels but not change sheets or make bed properly. Basic things really.

This Hotel is very cheap for Prague but still everything is fine. The single room was small but clean and tidy. Breakfast was also ok. If you want not spend much money give this hotel a try.

For the price the hotel is gorgeous! Is the 12-minute tram ride from the historical centre of Prague.
Double room cost 28 euros a night (for two people). For the same money is full of ugly hostels away from Center! And hotels are cheaper that I never found at all.

In General, we like the newlyweds, travelling to Europe, it was very nice to live a few days in this hotel.

Better than it looks at first glance, staff, air conditioning in some rooms, suburban area but by tram 18 downtown in 15 minutes.

The entire staff speaks Russian, free Wi-Fi, in General, if you just want to sleep comfortably and don't want to spend your whole vacation at, SIS for you.

The hotel is 10 minutes outside the old city — which is where you want to be. The hotel is located in a suburban part of Prag, where traveling at night and looking to flashy is just a bad idea. If you bring your own car, the only safe parking is in the neighbor’s garage which holds one car (50 euro pr. Day). If you park your car on the street you risk car theft. Nearest dining is a pizza house 5 minutes from the hotel, if you like a fancy restaurant you will need to drive to it. When we booked our room the hotel offered shoe shine amongst other things in the brochure, which made it sound like a 4-star hotel. These services where not present, actually this hotel is an okay 3-start hotel if you don’t expect more than that. The only really bad experience what that the hotel owner literally was camping with his family in the only public area. From early morning to late night (8 AM to 1 AM) the husband was watching local TV, turning up the volume when guests tried to make a conversation. His daughter and wife where hanging out using the facilities like they had nothing useful to do. In all; the owner acted as a rued guest, only problem was that you really had nowhere to complain about him. The staff was really nice people trying to make an impossible situation as good as they could, which must be a hard job, when the facilities you want is simply not there and everything except breakfast is surcharge.
